Ordered the pizza, a buffalo chicken wrap, Caesar salad with grilled chicken and the spicy hot Italian sub with fries. Everything was delicious! Grilled chicken was plentiful and perfectly seasoned on the salad. The wrap was stuffed with well seasoned chicken breast meat. The pizza is a super thin crust that was a great bite. The Italian sandwich was a wonderful surprise with toasted meats and the delicious dressing, and hot, crispy fries. Outstanding experience and meal and we would come again if we weren't just passing through!

We got greeted and drinks right away, and then were told our server qould be right with us. Someone stopped by the table and grabbed our order a short time after. We were one of maybe 6 tables in the restraunt at this time. We had two other people join us after we ordered and they were there for about 30 minutes before leaving, but no one even stopped to ask if they wanted anything. Guess they missed out on slinging 2 more beers. Anyway we ordered 2 appetizers, a pizza and a kids meal. After an hour of waiting i finally had to say something. My 4 year old nephew was hungry, and quite frankly I was too. It was almost 7 by now after all. So I had to flag down our waiter that was oblivious that one of his few tables still didnt have their food.... he came back 10 minutes later and said "the kitchen tore up your ticket on accident your food will be the next out". Another 10-15 minutes later the wrong pizza, one appetizer and a cold kid's meal was brought out. When I informed them the pizza was NOT the right pizza and we were missing an app one of the servers stormed away while spouting off rude comments. At this point we were over it. I talked with the bartender who said they would comp the tab as I was NOT waiting any longer for food. And we left and got McDonald's and headed home. Just piss poor service. Will never go back.

Applebee's on a Friday night is busy and we expected a reasonable wait to place our order and to get our food. The waitress took our order after a bit... I was getting a little impatient after 20 minutes.... With our order placed, the food came out relatively quickly a positive I ordered the all you can eat ribs, shrimp, and chicken wings special. I expected the shrimp to be heavily battered, which I remove the batter, and just eat the shrimp. They were good, not overcooked. For my second request, I ordered the ribs. These were disappointment, overcooked tough. And the chicken wings were boneless and more like chicken nugget nuggets ...so so. Overall, the dinner was three out of five. My wife ordered a salad and soup which was rather good and it was a generous portion of salad so that was a five out of five. If you're looking for a average dinner at an average price, Applebee's will suit you fine. I just don't think it'll be many years before I go back. Service was slow, food quality varied

Living in Vegas, we're used to the 24-hour lifestyle where you can always find something to eat, no matter the time of day. While in Jamestown, we were looking for a late-night meal and quickly discovered that almost everything was closed. We called Tapps and learned that the bar closed at midnight, but the kitchen was scheduled to close at 11:00 PM. It was already 10:50 PM, and we didn't want to inconvenience the kitchen staff. However, Val, the bartender, encouraged us to place an order and head over. Honestly, we were surprised, but we took her up on the offer. We arrived around 11:00 PM, after the kitchen had officially closed, and were amazed when our food arrived hot and fresh at the table. The food was outstanding, and the service was even better. Our server, Pesh, was attentive, prompt, and offered excellent menu recommendations that did not disappoint. Between the exceptional customer service, great food, and willingness of the staff to go above and beyond for travelers looking for a late-night meal, Tapps made a lasting impression on us. We would highly recommend Tapps to anyone visiting Jamestown, North Dakota. Thank you, Val, Pesh, and the entire team for such a great experience!
