Stopped here on our drive from VA to CA. We ate inside. Very clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Our food was made to order so fresh and good. The guy that took our order was even nice enough to walk our tray of food to the table when it was ready. Only note - the way the building is painted, coupled with some of the window signs not facing outside, the location looked like it might be closed, but it's open for business. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Rock Springs, Wyoming

ladies room was dirty, 2 benches blocking walkway by soda machines, surly man waited on us, got the order wrong, the #2 menu item came with orange shell instead of regular shell. several tables had food on them. Overall, very bad experience. read more

4/2026 OMG Filthy dirty, I decided to go inside. Glad I did I'll never go back! Will you get your napkins and stuff at that little dispensary thing or whatever you wanna call? It was so filthy dirty. There's no way that was even washed once oh my God the baby high chairs were dirty. There was coe splashed on one of them it just nasty. The whole place is nasty behind the counter where everyone's cooking, it's a hot mess. read more

Ordered a chicken bowl that looked nice on their order board. When it arrived, it was only half full. It was a toddler sized serving. This location is very skimpy on their serving sizes. This wasn't the first time we felt ripped off there. read more

How can you not have spoons for people to use when they order a side of refried beans? Kinda hard to eat refried beans with a fork. Ask the guy at the counter if they had spoons he said no just drink them. Seriously! read more

0/10; Do NOT recommend. Service was extraordinary slow. Out of the four meals and two burritos we ordered, exactly ONE item was correct. We ordered it to go, and did not check the bags until we were miles down I-80. I immediately called, asked for a refund and was told "No". I asked for the manager, who called and waded unhelpful. I still do not have a resolution, five days later, to them stealing $52 from me for inedible food. Update: if you have an issue with your food or customer service, do not call the store back if you have not heard back from their "leadership", they will cuss at you and hang up on you. File a complaint online with corporate, perhaps they will listen and respond. read more

Did a mobile order and they put the nacho cheese in the bag but they forgot the nacho fries

Have seen employees pick things off the floor and continue to make food without changing gloves multiple times, service is also sub par, cleaner than taco time in the area but still pretty gross. read more

What a sorry excuse of a Taco Bell! Door says open until 12:00am on a Friday night yet door is closed at 9:00pm. Parking lot is full of garbage, not a good spot. Thank you for saving me from diarrhea read more

This place is really good most of the time but I have ended up with other people orders too

Second time I've gotten food from here and my order is wrong. They read it back right and when I open the meal it's not how I asked. Maybe don't rush the food. read more

Very pleasant Taco Bell experience. Staff was very friendly but not overbearing. My two cheesy bean and rice burritos were perfectly warm! I've always had at least one problem each time I go to Taco Bell, but not at this location. Thank you! read more

They were out of nacho fries and rice. While deciding to order they interrupted 5 times in 2 minutes asking if we needed help and we repeatedly said to give us a minute. Got a cheesy gordita crunch and they gave me a plane hard shell taco instead! Asked for a lot of hot sauce and they gave us maybe 4 packets for 7 items. read more

the service was terrible, they acted like us going there was an inconvenience. they got our food wrong three times. it was a dirty place with stains and bugs everywhere. -100/10 don't recommend. Me and my family ate here for dinner and it was very good. It hurt our stomachs, but what Taco Bell doesn't. That's why they get 4 stars instead of 5. Yum!!! read more

Screw you taco bell you got rid of every one of my favorite items that I order every time I come in there so I will never eat there again I will give my money to taco John's or taco time because they can introduce new items without getting rid of my favorite items and their food Is way better anyway goodbye tacobell you will not be missed but you might miss the money I spent since I go there multiple times a week I hope others who are outraged by your stupid decision to remove all the good stuff from your menu stop going there and you have to close both sweetwater county locations because of the stupid menu change read more

This is the worst Taco Bell in the world. For example: 1) they did not have nacho cheese. 2) my friend ordered nachos and they did not mention that they did not have nacho cheese 3) my other friend ordered a quesadilla and a quesarito and received two quesaritos and no quesadilla. 4) And so on. The food we did receive was inedible. In fact, we threw away one uneaten quesarito, despite extreme hunger. Etc etc etc. In summary: worst Taco Bell ever. Go to Sonic. read more

Jade was professional and pleasant. I went late after work and Taco Bell's computers were down. Jade informed me through the drive through the computers were down and it would be a few minutes. She was calm, cool and collected even with a line of cars. When I pulled up to the window she was just as polite. Taco Bell great hire! read more

Didn't get what we paid for, was lukewarm not hot, wouldn't go back to this Taco Bell

Super nice, fast. Great service. They always get my order right. Love this Taco Bell!!

We had been driving all morning long and decided we needed our FAVORITE food! TACO BELL! We aren't from Rock Springs but we were treated VERY well! We got our order taken in the drive thru very quickly and the girl repeated back our order as well as up sold larger drinks, etc. GREAT customer experience! Before we even pulled up the the window they had our food ready for us!! THIS NEVER HAPPENS! We were shook and so happy that we left with HOT and delicious food that made us warm and happy inside! Thank you guys for such a fast and convenient experience read more

Definitely the worst Taco Bell I've been too. With an entire misplaced order "already handed out", the wait has pushed 30 minutes, the order is being remade- and between the cooks blasting ICP in the kitchen while the manager yelling "swear words! Turn it down!" I'm starting to question the reality of this place. Everyone here In the lobby here is looking at each other with a "is this place serious" kind of look. Eat anywhere else In rock springs, at least the local garbage pit has a selection that delivers. PASS. read more

Slowest "fast food" ever. I went at 5pm with 5 cars in front of me. It took 25 minutes. Absolutely appalling. In addition, the 7-layer burrito tasted entirely of sour cream and tomatoes. I won't go again until I forget this horrible trip. read more

I won't even give this place one star. I haven't had the problems everyone else with there food. My problem is the staff it's the negative place you can go. You want a downer experience and be around the rudest most unfriendly people go to the rock springs taco bell. The managers are horrible the last to times I went there the manager have been so rude and unfriendly. The first time the manager was horrible to his employee. I contacted the corporate office and they were really nice about it so I went back. I didn't call this time I realize now that there managers ate just negative people. I can understand a bad day we all have them. SUCK IT UP. If you hate your job that bad then quit! I won't be returning to that store anymore! I don't like the fact that me spending my money there is an inconvenience to them. read more

The worst Taco Bell in the company! Have had numerous horrible experiences at this Taco Bell only one that does not abide by the nationally advertised "open til midnight or later" they close at 10pm but the company's corporate website shows they are open til 12am they just do there own thing bad service and slow drive through! read more
