They were loaded in shrimp and the right amount of sauce. The hot dog was really good. I'm always situated when the dog and bun alone can stand apart. Theirs does and it's a credit to the quality of the dog and the preparation of the bun. The best perfect finish of the meal was the beignets. They were cooked perfectly and were light and airy and topped with powdered sugar. Some may think the powdered sugar was excessive but I thought it was spot on and a huge hit with my kiddos. There's good opportunities to catch it at Staas.

The bologna was cooked perfectly with a great tasting outside char on it to add flavor. I absolutely loved this sandwich. The beef brisket sandwich was also delicious. I ordered the Brisket Sandwich with Macaroni and cheese, smoked cabbage and baked beans. The Macaroni and cheese was a creamy cheese version that was really good. The baked beans had a really good smooth taste to them. Good stuff. One of the stars was the smoked cabbage, this definitely a must if you're ordering from them. I could have ordered several of these. Delicious!! On to the star of the show. The Brisket, OMG!!! This has to be in top echelon of Briskets I've ever had. It was super moist with a nice tasty pepper crust. It was phenomenal all by itself but you do have some bbq sauce included to add a little more flavor IF you want. Mike is use 3 different smokers for different options for making his products. He is using cherry, maple and hickory for smoking his products. You can really tell that they care about the product they are producing. If you get the chance you should definitely check them out

The brisket was outstanding. Tender, flavorful, crisped a bit at the edges, no sauce necessary. The pork was decent. Tender, but with less flavor; I added a bit of sauce. Still good, just not amazing. The mac salad was unique- lots of mustard and pickle flavor, and in fact some pickles mixed in. Different, but very good. The tea was good, but not sweet enough for us. The lemonade was just okay. Service was super friendly and fast. Prices are reasonable. I'll definitely be watching for them at other events. Oh, and Baby K already loves BBQ, and chowed down on everything from here (we skipped the sauce for her.)

Each day he has smoked brisket, pork and often has smoked turkey that is oh so juicy. They also do specials like smoked sausage and something called a ripper dog that's smoked then deep fried! The baklava and the lemonade were good however, the mozzarella sticks were burnt. Please see the attached picture. I go to the truck today and he tells me he will have the cook make me new mozzarella sticks. After giving me his word I never got new mozzarella sticks. He said he didn't remember me and asked me to send him a picture because he doesn't recall. This is a lot of work for mozzarella sticks. I didn't like the experience and I will not be coming back.

OMG!!! I've been trying to catch up to this Food Truck for a while and it's never synced up till…read morethis afternoon. They do some Food Truck events and Catering events. The owners are Charles and Jarret. They're super personable individuals and were easy to talk with about their experiences with the business . I ordered the two sandwiches platter which comes with 3 sides. I had the Brisket and Pulled Pork sandwiches. Each came with coleslaw on top. My 3 sides were baked beans, Mac N Cheese and Cowboy Corn. I'll start with the sandwiches. Totally surprised by both sandwiches, they both had nice and moist meat that was smoked perfectly. The coleslaw on top just added that perfect crunch to the sandwich. I used Bangin Bourbon on one and Homestyle which was tangy and sweet. Both had great flavor. On to the sides. The Mac n Cheese was made with a Rotini style noodle and was made with Colby, Cheddar and Jack cheese. It was super flavorful. And finally there was the Cowboy Corn which of course had corn, peppers red and green made with a super flavorful sauce. So Tasty!! Almost forgot a star in the menu, the Baked Beans, OMG!!!!
