This place has it all: frontline first impression employees who have no idea that they're even employed, dining area that hasn't been cleaned this week, an impossible number of pick up orders that always take precedence over those physically in the restaurant.

I didn't catch her name but I wish she was the only one I ever had. She gave great portions, served us willingly and was even personable. It was very good. The meat choices aren't as spicy as the chain restaurants so if you are looking for heat, make sure to get the hot salsa and seasoned sour cream. The restaurant is recently renovated with a large dining area. There is also a patio area that typical is open during the summer.

The restaurant was very clean, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Service was also impressively fast. I kept it simple with a single ButterBurger and fries, and honestly, it's a classic for a reason. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly as expected. Overall, a great stop!

I had a curbside pick up but after 10 minutes of waiting I went inside to pick up my order. The trash cans outside were overflowing and same thing inside. They shove the bags into your hand and if you're not ready it will fall to the ground. They do not apologize , ever, when they make mistakes. Mistakes happen but how you fix them says a lot. Making people feel bad because their $15 meal is wrong is wild. They won't tell you their names to leave comments. The kids without name badges tend to be the most poorest behaved. We had been having good experiences at this location finally after years of poor ones but they must've changed management within the last year because they are back to slow wait times, constantly giving wrong food or leaving stuff out, and rude employees. Not all the employees are bad. They still have a few nice ones but in drive-thru you rarely see them. Save your money and go a town over or a couple exits up.
