On the positive, Sydnee, my server was friendly and provided good service. I eggs were under as was my sausage while my hash brown and toast were burnt. Also, it took 30 minutes for eggs. The only reason for the 2 stars was the service. The grill team is horrible. This area has limited options and elevating the kitchen could make this place more of a destination rather than a convenience. read more

Tables are sticky. Workers have earbuds in. Overall shit service. I wasn't happy with the way we were spoken to or rushed to settle for a table over a booth. But then I saw how dirty their booths are and saw multiple tables not be wiped after customers left Very unsanitary read more

This is by far the best Denny's we eat at while traveling. Our waitress, Echo and the Manager, Lindsey were both really helpful. We had their app but it not working too well and we needed help. They helped get it all connected and made it work. They were very helpful and both so professional. Wish all restaurants were like here! Great food and service. That sure makes a person want to come back! You people in Rock Springs, Wyoming are so lucky! We love the Denny's here! Thank you Denny's! read more

Ordered a club sandwich here, apparently their toaster is broken or they just don't care. Tried to eat it but it's horrible. I don't recommend this place. 0/5 stars read more

Trash. The waitress looked at me like wtf do you want. I told her coffee black and she followed up with a disgusting look (maybe her normal face). Ordered some food but surprisingly (sarcasm) took over 30 mins (I set a timer after 15mins) I had to just walk out and leave 3 bucks cash for the coffee read more

3 adults in our party. we waited for 45 minutes to receive our order. the food was ok, small portions. the waitress was polite and left our ticket to pay. i am a senior as is my sister in-law. i asked for the senior discount and was told by the manager that you must provide an aarp card to receive a senior discount! i will not be back! we seniors have paid alot throughout the years and i appreciate when i receive something "special"! nothing nice here with flies being swatted every few seconds during our visit, dead ones on the shelf above our table and forget about the senior discount if you are in you 70's & 80's! i would not recommend this restaurant if i were starving! read more

Walked in and stood around for several minutes waiting for the host to stop chit-chatting with coworkers long enough to notice he had customers waiting. Finally seated, and then waited for a server who never came by. No greeting. No water. No acknowledgement of any kind. After 16 hours on the road, all we wanted was a quick hot meal. Instead we spent over 10 minutes being ignored. Walked out with nothing. As a bonus, there were employees outside the front door (one of them sitting on a curb smoking) complaining about extra customers walking in. Worst Denny's I've ever visited, and that bar is already set super-low. read more

Denny's - Gnaw gnam gnam!! Mmmm - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Rock Springs, Wyoming

Made a lunch stop at this Denny's on the way to Casper, Wyoming. There was steady business but it wasn't terribly busy. We ordered, got our food, and paid all within 45 minutes. Service was good, she kept our drinks full and checked up on us appropriately. Steak skewer skillet: decent but the sauce was slightly over powering. Double cheeseburger: delicious, the patties had a nice crisp on the outside and the season fries had a nice crunch. Since dining choices are very limited in this area it's nice to have a franchise around to dine at. read more

A little disappointed. Had to explain what the cobb salad was and then was charged for a full salad, and received a barely half portion. The food was ok, but the service was terrible. Our waiter didn't even get us the stuff that we asked for and didn't ask us for anything.

To be honest Rock Springs doesn't have an Overwhelming amount of restaurants to choose from and Denny's is close to my house. I have stopped in here a few times and the food is decent and seasoned well. The prices are as you would expect from a National Chain such as this. There is Truck Parking and it is located right off the highway and is easy to get in and out of. If you are passing through Rock Springs this is a Safe bet for food. The wait time was acceptable and it took about 15 minutes for our group of 3 to get our food after walking in. read more

We came in for dinner on a road trip. The restaurant was clean and we were welcomed by the staff. Our server was very attentive to our needs. The food was delicious. There was a negative when we pulled up there were employees by the front door smoking on their brakes. I just thought it would be classier if they were smoking at the back door read more

The morning shift rocked it the A Team for sure they get 5 Stars loved it helpful and fast. The night shift is bad do not go at night. Enjoyed our meals here. As usual there is a surfeit of food, and it was all delicious. Even the fruit was fresh, something often overlooked at economical eateries. I really liked the coffee mugs and the orange juice. Bathrooms were the only negative, could use more maintenance there. read more

Honestly one of the best breakfasts I've ever had, and I never thought I'd say that about a Denny's. Service was fast and friendly, and the food was cooked to perfection, first time I can say that about breakfast. Kudos to the team working 10:30pm on 8/5/20. read more

Denny's has really stepped up its game in terms of its menu. I never came in here however after trying it once with a friend recently I am pretty surprised with the food quality. The salmon and the sirloin steak both are excellent. Considering it's difficult to find healthy food sometimes when on the road frequently, it's good to know that Denny's has such a solid menu these days. read more

Well, stopped in to get some food. What else right? Stood there for 15bminutes and a guy in front was there longer. One server and one hostess. Then, two other people come out. One on his or her (could not tell) cell phone and the other...oh, have you been helped? Of course I said oh, that's why we are standing here. Nope. Left. 2nd Dennys in two days. Last night left Dennys in Bishop. Food was terrible there also. read more

Service & food were good, but coffee refill was a little slow, however better than my last experience with service in Tucumcari, NM. This could however be to fact that (Mike) either the owner or corporate guy was present when I came in. T-bone breakfast needs more hashbrown added to plate. Not quite Hardy enough, order multi-gran pancakes to top of and fill hungar. Pancakes where light and fluffy, really good! VA discount read more
