Best pizza place in Harrisburg Pa!! The food is always consistently amazing. I always get the large cheese pizza, bbq wings, and 2liter soda everyday special. I'm obsessed with this food. The pizza is very cheesy and the wings are always big. The service is always top notch because they care about their customers. I actually used their restaurant for catering my son's birthday party in the end of January and ordered 10pizzas once I'll never forget how they were on time and the quality was impeccable. read more

Been going to this pizza shop since the 1990s and it's been through a few owners, BUT the guys that own it now KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. The pizza is continuously great, Crust is good, sauce is good, and always plenty of cheese. read more

Try the hoagies. I had a steak before and today I had a 13" Italian. For under 10 bucks, it was by far the best Italian I've had in my 56 year old life. The homemade buns are what makes it but it's all good read more

I scheduled a large order for 10 pizzas for approximately $155 the day before and then on 01/25/2025 pizzas were ready for the party and everything was perfect. Definitely recommend to schedule in advance and they called me the day of the party to confirm. Then for the Super Bowl 02/09/2025 I ordered one cheese pizza, wings, and 2-liter and a house pizza for approximately $44 read more

I stopped in to Roberto's for the first time and bought a piece of their meat lover's ready to go pizza slices for lunch. It was thick but a bit overcooked on the bottom. It was nothing special and I wasn't too impressed with the taste. Nice guys that run the place, but not my thing. read more

Food is always good and you get good sized portions for the price. Their large pizza is humongous. Delivery is always fast too.

The very best pizza around. The crust is perfection! Desserts are good too. We liked the chicken wings as well. Staff is always so appreciative and friendly! read more

First time ordering from this restaurant. Ordered food via Yelp delivery (was cheaper than grub hub and doordash) and it was right on time. We are so glad we gave this place a try! The cheese pizza is my new Harrisburg favorite with tons of cheese and a thin, chewy crust. The Italian sub was delicious--the bread was fresh and soft and it had the perfect amount of filling--I really liked the super shredded lettuce. And last but not least, the chicken parm was amazing! It comes with a large salad and garlic bread, which were also very good. The garlic bread looked a little over toasted but it didn't have any effect on taste. We will definitely be ordering from here again! read more

Great pizza!!! In town for a conference and was in the mood for pizza and although Roberto's was the fourth on the list of places in the area, they had the best photo of a pizza, so took a chance. Super happy that I did. Ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza (grilled chicken, green peppers, onions, mozzarella cheese and BBQ sauce) to be delivered via Grub Hub. It came faster than advertised and was nice and hot. The flavors melded together perfectly and there were nice sized chunks of chicken in every bite. The crust had a good chew to it and it was good to the last bite. Read that their white pizza is a winner also, so the next time in the area that will be my choice. read more

If you want an authentic thin crust New York style slice of pizza go here and order a slice of plain. The best in town hands down.

Ordered a sandwich hot Italian Grinder. They gave me a cold ham sandwich. Guy delivering was so slow sauntering down the hallway talking on speaker phone the whole time. Didn't have the whole order said it was down in his car and he would bring it back. We all know that was not going to happen. Worst customer service I have had in a while. read more

Typical pizza fare. Nothing too exciting. Decent prices, decent food, sub par service. My preference is to get things to go, but it can sometimes take a while. I've blown a lunch break waiting for food. The guys behind the counter are nice enough. The guy who appears to be in charge, the one with the killer blue eyes, is very efficient. Their grilled chicken salad is pretty decent and you get a generous amount for the price. I just wish they put some fancy vegetables on it. Two slices and a glass of water will allow you avoid starving to death and eat cheaply for those time when you forgot your money and you're stuck digging in the cracks of the seat and rooting through the gum wrappers in the ash tray for spare change. read more

Robertos Pizza - Veggie Calzones - Pizza Near Me - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Two brothers & father nice friendly people, inconsistent food preparation! The focus is on cheap not quality or quantity, multiple wrong orders prepared or cooked incorrectly. Multiple communication issues with the managing brother he is very skimpy on portions of tomato, onion, french fry portions ruining the total product. Often the end products have bad areas good food preparation respectable managers would discard and never serve a customer (ie: tomato pieces NOT even full slices on a cheeseburger with inedible nasty hard areas) The quality of onions, tomatoes, potatoes are not considered good restaurant quality! The managing brother smooth talks out of both sides hence we never could trust anything he said! Pizza had such a minuscule portion of sauce but lots of cheese we always had to doctor the pizza with sauce from a jar to make it edible! However if only looking for cheap food & not quality conscious you may be fine here! I prefer real quality pizza made properly with quality ingredients & portions! They should offer both cheap cut rate plus quality products but managements mindset probably would not agree! read more

Try the stromboli. You won't be disappointed! Wanted to update that my hubby and I still love this place and will continue to recommend it to anyone who will listen. I don't eat pork. So I keep turkey pepperoni in our house for pizzas, salads, etc. On a whim, I took a package of turkey pepperoni over to Roberto's and asked if they could make me a turkey pepperoni stromboli. I totally expected them to turn me down, but they totally did it! This is one happy customer! It was delicious!!! read more

This place is always good and yummy delivers as well! Always greeted and feels right at home I dunno. Nice little pizza shop.

