Nice bartender. Very attentive. Order a grilled chicken Caesar salad. Got an oriental grilled chicken salad. No buggy. Fixed with a side of crazy dressing and a side of ranch. Thanks to the bartender. Kitchen shelf seemed a little distracted. No boggy overall nice experience. First time here. The bartender helps out a lot with wait staff at tables too. 7/30 5:30 pm read more

This was our first dinning experience in Wyoming. Let me tell you that they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Seriously, the staff was super friendly and were on top of it. The food was really good! I had the steak and it was cooked perfectly (medium rare). The atmosphere was perfect to talk to everyone at the table. Thank you for taking care of veterans. read more

I ordered Curbside Delivery today, and after no one brought my food out and no one answered my three phone calls, I went in the Curbside Delivery door and waited for someone to acknowledge me. A woman acknowledged me and went to get my food and the manager (that had no idea that someone was helping me) was walking past me (in a place that customers do not stand) without acknowledging me. I asked if they were the manager and they said yes. I said, I've been calling for nearly 10 minutes and no one is answering the phone! The manager said, I never heard the phone, sorry. My grilled chicken, broccoli, and mashed potatoes were good. I just need to give up on this place, because there is always something that goes wrong. read more

Only issue I ran into was the hostess over sharing her personal sob story which I didn't need to hear. Other than that good experience with average American style food. read more

Over all bad service. I would have rated this Apple bee zero. The reason for my dissatisfactions : * It took 45 minutes for our food to get served. Waitress stated that the cook did not get our order ticket. *Our waitress brought one order first. Then brought the 2nd order. *While she was carrying the food plate, to our table she stopped to talk to customers at two separate tables. *We had to request for napkins twice. We did request to be compensated in some way. * The manager did not acknowledged our concerns. Date of our visit 6/24/25 arrived at 12:20 pm read more

They are way overpriced as we love the Santa Fe restaurant here in town as they have much better food and prices. Wish we had Chili's here in town as I never had a bad experience at Chili's. Don't waste your time and money going to Applebee's. Even a Buffalo Wild Wings would go good here in town read more

I've never had a bad meal at Applebee's. The food is always good. The waitresses are usually pretty good on occasion. You might get a new waitress. That's just a little slow, but things are always good and decorated with really cute pictures on the wall. read more

We came in on Mother's Day and let me tell you just how amazing this place was! The service was incredible and the management was so kind and was checking in on all the tables it was very refreshing to see this because you don't see it much anymore. The food came out perfect my steak was to die for and it came out so fast despite how busy it was. We will definitely be eating here again! Great job Applebees you guys rock read more

The hostess was great. We had a party of 8 and she hurried to get our tablet set up. The waitress we had was horrible! I do not remember her name, but she had long, curly, red hair. All of our meals came out pretty quick. My meal had the wrong side with it. One of my daughters, her meal was completely forgotten. Then after we had all been eating for a few minutes and I finally got the waitress to come back to our table, she didn't even know what my daughter ordered. She didn't have it written down on our ticket. She finally got her meal. Then I had to ask a different waiter to get our waitress so we could get out bill and pay it. It took her about 15 minutes to print the ticket and bring it to us. We have eaten at several Applebee's across the US and this has been, by far, the WORST service we have ever had. We will never stop at that one again. read more

Applebee's Grill + Bar - Don't go here - American Near Me - Rock Springs, Wyoming

We were traveling and ordered dinner online. A large order 4 adults and 2 children. Set to be picked up 10 minutes before close on 11/19/24. We picked up and took to our hotel after driving for 12 hours that day. Ready to sit down and have dinner at 10:30pm. I didn't except the food to be exceptionally fresh seeing as we ordered it for pick up right before closing. What I did expect was for everything we ordered to be in the bags. Fail. An entire entree missing. So someone didn't have dinner (me the mother). No one could share because mom has allergies. I tried to call but the store closed at 10:30pm so I didn't expect anyone to answer after hours. I called the next morning and we were already on our way by the time you opened. I spoke to a "manager" who first asked if we had called when the mistake was discovered. We did but there was no answer that's why I called when you opened. She apologized for us not receiving the food that was paid for. She took my name and address (I live in another state) and stated she would send a gift card. That card can be used at any location. I was fine with that. It's been more than 2 weeks and I've not received anything in the mail or even a call. So Applebee's took funds for a product not provided. I don't usually write a negative review. However this location doesn't seem to think they should be truthful and make a mistake right. I hope you don't do this regularly to your customers. Next time we come through your city we will most certainly not be coming to this location. read more

