The Pizza Factory stands at the pinnacle of the Minnesota variety of pizza. The crust is there for structural support which is desperately needed to prop up the sweet & spicy sauce that is then covered with cheese, toppings, and then cheese again. Compared to an NY style pizza there is 2.5-3.0 times the amount of cheese on this pizza. The cheese is the "writer, director & actor" with everything else a bit part. The weight of the cheese is so much that it gives way to the need to cut the pizza in a grid of 3x3 inch squares instead of the standard 8 triangles because it weighs so much relatively speaking. This is Minnesota style pizza at its best. If you like it you will love it.

It wasn't just "extra olives"; the entire half was completely covered in them to the point that you could barely see the pizza underneath. The amount made that portion of the pizza essentially inedible. My family and I ended up having to pick off all of the excess olives just to be able to eat a couple of pieces. I completely understand that toppings can vary in quantity, but this was far beyond what would reasonably be considered a normal amount of olives. I've been a loyal customer for years, which is why I'm especially disappointed. I really hope this was just an isolated mistake, because I've generally had good experiences here in the past. I just wanted to share the feedback because this pizza was unfortunately not what I expected at all.

The owner was the one who took my order and baked my food, a super nice guy. He's been at it for over 20 years.
