But it was still sooooo good. Smoky flavor, crispy/chewy texture, etc. The momo had a decent amount of filling and the dough was very thin. The samosa chaat was probably the lease impressive . . . but it was still good. The food was nicely packaged in metal to-go containers with plastic lids. It was already stacked well in a plastic bag. The price wasn't terrible. I was out of there for under $50 for 4 dishes. I only have one complaint. The guy taking my order tried to talk me out of the spicy and unique dishes. He said I wouldn't like the Kaan because Americans don't like it. When I said I wanted some dishes extra extra spicy, he tried to talk me out of it multiple times. I didn't mind the guidance, but I don't like the assumption that people like me don't like spicy food. And if I confirm I really do want it spicy, please don't keep trying to convince me otherwise. Despite having to argue for spicy food, the food itself was absolutely fantastic and I can't wait to go back and try some of their other dishes.
