Over the past six weeks, I have received a breakfast burrito with enchilada sauce inside , a crisp bean burrito with what I can only describe as sand inside, then today I ordered a veggie burrito. I pulled into a parking spot to eat my burrito and my tortilla was stuck to the paper and juice was running out of it because they failed to drain the salsa fresca juice before they put it on the burrito (yes, I know how it's suppose to be made as I use to be an assistant manager for Taco Time). I pulled back up to drive thru and requested they remake it. I then pulled back into the parking lot and this time my burrito was intentionally wrapped loose so when I unwrapped it the contents (except the beans) spilled all over myself and my car. I walked back in and asked the manager who made my burrito and she said that she had made it. When I stated what happened, she claimed it was an accident ( double eye roll, apparently she thinks I'm stupid!) and that she would remake it.
