We ordered two bowls for online pickup, they made burritos and then just tour them apart and put them in bowls. All the queso left on the burrito. And then on top of that they were ice cold. We heated up in the microwave and it was good but dry. read more

QDOBA Mexican Eats - Chicken Queso Bowl/burrito - Fast Food Near Me - Grand Forks, North Dakota

See all

Burrito was cold, store was not clean, customer service was...well there was none. The one employee looked like they were trying to eat there own face. Praying i dont get food poisoning from this tonight read more

I thought the food was not good tasting for the price it was. It was very expensive and I was hoping for good tasting food and the only thing good there is the chips and queso it seems like read more

1 hour wait for online order. App said 15 Minutes. Need to figure there crap out. No organization. read more

We got our food but the workers were really rude. The acted like it was so hard to do the job they are getting paid to do. The lady spilled my guacamole by the register and rolled her eyes before cleaning it up. The mood was just not it. read more

Qdoba is as great, Food and Customer Service Was Great! Would Recommend, Would Try Again

food was good but they charged me a $30 dollar delivery fee and I got it in the store then they to almost 2 hours to put it back on my card

Terrible experience! Words can't even describe how disappointed I am with the workers. Back at home I was one of Qdobas best customers and they loved me, I'm even chef level in the rewards point system. So my story is I recently just started college near here and this qdoba was the closest one. I was so exited to get a taste of my favorite restaurant (or so I thought). I asked for my burrito and everything was going as plan. But I got no rice in my bowl first of all, then it was time for my favorite ground beef. The worker put nothing in there like maybe half a scoop. Gave me a good amount of queso so good job for that but that doesn't make up for the rest of my experience. Next this new worker was so moody she had no respect. Her attitude was unbearable and when it was time to put my cheese lettuce and my side of guacamole it was decent, then the worst thing that could have happened, happened. She must of not been taught how to fold a burrito. Then moment me and my lovely significant other saw her fold it our jaws dropped. Worst thing I have ever seen I couldn't even eat the burrito without it falling apart. This is just pathetic I have spent so much money on the Qdoba food chain over the years and this is how I'm being treated. I guess they just hire anyone now a days, lol. So overall this place sucks I still love qdoba but this location is a no no. read more

Service is always so good!! Love their burritos and chips highly recommend!!! The staff is always working so hard at keeping the store clean!!!! read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Ordered online delivery. Took this place nearly an hour to get the order to my building. Marie was so kind to NOT ring my apartment buzzer to let her in or at least notify me that my order arrived. Simply texted "order was delivered" and left the food in the mail box area to sit and continue to get cold. This person also failed to respond to any messages about my order, or if they needed help finding the building/unit, since they were around 10 minutes past the estimated delivery time. Poor service. Won't be ordering from this place again. Oh and they also skimped on the meats/veggies on one of the quesadilla orders. read more

I go out shopping Uh oh I'm hungry right now Time for Qdoba (This place isn't half bad. When I'm feeling too lazy to cook and happen to be down on 32nd Ave., this is often the place where I'll pick up dinner. Their burritos are a good size... usually two meals for me... and they're fresh and fast. It may not be the most authentic Mexican burrito, but when I need a quick meal, it's the best choice for fast food in the area. Recommended. Oh, and don't forget to pick up a frequent-buyer card...) read more

I come here often because I enjoy the food but the customer service is TERRIBLE every. single. time. I know for a fact I am not the only person that thinks this. Please pay these employees more or train them on the basics of customer service. read more

I ate at this particular restaurant location a while back when making my travels and had no problem getting my order, the tables were prepared and the area was clean, all great service from the employees. My only gripe was from these university students that came in during the same afternoon in the restaurant, according to one of the workers it's common for them to come to this restaurant, but a few of them left out of the fire exit door, kicking it open. I'm not sure if the business has to deal with this every time they're here but it was left as a rather lukewarm experience afterward. read more

It's annoying how I'm waiting in line watching them do mobile orders ahead of me. Foods good.

