Food was good only thing was the bathroom there was urine and toilet paper on the floor in the stall it's was just a mess in the bathroom

This place is a joke took them forever to get the outside line moving then get up to the pay window and over half our order was wrong and we asked to make sure our fries were hot got up there after waiting awhile again and of course our fries were cold so asked for hot fries and they took only a couple minutes to bring us hot ones and they wanted the cold ones back which I'm betting they put back in the fries box again and to make things worse got home fish sandwich was cold cold and they forgot the ten piece chicken nuggets but gave us the sauce for them Don't know who the manger is but they should be fired, my opinion read more

This place has continuing problems filling orders correctly. In the last 10 days, whether through the drive through, in dining, take out I have had four out four orders incorrect. Went back today to get a refund (I contacted the supervisor and she recommended I bring my receipt in with the pictures I took. I did this this morning and the morning supervisor refused me and said I had to bring it back because this was a lunch meal receipt! Enough is enough, I refuse to purchase anything from this establishment permanently. Kind of stupid to loose a long time customer due to poor service and a $6 refund. read more

Went through the drive thru, made a mistake and didnt review my order. It was not what I had said. Took the incorrect burger back inside and was foung to pay for the correct sandwich. I was told no that they would fix it. Got the order went outside to my vehicle to discover it was made the same way as the first one despite the fact that that the ticket was correct. Took it back inside again. The employee who had helped the first time looked at me as I sat the bag onto the counter and stated "whats wrong with it now". The sign outside says "come inside" but the lobby is closed. Many people parked and were disappointed. We are traveling with campers and you can't go through the drive-in. We used the app. Please consider adding a curbside spot with a number for oversized rigs. read more

Went into the restaurant. Clean. Staff friendly. Food prepared well. They have comfy booths and a playground area. Premium experience for a McDonald's. I am giving it 5 stars because I am rating vs other McDs. If you hate McDs then skip this place but if you like McDs you will like this one. read more

Wow this is why I love this McDonald's great service and my meal was so good I never get mustard on my double cheeseburger at the McDonald's on Elk Street only ketchup. Thanks to the crew at McDonald's on Sunset I'm very happy with my meal hot burger and fresh hot fries mmm if I could I would give you a 10/10 star rating . This is why I go to you instead of the one on Elk Street y'all are doing so great over here keep it up and y'all's sweet is way better too cause it never taste old. This McDonald's customer service is disturbing. The drive-thru is a joke at best and they serve you cold ass food if they give you your order at all. Usually, they ask you to pull forward and then forget about you and your order all together. When you tell them you'd rather not pull forward, a manager can be heard yelling about you and cussing, instead of just making your order. I have never ONCE had even a mediocre customer experience here, and I was born and raised in Rock Springs. Avoid this shitshow at all costs. You're welcome. read more

I was very tired on a bus and at 11:30 we stop at the McDonald's for food but they didn't want to deal with us so they didn't let us in. We decide to walk through the drive through and asked at the mic if we could order and it be brought to the bus. They said no but thankfully someone offered to drive us through but when we get out order 90% is wrong. They didn't give us any drink besides sweet tea and all but 2 burgers had stuff on it when we ordered it plain. The service was awful and the food mediocre 1/5. read more
