What stuck out about this visit the most was how well the staff dealt with one difficult set of customers. A mom with three kids came in and they were doing their thing. When their food showed up the mom complained that her frozen drink was not frozen enough and requested it to be remade. Then one of the kids dropped their fries on the floor. The mom went to the counter and requested, or more like demanded, the fries be replaced. The staff dealing with this situation really should have received a raise for as swiftly as this was dealt with. Then having to clean up the mess afterwards.