Heavy D noticed great service from the bartender on this rainy Wednesday evening, as well as a server who picked up my order when rad bartender was a little busy. But Heavy D definitely didn't like the manager yelling 'I don't know why I pay any of you' when there was a small snag in a to go order. Heavy D heard this loud and clear. So did the rest of the bar. Now Heavy D doesn't appreciate toxic work environments...perhaps this manager needs a lesson in respect and composure. Everything else was great, 911 was an inside job read more

I went there last week and my server was Hallie, I think her name was. She was AWESOME, I went back yesterday and I asked for her they told me she no longer worked there. I was absolutely astonished they would let someone that good go. She made my trip worth while because the food was actually awful. But she made me want to come back. She was made for the service industry, and the only reason that place was even remotely good to go to. So.. Basically never going back and I will find Hallie at the next place she works at because that's how good she is read more

I've never had a flatter beer in my life. Asked more no coleslaw and they gave me extra coleslaw and no fries.

Went through town while on vacation, put in a to go order from the road. We showed up on time for pick up and had to wait 12 minutes for the food to be brought out. The wait itself wouldn't have been the end of the world but we talked to 2 different people and it wasn't clear if anyone was even helping us. When it arrived, the food was old, fries were soggy and everything tasted awful. Chicken tenders definitely seemed like the had been cooked long before and reheated. Other members of our family decided to sit down and order food separately and had a similar experience including a way overcooked steak. Worst Applebees food I've ever eaten in my entire life. read more

This is a great place to eat. Idk why it only has 2 star ratings. This is our go to when we are in Rocksprings. Drinks are great, atmosphere is awesome. Curbside was great! The server, Sabre, was a sweetheart and really did a great job. Most of the food was good (riblets , fries, and onion rings), but the $16 steak that was ordered rare-- warm red center, was over cooked and awful! There's no way to know that till you get home. I haven't risked getting food from there in a long time, and won't be back for another very long time!!! Thanks, Sabre! You rock at your job! read more

Save yourself the trip and find somewhere else to eat. The food was awful and lacked flavor. This is unfortunately the worst Apple bees I have been to. Floor so filthy in the restaurant and bar and bathroom my feet were making sticking sounds. Even on the worn out carpet. Zero! Look around before you eat! The front entrance was covered in litter and cigarette butts. The carpets are not even for a dog to sleep on! The windows, the tables, and bedrooms were disgusting ! The little child at the front (young girl greeter) announced to us that we may not want to eat there because the card machine was not working! I asked her if cash was excepted and she almost got offended. Don't worry little one us adults got this! Nobody was wearing a name tag! Everyone dressed like crap! Clothes in disarray! Went there tonight. The service was horrible Ended up, leaving before even getting our drinks We were sat down right away. But the waiter took 20 minutes to come ask for drinks. One star because 0 is not an option. ordered catering 3 days early and they were 45 minutes + late. ordered 2 catering salads, they didn't have the correct containers so put em in individual trays. made up for it by not including any dressing. same with the grilled club sandwiches and only grilled 1/3 of them. manager was a jerk, couldn't provide an itemized receipt nor the requested silverware kits. only saving grace was they were so late most people made other arrangements for lunch. this place is horrible. read more

We arrived and were told there would be a wait, the system was down and things were slow. No problem that's understandable. We were sat. Waitress, Angel, shows up takes our drink order, brings our children drinks- brought plain iced tea instead of a sweet tea said she would bring sweetener and never did. She took our order, again we understood that the food would take time. We ordered appetizers and our dinners. While we waited we had to order a lemonade to sweeten the tea. Finally the food came one order was missing bacon on the cheeseburger a kids meal had the wrong item. Our appetizers were brought after our dinners, we did understand that could be a possibility. Our waitress never checked on us or checked to see if we needed refills. While we understood the circumstances, checking on customers should still be of some importance. read more

