The food was hot and made fresh! The service was friendly, professional and flawless. The restaurant, including the bathrooms, was clean and stocked. While Arby's isn't one of my typical go to places, I'd definitely stop in again if passing through. read more

I was sold a raw burger. The staff was not familiar with basic knowledge of proper food temperatures for serving, and clearly not adept in customer service. A manager had a meltdown as I was asking for a refund, and they attempted to call the police on me for unknown reasons. I left and returned when a group arrived to buy a meal. They were nice enough to wait for me to get my refund and we left together. Once outside, they told me some of the employee rumors and I felt better. People get food poisoning from eating raw ground beef. I was moving out of state that day, and am so glad I didn't eat that burger. My picture shows the Waygu burger I had purchased. The rudest restaurant service I ever got. Perhaps two years ago Arby's was running a promotion that included Beef and Cheddar sandwiches. Twice I ordered Regular Roast Beef sandwiches and got Beef and Cheddar sandwiches instead. The second time this happened (I checked after the first time), I pulled my car back to the drive-through window. I wasn't going to complain, I just wanted to get the right food. The woman at the window (got the feeling it was a manager, but who knows?) interrupted me to yell at me that I had ordered incorrectly, and I had to browbeat her into giving me my actual order. The last time I went into the restaurant, as I walked up to the counter to order, the guy behind the counter wandered off to chat with another co-worker out in the dining area. When I suggested he return and take my order, he made it out like this chat was a big emergency that had to happen the moment a customer came in the door. Love it at any store when staff is standing around doing nothing as you walk up, but suddenly they have to run off somewhere when it looks like you might have a question. I used to run to Arby's every week or two. I have eaten at several other Arby's around the country and never had problems like this. If a restaurant staff is rude for years, it's not the staff, it's the management. Another Yelper says the manager is a crazy-pants -- that was my guess. read more

I've never been a big fan of Arby's but every few years my husband insists on going. From our last trip I was happy to see an expanded menu I wasn't going wth am I going to eat. The Jamestown staff was very friendly and the place was busy but putting out food quickly. Kids meals where reasonably priced. I had a turkey club it would be a go to for me again. Only negative was half my fries fell on the floor as the guy handed my husband the tray with no offer to replace them. read more

Stopped in for a French dip on the way home from Fargo to Bismarck around 8:00 pm. Other choices for quick food were McDonalds, Burger King or even Subway. Store was busy, but staff had already closed off a section of the restaurant, leaving only dirty tables as choices to sit down. While waiting for food, stopped in restroom and found the restroom needed attention too. Food was served hot and good, but will likely choose another spot that keeps customer area maintained. read more

It was my first time ever eating at arbys. The staff is really friendly which is why they get a 3. But the food is a 2. My chicken salad sandwich with celery, pecans, and grapes had soooooooo much mayo that it dominated the sandwich and was not pleasant to eat. read more

Worst service I have ever been involved in. Not only were the staff rude and incompetent. The entire place looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly since it opened. The experience actually lowered my opinion of the entire town. It was so bad. I waited in the drive thru for 15 mins to get to the window and then was instructed to pull forward to wait longer. They said 2 more minutes so I agreed ,coming to my patience end already.10 minutes later after two more cars left from behind me, then someone came out with my food and I left. In terms of Arbys the food was just as I expected, not expecting the world here. Despite how stressed the crew was with their drive thru out of commission for the day and having to run in and out on a 85 degree day, I give them props for holding up. Retail and fast food isn't glamorous. read more
