Sheree went well. It all starts with a friendly hello at the door. The place was a little cleaner than I remembered from my last visit. The beef sandwhich was beefier, the cheese sticks fresher, the sauces were tastier, and yes even the drink was better! Service made all the difference. She was consistent with a friendly greeting to the next 3 people that walked in the door. She swept up little messes while encouraging her team and managed to say good by to people leaving by name. Went through the drive thru today and received great service! Very friendly lady at the window suggested a side of cheese for my fries, which I have never done, but it was a great suggestion, and I enjoyed it very much. Food was delicious as always. Today I got a Greek Gyro. You wouldn't think a fast food place could make a good Gyro, buy Arby's does! Loved it. Fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfection. How do you run out of roast beef at 8:00 on a Sat. It's happened before. I'll go somewhere else.

First off I'd like to caveat this review with the fact that 3 stars is the highest possible rating I'll ever give a corporate food chain. Overall this Arby's is pretty typical of most except it is what I'd call a high traffic location due to it being in a Love's truck stop. The dining area is always filthy, but stepping on stale, crunchy, curly fries that haven't been swept up since 1998 & then covering up the dried up Arbys sauce and unidentified sticky processed cheese substance on the table with your tray just adds to the truck stop ambiance. The reason I came here was for the orange creamsicle shake, this powerful little 20oz gem landed me in the United Rentals bathroom located directly across Highway 67 from Arbys with a reenactment from the Dumb&Dumber toilet scene. While this was technically not an OSHA reportable incident, management ended up requiring the United Rentals mechanics to evacuate the shop & open all the maintenance bay doors out of safety concerns that my body may or may not have turned that tasty orange Picasso of a shake into some sort of flammable toxic gas. I thought I had learned my lesson, but was wrong so very wrong.... Several months later Arbys then came out with the Andes mint shakes, my will power to resist had faded faster than Beto at a job fair. Reluctantly, I ordered one of the light colored green masterpieces and popped the lid off. I felt a bit dirty as I sniffed it like Joe does every small child that comes within 20feet him and proceeded to devour it like Whoopi on a family size 5gal bucket of cheesy poofs. This time however, I would not be so lucky with indoor plumbing and air conditioning. Instead I had to speed waddle kicking up a dust trail with cheeks clenched like a bench vice to a jobsite porta John in the sweltering Texas heat. Just 6hrs after the point of entry into my system I once again found myself sprayin' mud like a howitzer firing battery, yeeting minty napalm nuggets & burning fecal projectiles into the jungles of Nam. I broke out into a sweat and began singing fortunate son as perspiration dripped off my hard hat to the floor in this 130° blue water filled turd punch bowl. I considered fabricating some dirt bike hand grips off the side as to steady myself and not risk further injury but then realized my oring was blown out and insides were most likely damaged gear anyway so what did it really matter at this point. Then reality throat punched me as I peered through my sweat burning eyes and fumes realizing the toilet paper holder was completely empty. I quickly deployed a leatherman, improvised and stumbled back to my field service truck minus a few shirt sleeves, completely dehydrated, but felt the cool breeze of 95° as I contemplated how I continue to make such poor decisions for lunch. Would I go there again? Don't really want to, but yeah 6 outta 10 would eat here again if those shake dealers come out with another amazing flavor. -The Belligerent Gunny read more

Worst customer service ever! Pull up to the drive thur with my son and are very rudely told they are in the middle of a shift change and nobody can help us. We replied it's ok we don't mind waiting. Then they respond with well it's going to be 8 min and we continue to say it will be ok. Well they have a timer running to see how quickly they take and get out orders and got mad us for saying we would wait they wanted us to come wait inside or pull up to the window and wait. When we once again said it's ok we would prefer to wait here we're still looking at the menu. The lady put her hands in the air all pissed off like we did something wrong for coming to the drive thur. It was unbelievable how we were treated! Sunday evening 3/14/21 approx 8:00pm Ordered 8 classic roast beef sandwiches and 2 small curly fries. Got home and they left out one order of fries. I did pay for it though. $40 worth of fast food, two different items and they failed to get the order correct. Completely ridiculous. Typical pathetic fast food service. Will not go back. Check your food before leaving! All I asked for was NO mayonnaise and they put extra!! Didn't notice until I was about 10 minutes away. The lady on the drive thru intercom sounded nice but once we pulled up she was in a bad mood and giving my boyfriend and I a mean look. I do not recommend coming here while you're on the road. I'll have to say there are not a very friendly group. If you dine in and want "clean" sauces in a pack, they direct you to a self serve station that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. Disgusting. Then get aggravated when you just ask for the packs. Not helpful at all. read more

Went there for breakfast this morning and wow what an unprofessional group. There were about 5 girls working and 1 guy cooking. But I was the only one in line and it took several minutes for me to be acknowledged because the girls were goofing off and giggling until the cook finally told them to simmer down and get to work. Don't know what it is about this particular Arby's, whether it's because it's in a truck stop or has always just had bad management, but I've lived in Venus 10 years now and it's never been a well run business ... ever.
