No complaints about the food, it was good. But my expectations were fairly high after hearing lots of folks talk about it. The chicken was crispy and not greasy as fried food can be. The fries were good -not soggy and not overcooked. I'm still assessing my thoughts about the sauce. I didn't feel like I was overwhelmed by the taste, but I did keep going back to it and dipping my fries and chicken in it until it was all gone. So maybe I liked it more than I realized? I'd give it a solid 3.5 stars. This was a 35 minute drive for me, so I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to do this again because of the distance. But we had a good meal here and a pleasant experience.

From the hoagie roll bags I saw it looks like they get the rolls shipped in from Philadelphia which is the only way to go. My only complaint besides the awful decor j/k is the whiz was runner then most cheesesteak places so dipping the fries made an unbelievable mess. Everything tasted phenomenal though. Why can't all drive-through places -- whether restaurants, coffee place, or banks -- have people so friendly and efficient? I ate my meal in the car and then went into the restaurant to wash-up: the restroom was clean and the sink worked and there were papertowels. I've been to a few other Chick-fil-As: the one in Altoona, one in Lebanon, and I'm sure one or two others, but this was easily the best experience and I was just so wowed by the efficiency of the drive-through and the friendliness of the staff. Also, the food was good: it seemed a smidgen more pricey than other fast-food restaurants but the coke wasn't flat, the waffle fries were fresh and hot and tasted great, and even the chicken sandwich was well-presented despite it being in a box served in a bag in a drivethrough. If Chick-fil-A can do this, there's no reason other resturants shouldn't be able to -- great job!
