I haven't at Arby's in years, but was hungry and it was closest to me. The pros .. the place was clean. That's about it. The guy working the register could care less and the people cooking, well, scary. I really try to find a positive in every place I eat, but after paying $22 for 2 cheddar roast beef meals, it all goes downhill. I guess most people use the drive through because we were the only ones there at 11 on a Saturday morning. It just tasted really old and the curly fries were little chunks of leftovers from the pan. Disappointed is an understatement! And I say that because we don't have many Arby's locations and this is the one I frequent the most. After seeing a TikTok review on their fish sandwich I went against my old reliable turkey bacon ranch and gave it chance. Huge mistake! Service wise Lacy was very nice and very efficient. She asked all the right questions and was very pleasant. Now back to this sandwich. It was an epic fail. The bun didn't taste fresh, the fish was cold in the middle and the green "lettuce" was wilted and brown. Very disappointing to say the least. The employee that waited on me obviously did not want to be there. I could hardly hear her through the speaker and asked her to repeat several times. When I pulled to the window she handed one drink and when she offered the second I asked for a drink tray. She slammed the drink down and reached for a tray. When I asked what her problem was her response was "I don't have a problem and if I did I would say so". I then asked to speak with her manager to which she said " oh my god" and slammed the window shut. Once she spoke with the manager he came over to the window and asked how he could help me. I replied that the employee obviously had an attitude issue. He apologized and offered no other response. While he was polite I feel the employee should have been made to apologize to me. I frequent this location at least two or three times a month but will no longer do so. read more

Earlier in the week, Arby's sent a coupon via email for a free classic roast beef sandwich with additional purchase. Since my Saturday morning had me in the area, I decided to use the coupon and have lunch here. I was pleased that the dining room was open (lots of fast food places still have them closed) so I could eat my meal there. The assistant manager took my order, and while she had not seen the coupon before, she quickly accepted it once she read the details. Along with the free classic roast beef sandwich I ordered the ham and cheese sandwich and a large sweet tea. It was a minimal wait for my meal at the counter. Fast food can't be 5 star by my definition, but as far as fast food goes I put Arby's #1. Do not try to visit the one on Hillsborough street because sadly it is no longer open. The sign was one of Raleigh's last remaining grandfathered into the update sign laws. I don't know if it was a financial decision (which I doubt as they seemed busy) or more likely redevelopment in the NS State corridor. She had enough meat but did not want to run out since she had an hour and a half to work. She was rude, inconsiderate and obnoxious. We were ordering for six adults. Lunch Drive Thru Girl is so friendly and fast, a rare find, compared to other fast food restaurants in the same area! I love the Arby's coupons that they give me in the mail. Terrible service consistently in the after 5:00 employees. Placed an online order to pick up. When I arrived the lights were off. I drive to the drive they window and no one looked out. Drove around again to the speaker and was told they are closed 2 hours early. I informed that I had placed an online order and was told "we are closed". I asked how to get my money back. The employee said "I don't know" "go on the app". I asked for more help and was told "we are closed". Then the employee proceeded to turn off the speaker. They have the friendliest workers here. The shirt manager was one of the sweetest people I've ever had wait on me. The food is always great and fast. Clean place. We visited Arby's today as part of a fundraising event for my kids' school. While I've been through the drive-through several times (& my orders were always correct, btw), this was our first time dining inside. The staff really went above and beyond making this a special event for the kids. To begin, the entire place is spotlessly clean, from the bathrooms, to the soda fountain, to the dining area. They had decorated with helium balloons, and were offering free cake and face-painting for the kids. There were also stickers, a coloring contest, and prizes. On top of all this, 15% of our purchase went directly to my kids' school. We have had fundraisers like this at other restaurants, but I have never seen anyone go to the lengths Arby's did to ensure the kids had fun, and will want to return again. As far as the food goes my kids can be quite particular ("turkey sandwich, but no cheese, but add bacon, with pickles on the side"- really? You're SEVEN.) and the cashier didn't bat an eyelash when I was ordering. After I paid, she asked my name, and when the food was ready (perfectly prepared as ordered), they carried it out to our table! It was all really above-and-beyond. Arby's even has a bell mounted next to the exit with a plaque reading, "If you got great service, please ring the bell!".. needless to say, the bell rang out again and again as the kids from Conn thanked Arby's staff for a truly special evening. This is by far the nicest Arby's I have visited. The staff was very professional and prompt to complete your order. The cashier was kind enough to give me a coupon for a free sandwich the next time I came through. The dining area is large enough to fit quite a few people. Personally I love the $1 menu. Stopped in today about 3pm... after work a friend and i staff not soo friendly at all. There was a guy in drive thru who talked and spoke but obviously he was working drive thru... the cashier was acting like we were bothering her by me asking her a question about the sliders.. no eye contact no welcome to arbys may i help you or anything. But the white guy in front of us got all of the above... the cashier was obviously too busy talking to 2 crew memebers that were either leaving or taking a break. Dinning room was a mess, trash was piled high, napkins not stocked etc.. but she clearly had an attitude..... but if she don't like to be bothered she should not be working your front line... this is the only arbys in my area so when i do eat there its always this location but today was not a pleasant experience... read more

Today, 6-May-2015, at 1:45 p.m., my wife and I went to our favorite Arby's for lunch. This time, I wanted to try the smoked beef brisket and my wife wanted to try the smoked turkey brisket. When I ordered my smoked beef brisket, the cashier asked me which sandwich I wanted. I repeated that I wanted to order the smoked beef brisket sandwich. He told me they didn't have that on the menu. I pointed to the menu board and read exactly what was there, but again, he said he wanted to know which sandwich I wanted. So, very s-l-o-w-l-y, I very deliberately said, "The sign says, 'Smoked Beef Brisket."" He acted like he didn't know what I wanted. I was frustrated at this point and ready to ask for someone who could understand me. I raised my voice and repeated that I wanted a SMOKED BEEF BRISKET MEAL. He then asked me if I wanted a meal or the sandwich! Aargh! When I ordered a bottle of water for my wife, the cashier couldn't find it on his menu! We ended up closing and paying for our order. Then he asked me if I still wanted that bottle of water, which I did, he entered into the computer, and I paid cash. What has happened to this place? The service has dropped through the floor! This is our 2nd time this week where we received much less than stellar service. On the plus side, the sandwiches were really good. But the service is a complete turn-off. read more
