Got a crispy fish sandwich and I haven't had one for about 2 years so of course I was expecting the fillet that covered the bottom bun. Boy was I disappointed!! There was more lettuce and tarter sauce than there was fish. The fillet was about a quarter inch thick and that was mostly breading. I will not be ordering that ever again and I would suggest you don't either!! read more

Just what Marysville needs, another fast food place! But no, it's nice to have an Arby's, one of the better fast food joints. Sweetie likes it once in awhile; Baby K likes the fries. It has been crazy busy, as Shaun H noted, so I have stayed away for awhile. Went on a Saturday night and while the drive-through line was long, there was only one group inside. Service was friendly and fast- for ordering, there was a bit of a wait to get the food, due to the line outside, but not bad. I got a basic roast beef sandwich and frankly, it was better than I remember. Lots of thinly sliced beef, good bun, good sauces (there is a wider selection if you go inside.) Got some chicken tenders- big, crispy and tender, good. And a mint chocolate shake- very good. Thick, minty, with lots of chocolate chips, etc., on top. Easy access and parking. Nice decor inside. It's not huge, though, so I would avoid eating there during a rush. I'll be back. read more

Really nice and new but busy as heck. This place just opened to start 2019 and it's about time Marysville got an Arbys! So how is it? Well as stated is very busy so take that into account if you head over here. My first order was not quite right in a few ways. First I ordered two double beef and cheddars and the girl put me in for the 2 for $5 deal. Secondly the girl who rang me up put me in for marinara sauce with the jalapeño poppers. When I told her I didn't think that was right she changed it to ranch sauce (which is still not correct but whatever). Next, when checking out I told the guy filling orders that I had requested the two double beef and cheddar and I didn't believe that we pay off the 2 for $5 deal. He agreed that they aren't and told me to get back in line and they would correct it. I asked to please just swap them out and give me what I had ordered without getting back in a long line and he obliged hit didn't seem real happy about it. When they gave me my order I asked for Arbys sauce and Horsey sauce and later found out that they only gave couple of each. Lastly, when I got home I realized I didn't have the ranch for the jalapeño poppers either. So definitely check your order and sauces to make sure they're correct before leaving!! All in all though the food was hot and tasted great so I'm sure they'll get the kinks ironed out soon. So glad to have an Arbys back here in the Ville!!! read more

Such a big let down. I was pretty excited that Marysville was getting something new, but I'm pretty disappointed. I've given this place two chances and that's all the time I'm willing to waste here. First visit: Intended to eat inside. Went to the register to order, only to be told that I would have to order at the pick up counter (strike one). As I stood behind another customer who was also waiting to order, an employee directed the drive-thru order taker to take our orders. Clearly inconvenienced, the young female unenthusiastically asked what the first customer would like to order (strike two). I could already tell how this visit was going to go based on the first two strikes, so I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Second visit: Went through drive-thru at 10:15pm on a thursday. After waiting a couple minutes st the speaker, the order taker finally greeted me and said he would help me in a moment. After several minutes (waiting ever so patiently despite my desire to pipe up and ask if I could order yet) he returns to take my simple order: a classic roast beef sandwich, and a grand turkey club wrapped in a foil wrap instead of in a box. Siting his speaker being faulty, he asks me to repeat and speak up. Now announcing my order to the other two cars behind me, I oblige and proceed to the window after receiving my total. At the window a woman takes our payment and a couple minutes later hands off our food. The grand turkey club was incorrectly assembled on a tortilla wrap (as opposed to the FOIL wrap, which I was intentional on wording that way). We explain to the female who was working the window (with no headset), and she tells us she has to "go get him" (incapable of relaying the message to him??). "He" comes to the window, we repeat ourselves, he directs us to park by a door while he remakes the sandwich. He did apologize for messing up the sandwich, but no acknowledgement for the 15 minutes this event has taken, which should have taken 5 or less. Let's start with what need's worked on first. It could have been cleaner and normally is. But don't like seeing food on the ground at that amount. I asked about their new Hawaiian sweet and heat chicken sandwich as far as spicy. Nobody working had tried it yet. I think all new items should be tested so they can give valuable info. That being said, their customer service was great! I don't like spicy hot food. But I tried the sandwich. It was delicious and honestly my favorite item they sell. So I got up and ordered another. The guy at the register remembered my question and asked me about the spice and if It was too much. I told him I don't like spicy but it was just right and very good. He took interest in my opinion. That made me happy and it's good service on his part. I went to waiting area and the same guy came to me and asked if I wanted to wait 6 minutes for a more fresh piece of chicken. I told him that was fine and smiled as he made me feel like a valuable customer. Hope the manager reads this as his actions yesterday will give them more business from not just me but other's if they keep him and he continues to do such a great job. I'd have given 5 stars all day had thing's been a little cleaner. I will be back very soon and worth the 15 minute drive. read more

Good food but the SMALLEST ARBYS I HAVE EVER BEEN IN and I like a very specific Order a classic roast beef sandwich but instead of roast beef turkey on it they absolutely refuse every single time to make it for me it is literally putting different meat onto a bun and heating it up I have even offered to pay extra but they just won't give it up for the love of god isn't the customer always right gosh read more

I would give negative 100 stars if I could!!! Waited 25 min on 2 sandwiches and onion rings. They were out of curly fries, how does that happen? I counted 11 employees at the time going around in circles. It was the most disorganized cluster-f**k I've ever seen! Sad thing is we were the only 2 people inside. read more
