Living in Vegas, we're used to the 24-hour lifestyle where you can always find something to eat, no matter the time of day. While in Jamestown, we were looking for a late-night meal and quickly discovered that almost everything was closed. We called Tapps and learned that the bar closed at midnight, but the kitchen was scheduled to close at 11:00 PM. It was already 10:50 PM, and we didn't want to inconvenience the kitchen staff. However, Val, the bartender, encouraged us to place an order and head over. Honestly, we were surprised, but we took her up on the offer.