Stale food. Very disappointed. Chicken was old and slimy. Could not finish. Only some veggies were fresh

The food is cold. Each time I get home I have to reheat my food in the microwave, I don't live that far for it to get cold. Burritos are mediocrely wrapped, guaranteed to fall apart on you. Overall; taste is pretty bland. read more

This location has officially become the very 1st food establishment on my list of places never to go to again during a pandemic. Customers are not required to wear masks. The 2 ladies in front of me kept leaning upwards to speak over the glass barrier during their order and the employee (no ones wearing name tags but she had dyed red hair that was fading out) had her mask below her nose. The whole ordeal made my stomach turn and I couldn't bring myself to eat the burrito I ordered. This is not how you protect your customers. read more

I'm tired of these people changing their app. Everytime I go in to use my points, they have me reset the password. After having several entrees stored up, I go into the store to use them up, then they are gone. DUMB!!! read more

I liked how there wasn't a line when I first arrived. Good thing I got there when I did because it is now lunchtime, and there is a good sized line. Shoes that this place is really popular. When I saw the poster for "mission impossible", you bet I was up for the mission. It is this new product that is vegetable based, but is made to taste like meat. I was definitely curious and decided to get a bowl of the "Mission Impossible". Let me tell you that the product was AMAZING. It tastes like real meat; and I've had products that tried to mimic that and fail miserably. Qdoba succeeded in making a product that was both healthy and tasted like meat. The only gripes I had was: one- I had to wait for more of the product because it was so popular. However, the replacement pan wasn't filled to the top. And, two- some of the tortilla chips I ordered was too salty. I understand that they make the chips (I believe they make from scratch), but when they salt them, some of the salt clings to the chips when they are drying from being fried/ they should make an alternative to not salt their chips, and for the patron to add the salt. read more

Amazing food. I actually worked for this chain at one point so I can vouch for the care they put into their products. Chicken, Steak, and Beef are all marinated in store, and grilled/pan fried on the spot. There is a nice atmosphere in the store, and the location is prime. Really the best 'fast food' you can get. read more

Thought it opened at 10:00, walked in at 10:26 (doors were unlocked) and the lady working screamed at us that it didn't open til 10:30. I'm still gonna come here when I'm drunk but I'm not gonna be happy about it read more

Go here about once a week. The food and service are both above average for grand forks. I find that while going during peak hours results in a wait, you get more fresh food as there is more turnover. I usually go with the chicken queso burrito or softshell tacos with chicken. Their cookies are surprisingly good too. If you are a student, present your ID and they will give you a free fountain soda. read more

I love Chipotle soo much. I might miss it for the rest of my life. I may never go back because of what just happened at Qdoba. Talk about locking down customer loyalty. A person at this Qdoba, a person who has helped me in the past and who has always been exceedingly friendly, just showed me kindness like people don't often experience, or maybe never at all, me included. I am so floored by how she treated me. I don't think how she acted is something that can be learned. She still has it somehow. I am so humbled, and so grateful for her great kindness, even though I really like Chipotle, and have always really liked Qdoba (it fueled me through college and the 6 years after that), I think I may always have to go to Qdoba now, because this employee made me feel so happy to be here. I'm just absolutely rocked. I learned today I need to treat people like she treated me. I was just looking to get some energy; this employee also gave me inspiration, without me even asking. WOW. PS The burrito bowl the team prepared for me was super awesome, too, so if you're not looking to go to Qdoba to get "the feels," you can also enjoy a delicious meal (who would have thought a person could have a delicious meal at a burrito place). read more

QDOBA Mexican Eats - Someone ate my bowl. JK. Stuffed. Ready to keep on keepin' on. - Fast Food Near Me - Grand Forks, North Dakota

I have to agree with all the other reviews...this place is pretty good! Service is fast, friendly and helpful. The burritos are as big as my head and made to order, stuffed with exactly what you choose to stuff 'em with. Pretty cool place...beats Toco Bell! read more

