So my girlfriend and I come here fairly frequently. It's out of the way but we like the food. In the past the service was great. They knew us and when we ordered via the app and dined in, they recognized us and brought the food out to us. This time, we ordered via the app and we waited about 5 mins in the parking lot before coming inside. There were two other people ahead of me. I stood there for 20 minutes before our food was ready. The manager Kathy was awful. Incredibly rude and condescending. Standing there for that long she just looked at me and never said anything. When the food was called, I said my girlfriend had a separate order and told her I'm with the order with the last name "Liu". She kinda gave me a sarcastic response and said "of course you are." Which it came off either like she was complaining about our business or it was maybe even a racist jab at my girlfriend being Asian. When her shake was ready, I went to grab it and said we're missing the mozzarella sticks. She said it was still cooking and I said "no worries." She scoffed and repeated it back me sarcastically. She had the worst attitude I've seen in a leadership role. She was blatantly disrespectful to customers and was also demeaning to her own staff. She didn't delegate much and honestly seemed completely lost when there were four orders on the screen. It only got worse when the drive through backed up, which was served before the people inside waiting. She refused to let her staff take orders because she didn't trust them. The cook finally came to the front and realized one of the men waiting never even ordered in the 15 minutes he was standing there. Even as we left, a customer sneezed and Kathy remarked for them not to come to the counter because she didn't want to get sick. Absolutely awful experience. The food was obviously not warm as half of it was cooked 5-10 mins before the rest. I normally love this location and the staff, but wow do they need a drastic change here. read more

what I really love about Arby's is they are made to order. Even though you're going through a drive-through and Arby's is typically fast food. It takes time for them to deliver the food and that's how you know it's fresh and made then in there. Their food is a little bit more pricey than other fast food but the quality is also better read more

First POTATO CAKES ARE BACK!! I went mostly for the potato cakes. When I walked in I was greeted with a choir of hellos and welcome. I wanted a chicken cordon bleu but they didn't make them anymore. So I ordered the roast beef sandwich instead. Along with a large potato cakes. I had to order the jamocha shake too. I received my food quickly, the beef sandwich was good. The bun was soft and a good amount of beef. The potato cakes were hot and just out the fryer. I didn't take a pic but there is something special when you put the potato cake in your sandwich with Arby's sauce and Horsey Sauce. While I chowed down, watch a little bit of tv. Love the beef and cheddar but all the beef sandwiches are great. Don't recommend the new beef chunks, they are not even close to the advertised picture. They're very small and look like crumbs that fell off a brisket. Didn't taste bad but not worth the price. Service was a bit slow, and when I got my order asked if they put in some horsy sauce. He said yes but when I got home there was any. Over all I'll still go there for the beef sandwiches and the potato cakes which are fantastic. WTF No more potato cakes? It's Lenten season and the 2 for $6 fish sandwiches are back. They are nice size fish sandwiches but there's way too much mayonnaise on the sandwich making the sandwich a mess to eat. Arnie's has really revamped their menu providing a whole new selection of menu items. The only thing is NO MORE POTATO CAKES. Went to Arby's (restaurant 762) 7001 Dempster, Niles, IL for their Fried Turkey Gobbler meal. They were featured on The Jason Show during a segment. They rated the sandwich a nine, of course had to try it out. It is a nine-ten easily. Not just sliced turkey lunch meat, sliced juicy turkey breast, with fresh lettuce, sliced tomato, crispy onion strings, and a sauce. Fresh bun finished it off. The meal comes with curly fries and a drink. I don't know how long they'll be featuring this meal, but try to stop in and try one. read more

After not coming here for over two years because of my experiences explained in my last review, my fiance and I came here yesterday and it was MUCH better than it was before, but still not totally amazing. Although, the workers were actually very nice and friendly this time around. I ordered a double classic beef sandwich and my fiance ordered a double beef and cheddar sandwich, both with curly fries (best fries on the planet). When I got home, my fries were a little cold (I only live 5 minutes away), but it was also freezing out yesterday. I ordered a jamocha shake and it tasted like nothing to me (and no, don't make a COVID joke here because it's not funny and I don't have it). I didn't taste coffee or chocolate at all, so maybe I will stick to the chocolate shake here. My sandwich was much warmer than my fries, thankfully. Overall, it's definitely not somewhere I will come to again in the near future, but it did fulfill a craving that I had for quite some time after not having it for so long. read more

Very attentive staff and good location with easy access. It's kind of your only option if you live in Chicago. You can't exactly get drive through at either of the Loop locations, so this is my go-to when I'm feeling like Arby's. But, my interactions with the staff have been positive and when I'm craving Arby's they give me a roast beef sandwich and curly fries! It is a bit of an older location, and probably not what it once was 35 years (or so) ago, but I would say the staff makes up for it. Would recommend! read more

TLDR: Arby's lost a customer due to the inept smart ass employee at the drive thru window that goes by "Sam," on the receipt "Jaden," and "Matthew" all at the same time. This person that isn't up to the simple task of working at a hamburger joint didn't provide sauce specifically asked for, a straw for the drink, or napkins. Then when speaking to another employee that this one needs retraining he slams the window mid-sentence and laughs "BYEEEE!" then smirks and ignores me when directly asked his name. This person isn't even up to working at a fast food restaurant as he somehow thinks acting an ass towards paying customers after being the one that can't provide a proper drive thru order has resulted in Arby's losing future income from any of my money in the future. I won't be back due to the inability of management to hire an employee that doesn't think it's all a game and can disrespect customers providing the funds for their paycheck. I won't support it. Ok, So the past few times I have been here it hasn't even pleasant for me! Per my other reviews. Well, today I had a good experience! Was greeted at the drive thru very nicely. I started to give my order and had ordered one item and she said please drive up!...Um..I said I have more. No biggie. When she handed me the receipt I noticed was wrong. So I told her my receipt was wrong ( so then order would be wrong) she got the manager. Manager was very nice and said the difference is like 50. cents. I said keep it no biggie! I finally tried the corn-beef sandwich. I had it without cheese and no cabbage. I like mine with mustard. Great sandwich. The corn-beef was thinly sliced and better sandwich than the one I tried at Whole Foods. Hurry and give it a try. Sad to see they no longer have slaw or side salad. It's been many years since I've been at an Arby's. I love a good Reuben so the two for six bucks brought me into this place. I'll have to admit it being a pretty decent sandwich and I commend Arby's for trying something no other fast food joint would even touch. So three stars for the reuben served with a good portion of corned beef with the sauce and sauerkraut on marble rye. Good place to go to mix up your fast food fix. Love the curly fries! It's definitely not the best place in the area to go for Roast Beef or a Beef & Cheddar, but it works. I guess their variety of sauces kind of makes up for it. This place tends to be a little on the slow side when it comes to service but they are pretty friendly. A big plus: their drivethrough is open until 11 on a Monday (and probably during the rest of the week too)! read more