I was working out of town and was looking for some good pizza. I love a good cheese pizza. So I ordered a medium cheese pizza and a dozen of spicy bbq wings. The wings were great. Very flavorful cooked properly and they were very meaty. The cheese pizza... the crust and cheese was good. The only thing is there was really no flavor to it and hardly any sauce. The cheese was good and gooey and the crust was cooked well. I just couldn't get past the lack of sauce and flavor. I'd probably try it again one day. read more

Everyone is always so friendly here. Get a sub with meat and it will have a ton of meat inside! Funnel cake fries are very very good Strombolis are ok. I think they need a ton more sauce as they don't give you much Buffalo Stromboli not as good as buffalo pizza Wraps were ok. Mine fell apart but had good amount of meat Garlic knots are huge! im a student at the school across the street and i havent stepped foot in there since 9/23 because of this interaction. they offer tickets to customers who come often and everyone there was busy, so i had marked the ticket myself so it was nothing extra since i had already approached the counter and put the ticket down and the cashier saw me, but instead of just going with it he proceeded to scold me and told me i absolutely CANNOT DO THAT MYSELF. i didnt think it was a huge deal since he cashed me out and i payed for my order and already got it, i was taking credit for my purchase and was going to leave but instead i got yelled at for it. never went back since and never will, and everytime someone says they are eating there i saw make sure they dont yell at you!! freak you roberto. service was poop af read more

As a person just passing through Harrisburg, I wasn't expecting to find a great pizza place (since I had been craving it all day), but Roberto's proved me wrong! We ate the House Special pizza (see photo that was added). For a homemade pizza, the flavor and crust was absolutely great! :) my friend an I almost ate a whole large pizza, it was ssoooo good! Not to mention that the staff working there is very nice. If you're craving pizza, you should absolutely give this place a try! (They do also have pasta, salads, and subs.) read more

Robertos Pizza - This is their House Special pizza with sausage, ham, pepperoni, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Great pizza! - Pizza Near Me - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

This is my go-to pizza place when I'm working my part time job, and they deliver frequently to my family's funeral home. The pizza crust is chewy, the crust is crispy, and they don't skimp on the cheese. Tucked into the middle of a strip mall on Jonestown Road/Rt. 22, you can easily drive by it. There is a laundrymat in the same plaza, and this is a great stop while waiting for your laundry to finish. If it is summertime when you visit, I'd suggest carry-out. The building is poorly air conditioned, despite their best efforts...and with the heat of the pizza ovens, it can be oppressively hot in their dining area. Try the subs or stromboli. They manage to keep their stromboli from getting soggy, and pack it with fresh ingredients. read more

Roberto's is the definition of alright. Everything is average tasting - average prices and never any problems but no amazing service ever. They've got your classic pizzeria selections - pizza, bolis, subs, pasta dishes. It's close to home and convenient but not something I'd crave. Their chicken philly is pretty bangin tho. read more

I thought Christopher's pizza on other side of town was good, this place blows it away! NY style pizza with crispy edges, fold in half capable, thin like, etc... Not in the best area. Women and families beware. If you want to brave this place, going during dat hours but worth trying. My suggestion, use their delivery service- have them come to you. read more

White cheese pizza was OUT of THIS WORLD!!! Circle clumps of ricotta on each slice, proportion of garlic to cheese was spot on. Literally, every bite was mouth-watering and I am a HUGE white cheese pizza snob, as it is my favorite and only type of pizza I eat! Unfortunately, the Italian sub was sub-par, I actually ended up throwing 90% of it into the woods for the animals as I could not get past the taste of wet, slimy lettuce. I will definitely recommend Roberto's to anyone who is looking for a fantastic white cheese pizza, and, I'd be willing to try other subs, etc. (maybe next time omit the lettuce)! read more

Pretty good food, the other one in penbrook doesn't make the Buffalo chicken fries. But it was fast and a litte expensive, i asked for extra cheese and they gave me cheese sauce instead of mozzarella cheese...so make sure you are specific. But overall the food was alright. read more

I have lived 1 minute away fromRobertos for 10 years but never ordered from here. Huge mistake on my part! We ordered two salads, Tuscany and Antipasto salads with a slice of pepperoni. The salads were homogenous and so was the slice of pepperoni! The salads also came with huge pieces of pita that basically tasted like doughy pizza crust. Robertos will now be our go to for take out salads! read more

Well... they completely messed up all three components of our order. Gave us a cheese pizza instead of a all meat pizza, gave us bbq chicken instead of hot wings and gave us fries instead of a stromboli, we tried to call them back and they didnt answer, totally ruined our night read more

The Bacon, Chicken Ranch pizza was outstanding. I'll definitely get another pizza from Roberto's when in Harrisburg again.

Driver wouldn't even get off the phone to take the pizza's out of the bag. Food was good but the delivery experience was marginal at best.

Probably the best sub I've ever had. Ordered their super Italian. Rolls had to have literally just came out of the oven. Amazing!

The food was great, delivery was fast and the customer service over the phone and at the door was phenomenal.

Excellent food, the pizza was great, made fresh. Hot wings were very good, great flavor! Great spot definitely deserves the 5 stars!!!

It was a very sad but joyous day when we found out that the owner, Billy decided it was time to retire and sell the place. Very sad that we won't be seeing him and his family's faces anymore but happy that he finally going to get a long break from the days of extreme heat and being on your feet for 14-16 hours a day!! HAPPY RETIREMENT BILLY!!! We will miss you so much and quite frankly, didn't think there could be anyone who could make such great food like Billy and his family did...but we were so wrong! I went in to see him for the last time and got the opportunity to meet the new owners! Very, very nice group of young guys....Billy even told them about us and our "special" orders, I mean...who does that these days???? Kudos to the new owners!!! Everything is fabulous as always! They treat us like a member of the family, outstanding customer service! And our delivery dude Joe, always ALWAYS so friendly and he delivers QUICK!..never a long wait...EVER! Everything we order tastes so awesome and sooooo fresh. They accomodate us with our orders, with no questions asked. By far, one of THE best pizza joints in the 'burg...and it's the one on Rt. 22 Jonestown Road. Can't say enough good about this place..Keep up the great work and I'm sure Billy is very proud of all of you! XOXO..Traci & Jim.. read more