Qdoba is a place I turn to when nothing else comes to mind as for lunch or dinner. The food is healthy, refreshing and affordable. My favorite has been the mango salad with grilled chicken debuting recently, although I can devour a big steak queso when mood strikes. First timers may be a bit intimated as to how to order, but its system is no different than a local Subway. Combine the tortilla (flour/wheat), beans (black/pinto), meat (pork/chicken/steak/beef), sauce (queso/BBQ/ranchera) and salsa (mild/medium/hot/extra) and then you have a finished product. You may practice on their website first or just get one of the signature flavors, which you can't go wrong with. You still get to customize further with cheese and sour cream. You may also make any burrito a salad without the rice and tortilla if a little between-the-meals-treat is what you have in mind. A selection of Tabasco will further enhance your experience with anything you choose to enjoy. If you are a student, flash your ID for a free fountain drink. I like the unsweetened tea so I feel light and healthy throughout. read more

I am in suburbia heaven with the land of strip malls and chains. I couldn't find a chipotle so I came to qdoba! I don't if it's because this chain doesn't make it well but the beef was super dry . Not getting beef again. read more

As far as fast food places go, this one is among the best. You get large portions for a reasonable price, and quite a bit of selection in each item on their menu. I'm not a vegetarian, but I really do like vegetarian options, and their salads and gumbo are both really good, and always made fresh. A nice bonus for UND students is definitely the free drink with purchase...although I tend to hit Starbucks first before going here, since they're located in the same strip mall. read more

I was halfway through my second taco and two huge strands of hair; one in my mouth and the other one I had to pull out of my taco. It was like stuck in the bottom of the taco. I had to throw out the rest of my dinner and I'm disgusted. They need hair nets! read more

During a really low point in my life, I once at ate here for three weeks straight. It was the only bright spot in my day. The staff was always cool and I think they new something was up. My burritos were always a little bit bigger and there was an extra guacamole and extra chips. They don't just get a good review for being cool to me. My burrito was always great, tacos were spot on and the service was great. Oh and the Coke Freestyle machine is a big deal for me, Fanta Zero is awesome since I can't have sugared soda anymore and I really miss strawberry and orange Fanta. read more

Went here on a Monday. Surprised at the amount of people and how busy the place was at 2 pm in the afternoon. Service was good. Food was good. I got a huge burrito. I was very pleased. I liked the variety offered. I was a little disappointed after I sat down I noticed about 7 people in line and there were 2 people on the service line and another 3-4 in back kitchen. With customers waiting I thought someone from the back would float out from to speed service but no one did. With a little help this place could improve service and work with 1-2 less people. read more

Yes its fast food. Yes it is actually good. The employees are nice & super fast getting your food for you. And wait for it..... wait for it.... they actually serve stuff that has spice!!!!!! I like the black bean burrito best with the red hot sauce, yum! And just in case it's not hot enough, they have hot sauce a plenty if you eat there and want more. They have a number of tables so you can grab it to go or eat there. I like it. After being completely deprived of a good burrito for 3 years living in Miami (contrary to popular belief, there are hardly any Mexican people or authentic Mexican restaurants there. They are mostly central or south American, or from the Islands), this will get pacify my burrito cravings until I can make it back to Cali. read more

The food is flavorful! Qdoba has one of the most distinct flavors in town. Not enough fresh veggies but other than that it's amazing! Nice atmosphere, good music, nice artwork in there. The sweet tea is too sweet but yeah I would go back again for sure. The customer service was good. Price not bad. read more

The burritos are quite good. However, the staff at this restaurant are quite unprofessional, poorly dressed, uneducated, disheveled, and so unpleasant as to effect the desire to eat here. I was rather shocked at the poor quality and lack of professionalism. Management cannot allow this to continue. read more

Can't believe this place is ranked #5.. lol.. Food is ok.. It's very hard to screw up the food at this type of chain restaurant..Reheat, add whatever people asks, roll, and serve. Great food. Love this place. It has the great tastes of Mexican food without the fast food style or the long sit down wait.

LOVE this place. The food is always amazing, the service is always fast no matter how many people are in line you never have to wait that long. I just wish there was a bigger seating area. But all in all it's a great place and one of my favorites in town. read more

Super nice staff. Gave us a discount and free drinks because they were "picking" on us, but just friendly jokes. Great food too.
