Asked for a Reuben meal with jalapeño bites and bronco berry instead of curly fries. They proceed to give me jalapeño bites AND curly fries with NO bronco berry. I worked at Arby's for a year when I was 16, it's not that hard to add the damn sauces. I was the only person in the drive thru at the time as well so absolutely no reason this should've happened. read more

Every so often, we decide to try Arby's as there are few choices in Grand Forks, ND. We decided to give them another try this evening. I ordered 3 Greek Gyros, potato cakes and curly fries. I was told to pull ahead and wait and they would bring my order out. I waited a long time before my order was brought out. All cold! Terrible! I keep being reminded why I don't spend money there. If I could give 0 stars I would. Tonight the service was absolutely awful. We not only waited in line for 40 minutes, but when we actually got our food my 3 piece chicken strips was actually 2 chicken strips with 1 broken in half, and we didn't get 2 of our fries. We drove around and back through AGAIN and asked for our 2 fries and proceeded to only get 1. Then when we called, the man said, "I'm sorry your experience was horrible, but my experience working here tonight was horrible" and then continued to blame the car in front of us and claim that 2 people couldn't get an order right because they were stressed. (It was us and one other car in the drive through) While I understand sometimes our jobs can be stressful, you should never make the customer feel like crap for just wanting to get the food they spent their hard earned money on. So, to the man who was rude to us and went on a whole monologue when all I wanted was my food, (I promise we weren't Karen's just hungry college girls) I hope your pillow is warm on both sides tonight. Hope you're not thinking Arby's while the sun is still up because guess what, apparently all of the employees mothers want them home long before dark. Closing at 8pm during summer hours when the sun doesn't go down before nearly 10pm is just asinine. I'm sure as heck not thinking Arby's anymore. read more

They have decided, during the hottest summer on record, that they won't serve ice cream. Their machine has been "broken" for 4 months.

I am not the one to review well... anything really. That being said, I had a great experience at this location. I eat fast food a couple times a week and am pretty familiar with many of "fast food" businesses (who isn't?). This Arby's was a refreshing change to the normal experience. A very friendly order taker that seemed to genuinely enjoy his job, my food was ready in under 2 min, and the taste and freshness of my Angus sandwich was startlingly good. My only complaint was that the men's room needed mopping but it was literally right after the noon rush so it is more understandable. I will consider this Arby's more often as my lunch choice in the future. read more

5 stars is for A.J, the person who was on the headset however around 7:30 pm on June 20th however deserves not even 1 star he was very rude when I didn't understand him while taking my order I already wasn't in the best of moods so it made me even more upset, so I told myself I wasn't going to be nice the person working drive-through so the person who was working drive-through (A.J) asked me if I needed extra sauce and I was cold to him I was cold to until I looked over and realized he didn't have a headset on him and he gave me a sympathetic look telling me the fries were just made so they were hot.... I pulled over and A.J wrote a note thinking me for choosing Arby's and to smile so it was very nice of him to make an effort to make me smile because it cheered me up :) read more
