Food is always great. Drive thru is a little on the slower side but it's worth it! Employees are kind.

I am traveling through the area on the way to NE Alabama. I ordered a classic double roast beef sandwich on 5-26-2026...nothing on it as I am lactose intolerant. I received my order after waiting about 3-4 minutes. I drove off trusting the restaurant would prepare my order correctly. I got down the road, opened it up, and found ketchup and a lot of melted cheese on my sandwich. Needless to say nothing was salvageable, I went hungry. I am not happy at all... especially since it was pricey! I should not have to police my order to make sure it was correct. read more

We were on our way through and stopped for lunch on June 16, 2026. We approached the counter and were the only people there and waited...and waited...and were ignored. Not so much as an acknowledgement or a "be with you in a minute." I should have got a hint when someone came up to the counter to ask about the status of their order. After at least 5 minutes, we walked out and went across the way to the Subway where we were greeted and fed. You lost some revenue unnecessarily. read more

If I could I would give negative stars!' Food was disgusting, I asked for Red ranch and they gave me ranch (idiots) while waiting for our food, we watched an employee eating fry's out of the fry warmer with no gloves on!! Absolutely disgusting!! The health department should pay them a visit read more

Not even trying to pretend to sweep floors and clean. Food was warm only - like luke warm. Yuk read more

I ordered a French dip and they gave me no au jus. I was the one not person in line. also my cup lid was not all the way on so it spilt all over my vehicle when I grabbed it. read more

Lol. Always something funny going on here. Management clearly doesn't have it together and it so obviously trickles down to the employees. If you have 40 minutes to wait for food, this is a great stop. I will say, it's more than just the food. With all the yelling and hissy fits it's dinner and a show! Have an extra star for entertainment value. read more

Tried there hamburger it wasn't bad but over priced, we got to brisket sandwiches that used to be my wife's favorite and they only had about half the meat they used to have all in all they weren't very good and it cost $28 for 3 sandwiches and no fries and drinks, they soup e getting any more of our money read more

This is a familiar place in an unfamiliar State. Great comfort food. Truck broke down 1,000 miles from home. Been here for 2 weeks waiting on a part. Dealer has no appointments for 2 months. So good to see Arby's, my favorite fast food. Even tried the new fish nuggets. Sooo good. read more

Cold food and their children sandwich tastes just like McDonald's crispy chicken sandwich. Take time also to serve hot food and put mayo on it not just a small very small dollop. This wasn't rush time either! Very unhappy. Managers need to be aware of this stuff and care! read more

Best Arby's I have ever eaten at! The young lady that took are order was patient and super friendly! Our food was absolutely fresh and delicious! It did not feel like fast food at all! We were even approached to check to see if everything was to our satisfaction! I do not live in the area, but if I did, this would be a regular stop! read more

Really??? You don't know that the gyro has special kind of meat that goes in it?? You made me 2 gyros with roast beef?? I have lost all faith in the aptitude of the help in this town. Terrible Arby's! Just don't understand. Oh well never again... read more

slogan "is we have the meats" but i went and they didn't have meat :(... not mad at arby's just sad i couldn't get my beefy cheddar

Though the COVID notice on this site said you could dine in, you can not. With a large camper we were out of luck.

When I walked in I waited 5 minutes and no one was there so I don't know if its common I don't recommend this Arby's.

Very professional and courteous. Double checked everything, made sure I had everything I needed, gave me a heads up on construction traffic and some comic relieve. Inspirational to see somebody taking their job so seriously. read more

Awful service. Awful management. The food was cold and came out with hardly any meat. The bun was not fresh at all, and the employees and manager were too busy socializing with friends to try and offer good service. I needed $1.75 back in change, and when the cashier asked the manager to get some change, her response was to give me nickels. I shouldn't have expected much, but I expect better service than that. read more

From out of town passing through. Food took 15 minutes to come out and I thought that was because they were making everything fresh since it was slow. But literally all of our food was cold and sloppy. The workers weren't doing anything and were all talking and laughing the entire time we were waiting for our food. How hard is it to make sure the food is hot and fresh when it's fast food read more

The lady at the register seemed out of it. They were way slow and they got my order wrong. Not impressed

Your employee with the name tag that says "fish" is amazing! He is the only one busting his butt doing everything. There is a heavy set woman with part of her hair in a pony tail..... She is rude to her coworkers and to the customers. Get rid of her and promote fish. He is the only one working hard. We are passing through going home to Arizona. I would probably eat here again but if the lady was rude to my daughter again I'd probably have to say something to her. All she wanted was a bag to take her fries with us. These three stars are for fish! read more

Overall rating poor, food was cold, sandwiches were not prepared correctly, dressing was left off fish sandwich, person taking order did not seem to know how to do it did not act like they had been trained, overall appearance of store poor. Arby's as a company advertising wise good but all that is wasted because of poor store management. read more

I had lunch there today around noon and the gal at the counter when you go in named Sharon was very nice didn't rush the customer. She was very helpful when someone needed sauce in a packet. I hope she stays working there for a while. read more

I asked for a mega meat sandwich. They have a big promotion about Megan meat sandwiches. They are out of ham! How can Arbys be out of meat yet claim to be mega meat. When I asked at the window I was told that day shift did not cut enough ham. So they had ham but they didn't have anyone to cut it for them? read more

Went there to get dinner and they were out of Potato Cakes. UNBELIEVABLE! I left right then!
