All the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you quickly. The TBC Salad was awesome! Perfect amount of greens, turkey, incredible bacon, cheese and cranberries with excellent dressing on the side. My daughter had the turkey, avocado pesto sandwich and she loved it. We shared the Solute crepe, which was excellent as well. Portion sizes are substantial. Jacks Crepes would be a satisfying choice for breakfast, lunch, snack or a sweet treat! Such a great find - we stopped by when we were on i80 on a road trip. What a nice little gem. Excellent crepes - our group had gardenia, chicken pesto and buffalo chicken. All were delicious and hit the right spot for crepes. The savory crepes reminded me of the ones I had when I lived in Scandinavia. Kids had chicken parm pasta and we also ordered a berry fresh crepe all of which were promptly eaten. The service was wonderful and the place itself is very charming with lot of games for kids and adults. Loved to see the focus on sustainability with compostable utensils and bags for takeouts. Traveling through Rock Springs on the way to Yellowstone. Didn't want a full meal but crepes sounded interesting. But first I was thirsty. Not into caffeine though. Luckily Quynn was helping me. When I joked about a chocolate mil or a hot chocolate, she said three words that may have changed my life... Frozen Hot Chocolate. My puzzled face needed an explanation. Stopped in Rock Springs on our way home from CO. Found this place and decided to give it a try for dinner. They don't post prices, but with the major fluctuation in eggs and such, it makes some sense. Maybe they could use a chalkboard to update daily. The staff was great. Everything tasted amazing. We had the Monte Cristo, the Unusual, the Ultimate, and the Chicken Parm pasta. The crepes are large and filling. The folks shared their Ultimate and Unusual crepes and were both well satisfied. I enjoyed the sweet and savory Monte Cristo. The kid had the pasta. Her only complaint was there was water in the bottom of the bowl from not draining the pasta very well. She ate most of it, which is not her norm. The music was loud, but only because we say right by the speaker. Maybe they could hang the speaker higher up on the wall. Portion sizes for the sandwiches are just right. They have always had my take out orders ready by the time that I got there for work lunches. Even though the food is good, I don't believe the it justifies the prices. $20 for a sandwich and a bag of chips is on the steep side in my book and will be the only reason that I don't go very often. read more

Atmosphere is great but the price did not reflect the quality or portion size. $19 for hand sized crepe in rock springs is highway robbery. The hollandaise sauce was very bland and the vegetables tasted like they were kept in a smelly fridge. Service was great though! read more

As soon as we walked in the young man at the cash register was super friendly and helpful on the process of ordering. He also got my daughter a water just by over hearing her say she was thirsty. Was so nice and patient since this was our first time, also mentioned the jacks soup which was not on the menu ( i love tomato soup) . Ordered , got seated and they brought all the drinks to our table, 10/10 on the Chai with oat milk, the milkshake and infused red bull!!! The food came out and i was so pleased. As a foodie it's so hard to find a delicious meal now a days and all this for $77. I'll start with: The crepes were delicious! We had the Ranchero and the Strawberries and cream. Yum! Their website shows outdoor seating, but that is misleading. We asked if they had outdoor seating, and the lady looked confused. So some guy said he would move a small table and chairs out front on the sidewalk. He left his diesel pickup running out front for 20 minutes. The exhaust was terrible. We had to move the table far down the sidewalk. When we arrived, we were the only ones in line. The guy that moved the table was sitting in a booth with a lady. After we ordered, several others showed up and placed their orders. I watched 4 orders leave before we got ours. One other couple came in and sat at a booth after us. They got their order first. I guess these were family and friends. They got first service. It took 45 minutes to get our order. If you are not friends or family, be prepared to wait and have your orders pushed backward. Now for the staff: The young lady that took our order and served our food was fantastic. She was a nice, friendly, and good server. I do recommend eating here. read more