This was the worst Applebee's experience I ever had. The food was terrible. The service was awesome. The server asked to replace it. First review ever, mainly because I had about 75 minutes to type this review while waiting for food... still counting. I'm just hungry. Go to Taco Bell instead if you're from green river. This place is just too slow. It's a Monday, what's the excuse... Applebees is yummy, just not this one. Also, someone just broke a glass and no one is picking it up. .... 6 tables have literally walked up and left, not even a soda. We are the last of the Mohicans. read more

Applebee's Grill + Bar - Not sure what this is, but it's $8.99 - American Near Me - Rock Springs, Wyoming

Its Applebees...you should know exactly what to expect going there. Its not gourmet, it's not high end, its just commercially good food. Our visit was great. We sat at the bar and ended up ordering to go. The place was busy, clean, and staff was friendly. Our food took a little while but we were kept well informed along the way. Quality of food was a plus too, although the shrimp we ordered could have used a little more grill time. The is the perfect place to grab a meal that you can count on to be good. read more

So I put off coming here for several hours even though it was the only non-fast food option within walking distance because of the bad reviews. While it certainly isn't the best place I've ever eaten, I didn't think it was that bad. Had to stand a minute or two before being seated, and another few minutes before the waitress came by, but it really wasn't anything egregious. Food came out without too much delay and was hot and yummy. Burger was cooked perfectly, although you only get two options: "pink or no pink". That's verbatim by the way... Tried saying medium and my waitress said "sorry, only pink or no pink". I said no pink and it actually came out a perfect medium (ie slightly pink in the middle but cooked through). Waitress was friendly and prompt when bringing a to go box for my leftovers and my cheque. Overall thought it was pretty standard. Maybe they've read the reviews and are turning things around, or maybe the only people who bother to review an Applebee's are the ones who had a bad experience. Either way, thought I'd leave a review for those of you like me who were afraid to come because of the reviews. You won't be blown away, but you shouldn't be disappointed either. read more

It's food. It takes a while, like 70 minutes from seating to food. They must have been slammed the day before because they were out of lemonade, Dr Pepper, ribs, corn dogs, and tortillas...all of which we were told after ordering. Our waitress must have been tired. One water refill the entire time. If you're hungry and want something familiar, it's ok. If your hungry and want food soonish, go somewhere else. read more

On the way back from vacation with all the kids. Everyone wants to eat something different so this was a good place with a lot of options. Here is how it went... The Good: - seated very fast at 6pm. We waited only about 5 minutes - decor is friendly and nice - place seems mostly clean and well cared for - bar seating available for those who want it - Asian short ribs not bad - our server was really nice and helped us out a lot The Not So Good: - Trying to seat 7 and a baby in a booth? Nope. Staff should know better than to try. Result? The inevitable spilled water all over the isle floor. - 30 minutes for the food to come out - honey BBQ short ribs tasted like they opened a bottle of Kraft on the ribs. Not really worth it The Bottom Line: Not my first choice if I come through again. read more

I understand it's COVID but my family of 8 was told we had to separate in 2 small groups. We happily agreed. We were told it would be 30 minutes. We accepted. Then they made us wait outside (93 degree heat) and proceeded to sit 4 groups of 3-4 people in front of us in 15 minutes. When we went in to ask why 4 groups the size of our 2 groups were being seated ahead, we were told they prioritize small groups even though they insisted on breaking my family into 2 small groups. That's an insane policy. COVID is worsened by idiotic policies at this place. read more

We arrived at 1:30 pm we waited to e seated but was never approached or even recognized any anyone so we went went and found a table and and got our own menus. We sat in the bar area the bartender did get our drinks but that also took 15 minutes, and we where also told that they did not have Pepsi products. Which is really weird since WWB is in Rock Springs and there is someone call all weekend.when we finally got to give our order he had to reorder 5 times because they did not have the items on the menu. Once our order was place we waited an hour and thirty minutes when we asked to pay an leave. The waitress became very rude. The bartender blamed everything on the cooks. But if you sat at the bar and we're friends with her you got drinks food everything. We will not be in ever again. Oh yes we did get our food and it was warms at best. She did joy give a rats ass about anyone but her friends sitting at the bar. Again we will never come back read more
