The pieces of chicken are much smaller than they were, but I still have to recommend it because they still have that great KFC flavor

What's crazy is you spend almost 20 dollars on fry's and my son asked the lady if he could get them fresh they was old and nasty

Chicken was decent the biscuits were cold and they didn't give us any butter, never had the breading fall off the chicken but some pieces did expect it some from extra crispy but not original read more

No service I stiood at the counter for 5 minutes no one welcomed me, no one said hey will be with you in a minute, nothing they all just kept looking at me til I finally hollered is anyone working here. Very rude. They need to take lessons in customer care. Because they all get an F-. Completely awful service. read more

This is the third time that they ripped us off. We haven't received what we ordered. Management needs to be changed immediately

Tore up 1 chicken strip into 12 pieces for my 12 piece nugget meal. Never seen anything like it. Online allows you to order pickup but the lobby closes at 8. Just a terribly run operation. The colonel would be very disappointed read more

Looks like this poor place could use a good review. I don't eat fast food and I know what I'm going to get when I do. Well, this KFC surpassed my expectations and the food was as edible as KFC gets. My Nashville Hot chicken fingers were hot, spicy and crispy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were executed perfectly, reminiscent of thanksgiving in the county lockup. The coleslaw, sweet and tangy all at once, a perfect balance of whatever vegetables they put in there. Finally, the biscuit, so fake, yet so delicious, much like the fabled Twinkie of yore. On a final note, they didn't screw my order up and they were on time. read more

I would leave a zero if I could. This place is a joke I stay at the Baymont quite often and it's a joke I have to get in my vehicle to get food instead of walk in and order when I'm next door such a waste of time and fuel and on top of that they can't your order right every time bunch of young kids with attitudes and don't give a shit about the customers. I will never go here again and I wouldn't waste your time either. read more

I don't know why I even bother anymore. Every KFC is filthy & subpar food. Today takes the cake. "Would you like to add an additional side for $1?" "Yes, hush puppies sound good!" ONE hush puppy!! I asked about it & was then told that's all it comes with. read more

This KFC shares the building with a Long John Silver's. I've driven past this place dozens of times and been nervous to stop. Remember that old saying about chicken and fish not being cooked in the same grease? They weren't lying. I went with the 3 piece combo. 2 chicken strips and a piece of fish. Fries and hush puppies. The 3 piece was indistinguishable and all tasted the same, and that was not a good taste. The hush puppies were overcooked and were akin to jawbreakers. The fries reached the other end of the spectrum and were undercooked. I actually pulled off the next freeway exit to throw this away to get the smell out of the car. Painful experience. And I knew better. I KNEW BETTER!! I give myself 1 star for being stupid enough to stop here. read more

Worst place. Emma was not hearing what we were ordering. Lost 15 minutes. Don't recommend them at all. The young guy didn't pay attention on his name rolled his eyes when we told the order is not correct and they overcharged us. That's not the customer service. read more

If I could put a negative I would!! Pay $40 for food and get only the bucket of chicken, none of the sides are right. I HATE when you can't get your food!!!! I've lost all faith in KFC!!! Never Again colonel!! read more

After a twenty minute wait for one combo meal, I was finally called to the counter to get my food. I noticed right away that the bag felt light. Upon looking in the bag I noticed the "meal" was lacking everything but the two pieces of fish (now cold). I asked about my sides and was told it would be "about ten minutes". I then asked for a refund and was met with "you already drank the Pepsi, we can't refund that." I honestly don't know how this place is still in business. read more

This place needs help. It is not a clean restaurant at all. It stinks when you walk through the door. Everything is greasy in there. The tables are dirty every time I visit, so I stopped completely. The food is horrible. I normally LOVE Kentucky Fried Chicken. I have been all over the United States and this is the nastiest KFC I have ever visited. WELK, this one and Riverton, WY. Someone needs to check these 2 places because it ruined KFC for me and I loved them no matter where I go. read more

went there after a long day of school shopping, we were all tired and hungry and KFC was right off the ramp to go home, so we stopped. my mom went in and ordered a meal that should have included a bucket and sides along with biscuits. about thirty seconds later my mom came storming out of the establishment. when asked where the food was she told us that they ¨no have sheecken¨ when asked what she meant she said that there was a lady in there that couldnt even speak english and said that they ¨no have sheecken¨ my mom, being tired from our long shopping ventures then decided to get mouthy and asked the foreign worker ¨is this not kentucky fried chicken?¨ which she was met with ¨yes¨ she replied ¨but you dont have chicken?.¨ knowing that my mom was upset she did the right thing and left. my advice dont go there if you are crabby and they dont have sheecken read more

A chain restaurant in Rock Springs started out our vacation this year, so I suppose it was fitting, in a way, that another closed it. This particular place is both a Long John Silver's and a KFC Buffet. Now, I don't feel KFC's chicken much and never eat there, but there is not a Long John Silver's in Salt Lake and I've also not encountered one anywhere else, so I'm hoping it's something decent, ala a Skipper's maybe. Wishful thinking on my part. This is batter. Lots and lots of batter. The same batter for the chicken, shrimp and fish and if that's not enough, they even served the meat selection on a bed of fried batter (I wish I was kidding). The batter is not necessarily bad tasting, but way too much of it on everything and the kitchen executes this exceedingly poorly. If I can compress the breading slightly and grease bleeds out, this speaks of a huge problem to me. I had to basically toss all the breading. As another reviewer noted, the meat tasted all the same, including, somehow, the shrimp. My wife had the buffet and I have no comment to that other than to say I think she made a huge, grievous error and wound up rotating a lot of their stock for them as it had been in holding trays so long she had no choice but to toss it. My son's kids meal was probably the best of the lot. He certainly enjoyed it more. On a less negative note, they do have Diet Mt. Dew on fountain, in a good mix, the KFC hot sauce is still worth eating and the Reese's Peanut Butter pie thing was also quite good. This is another place I don't see myself ever venturing into again, though. read more

Stopped here for one of their $5 fill up meals. They took 10 minutes to prepare a meal that other KFCs have done in 30 seconds. They also served it to-go even though I said I was eating in. They also forgot the cookie, sauces and butter which I had to stand by the counter for 5 minutes to get (it was impossible to flag someone down.) Overall I will never visit this place again. read more

I tried the buffet and should have known better after reading the other posts about this place. The only thing that was good were the biscuit's. Just legs and thighs, nothing else. Haven't tried any of the other stuff there but doubt it will be better. read more

I didn't even want to give this place one star but I guess I have to in order to write a review. On our way to Denver we stopped in for dinner , big mistake. The food was not fresh at all, chicken was super greasy . The mac and cheese had been sitting out for god knows how long. The only thing palatable was the biscuits and the soda. The whole restaurant was filthy! The tables , counters and drink area were totally covered in spills. I pray we don't get food poisoning. Don't go there! read more
