The guy that took our order was even nice enough to walk our tray of food to the table when it was ready. 0/10; Do NOT recommend. Service was extraordinary slow. Out of the four meals and two burritos we ordered, exactly ONE item was correct. We ordered it to go, and did not check the bags until we were miles down I-80. I immediately called, asked for a refund and was told "No". I asked for the manager, who called and waded unhelpful. I still do not have a resolution, five days later, to them stealing $52 from me for inedible food. Update: if you have an issue with your food or customer service, do not call the store back if you have not heard back from their "leadership", they will cuss at you and hang up on you. File a complaint online with corporate, perhaps they will listen and respond. read more

They were out of nacho fries and rice. While deciding to order they interrupted 5 times in 2 minutes asking if we needed help and we repeatedly said to give us a minute. Jade was professional and pleasant. I went late after work and Taco Bell's computers were down. Jade informed me through the drive through the computers were down and it would be a few minutes. This is the worst Taco Bell in the world. For example: 1) they did not have nacho cheese. 2) my friend ordered nachos and they did not mention that they did not have nacho cheese 3) my other friend ordered a quesadilla and a quesarito and received two quesaritos and no quesadilla. 4) And so on. The food we did receive was inedible. In fact, we threw away one uneaten quesarito, despite extreme hunger. Etc etc etc. In summary: worst Taco Bell ever. Go to Sonic. read more

We had been driving all morning long and decided we needed our FAVORITE food! TACO BELL! We aren't from Rock Springs but we were treated VERY well! We got our order taken in the drive thru very quickly and the girl repeated back our order as well as up sold larger drinks, etc. GREAT customer experience! Before we even pulled up the the window they had our food ready for us!! THIS NEVER HAPPENS! We were shook and so happy that we left with HOT and delicious food that made us warm and happy inside! Definitely the worst Taco Bell I've been too. With an entire misplaced order "already handed out", the wait has pushed 30 minutes, the order is being remade- and between the cooks blasting ICP in the kitchen while the manager yelling "swear words! Turn it down!" I'm starting to question the reality of this place. Everyone here In the lobby here is looking at each other with a "is this place serious" kind of look. I won't even give this place one star. I haven't had the problems everyone else with there food. My problem is the staff it's the negative place you can go. The managers are horrible the last to times I went there the manager have been so rude and unfriendly. The first time the manager was horrible to his employee. I contacted the corporate office and they were really nice about it so I went back. I didn't call this time I realize now that there managers ate just negative people.
