Plenty of table seating. Customer traffic was fairly consistent with orders at the counter and online orders for pickup. They have outside and inside seating. It's a fairly simple process. You find the corresponding brown bag for the sandwich you want. Mark what you want on your sandwich with a marker that's provided. Include your name at the bottom. You hand it off to the person behind the register and answer a couple of questions. Do you want fries or chips, a drink, or a milkshake. My first visit I tried the Italian Beef, fries, and a vanilla milkshake. It didn't take long for everything to be made and hear my name called. The Italian Beef was pretty good. The fries were ok. The milkshake was too thick to use a straw, so I took it home and ate it with a spoon. This visit, I had the large Wicked sandwich. The wife had a regular Italian. After a few minutes, our names were called. A large is a little much for me. Both sandwiches were good. We will dine here again. Recommend giving this a try if you're passing through or want something quick. Bonus: the gas station is connected with a small hallway where the restrooms are. Today, there was two people but one of them had a significant other waiting for them and instead of taking my order she took off her gloves and went to chat with her friend or partner. Someone came from the back to take the order. She wasn't nice or mean but didn't really engage with me. The sandwich tastes fresh and they decent serving of meat. We did have to wait a little longer for the spaghetti, but not a big deal. My two slices were large and looked good. I had the supreme and meat trio. Wife had a cheese pizza slice. After a few bites my wife's spaghetti was delivered. If she knew garlic knots came with the pasta she would've skipped the slice. I enjoyed my slices and she said the spaghetti was good. I was hoping for spare ribs, Kansa City style ribs or beef ribs but they don't do those anymore. The beans were good and worth eating, the brisket was moist and not too smoky. We generally liked everything. One thing for oaths with sensitive hearing, because there are few decorations and hard walls and floors the room is kind of loud and echoey. I hope they make some effort to soften the sound, hang some soft decorations or do something to make the sound more appealing instead of the sound of an empty warehouse.

The clerk whispered that they had chicken, but they just failed to cook enough for the night and would likely have more in an hour. Something this manager could have said. The fact that they leaned over the counter and whispered and how they said it made clear they were in a hostile work environment with a poor manager. That information should have been told to the staff, not yelled to the whole restaurant without completing the information with "Hey, we're sorry, but we are running low and won't have more chicken ready for an hour," Or "Sorry, we screwed up and did not make enough chicken, but here's a coupon for making you wait in line instead of closing" Or close the store if you're out of food and not waste the customer's time. How you deliver bad news and how it's received is a matter of how you state things. A little humility, looking us in the eyes, waiting for a second to again show some empathy, or communicating with the customer-facing staff first isn't all that hard. There was no effort made to steer us to the chicken in the bins, which apparently was being held back for the drive-thru despite displaying it out front. What kind of Chicken joint runs out of chicken at the dinner hour? If this was the first week of operations, I could understand, but it's not. We don't even know if we would like Bojangles, as this was our first and probably only experience with this chain. Terrible customer service, terrible planning, terrible management.
