I would give this a negative review if I could. I have door dashed in rock springs for 5 years. Almost every single time I have picked up an order at this store I have experienced horrible customer service. Unfriendliness, not smiling, and or argumentative. We stopped by for a coffee on our way through to our daughter's soccer game. The service was really fast (we only waited a couple minutes for our coffee). It's in an old gas station, which was a great use of an old building but it made the place feel a little run down. When we got our coffee we were astounded that a regular sized mocha cost us $9. We thought, "maybe it will be the bat coffee we've ever had at that price". Far from it. It was watered down and didn't taste anything like the flavor we chose (white chocolate). Simply wonderful!!! My fiancé and I were passing through town while on a road trip when I needed a caffeine boost today. We found this place on Yelp due to the reviews and I can strongly say that it lives up to the hype! Because of covid, they only offer drive thru at this time. As we pulled up to the coffee shop, the staff promptly came outside to greet us. I ordered a nitro cold brew with heavy whipping cream and my fiancé ordered an iced caramel macchiato with soy milk. In addition, we had to order a caramel pecan cinnamon roll especially since we saw that they're homemade. Everything was delicious! The nitro cold brew was strong and smooth. It was just what I needed. My fiancé enjoyed his caramel macchiato. He said he can taste the coffee and it was perfectly sweetened to his liking. We were also pleasantly surprised that the pecan cinnamon roll was amazing!! It was warm when we got it and the glaze on the cinnamon roll had a nice crunch to it. Stop by, you won't be disappointed!! We pulled up to their drive thru and someone came out immediately, luckily we had looked at the menu ahead of time and knew exactly what we wanted. We ordered a coffee, a latte, and two sandwiches. We followed the recommendation and got our sandwiches on two of their newest bagel flavors- tomato basil and spinach Parmesan- AMAZING recommendation! Stopped here on a roadtrip after searching yelp reviews. First impressions, not the cutesy coffee shop I envisioned, this was obviously a gas station at one point and not aesthetically pleasing. However, reviews are good so we stay. Currently only offering drive through orders. Ordered a white Buffalo (coffee) assume my husband asked for a large, surprised a the generous size of their large. Coffee was delicious, solid A, 5 stars. I had high hopes for the cinnamon roll but was disappointed. First it wasn't hot, not even warm. The cream cheese was overkill as far as amount (and I love my sugar ) and the flavor needs some work, it wasn't sweet. Skip the cinnamon roll and go for a bagel instead, highly recommend. Unfortunately this coffee fell short. We ordered an 8 ounce cappuccino and an 8 ounce latte. No foam on cappuccino at all. In fact you can't see, taste or tell the difference between the two except there was no coffee flavor at all in the latte. Wished it could have been a better experience. read more

Health violation? Virus vigilance? New business model? Either way, It is drive up and walk up only - yes still - outside ONLY. No outdoor seating either with the exception of 1 dirty picnic table near the drive through path. So what do you get for these reduced services? A discount? Better coffee or drive up service? Nope! This was such a disappointment. We waited 30 min for 2 coffees and 5 breakfast sandwiches. When I went up to ask if our order was almost ready she told me they had to microwave the sandwiches for a min. What?!? Why are you putting our sandwiches in the microwave?? Ugh! And this cost $45! When I went in to ask for the manager she was very rude to me. I asked why so many people that came in after us had gotten their orders before us and she replied that we had a big order. In my opinion five breakfast sandwiches is not a big order. She rudely responded that they are not McDonald's and don't just pump things out. Used to love to stop at this cute little place with friendly staff on my drive from Colorado to Utah. Not anymore. They haven't opened the lobby since COVID, leaving patrons to either sit in their car or stand in the hot sun outside. They no longer have a bathroom for customers to use nor will they supply a cup of water. The people are still friendly and the coffee is good however, if you're looking for a nice rest stop on your drive you'll have to keep going:(. read more

Service was ok. Menu should be available with server. I asked for a plain bagel and sour dough bagels. Also, the plain bagel must have been a bagel that had cheese and jalapeños that they peeled off because you could see the shape of either cheese or eggs peeled off. My daughter said it tasted like eggs not plain. She's 7. I still ate it because I like that bagel as well but again false advertisement. Then the sour dough bagel tasted like soap. It may have been a fruit bagel that they again falsely advertised. Our total was $27. We did not tip and will not be returning. Also, no public restrooms. Looks like a former gas station. I make and drink smoothies regularly seemed smaller than 16 oz. As far as appearance, I didn't know it was a historical place it just looked like it needed maintenance. Also, drive thrus have public bathrooms either inside or on the side of the building. Your comments show your disdain for your customers that you are not open to feedback to improve your business. There selection is expansive and affordable. I got the lox bagel: 10/10 the salmon was perfectly salty, which is the most important part. Iced coffee w/ oat milk: 10/10 perfectly sweet and balanced. Ecstatic as I was to find I could throw a local place a couple bucks instead of Starbucks (haiiil), I was surprised to find how delightful this place is. Staff was friendly, prompt, and helpful--asked how I'd discovered the joint, where I was headed, etc. General small talk. I think they also have some sort of drive through/drive up situation but I couldn't figure it out so I let it be and just walked in. They've got funny tee shirts too and prices are comparable, including reasonably priced food. They even had non-milk alternatives, which is essential for me.
