Terrible experience! Words can't even describe how disappointed I am with the workers. Back at home I was one of Qdobas best customers and they loved me, I'm even chef level in the rewards point system. So my story is I recently just started college near here and this qdoba was the closest one. I was so exited to get a taste of my favorite restaurant (or so I thought). I asked for my burrito and everything was going as plan. But I got no rice in my bowl first of all, then it was time for my favorite ground beef. The worker put nothing in there like maybe half a scoop. Gave me a good amount of queso so good job for that but that doesn't make up for the rest of my experience. Next this new worker was so moody she had no respect. Her attitude was unbearable and when it was time to put my cheese lettuce and my side of guacamole it was decent, then the worst thing that could have happened, happened. She must of not been taught how to fold a burrito. Then moment me and my lovely significant other saw her fold it our jaws dropped. Worst thing I have ever seen I couldn't even eat the burrito without it falling apart. This is just pathetic I have spent so much money on the Qdoba food chain over the years and this is how I'm being treated. I guess they just hire anyone now a days, lol. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Ordered online delivery. Took this place nearly an hour to get the order to my building. Marie was so kind to NOT ring my apartment buzzer to let her in or at least notify me that my order arrived. Simply texted "order was delivered" and left the food in the mail box area to sit and continue to get cold. This person also failed to respond to any messages about my order, or if they needed help finding the building/unit, since they were around 10 minutes past the estimated delivery time. Poor service. Won't be ordering from this place again. Oh and they also skimped on the meats/veggies on one of the quesadilla orders. read more

I ate at this particular restaurant location a while back when making my travels and had no problem getting my order, the tables were prepared and the area was clean, all great service from the employees. My only gripe was from these university students that came in during the same afternoon in the restaurant, according to one of the workers it's common for them to come to this restaurant, but a few of them left out of the fire exit door, kicking it open. I'm not sure if the business has to deal with this every time they're here but it was left as a rather lukewarm experience afterward. read more

This location has officially become the very 1st food establishment on my list of places never to go to again during a pandemic. Customers are not required to wear masks. The 2 ladies in front of me kept leaning upwards to speak over the glass barrier during their order and the employee (no ones wearing name tags but she had dyed red hair that was fading out) had her mask below her nose. I liked how there wasn't a line when I first arrived. Good thing I got there when I did because it is now lunchtime, and there is a good sized line. Shoes that this place is really popular. When I saw the poster for "mission impossible", you bet I was up for the mission. It is this new product that is vegetable based, but is made to taste like meat. I was definitely curious and decided to get a bowl of the "Mission Impossible". Let me tell you that the product was AMAZING. It tastes like real meat; and I've had products that tried to mimic that and fail miserably. Qdoba succeeded in making a product that was both healthy and tasted like meat. The only gripes I had was: one- I had to wait for more of the product because it was so popular. However, the replacement pan wasn't filled to the top. And, two- some of the tortilla chips I ordered was too salty. I understand that they make the chips (I believe they make from scratch), but when they salt them, some of the salt clings to the chips when they are drying from being fried/ they should make an alternative to not salt their chips, and for the patron to add the salt. read more

I love Chipotle soo much. I might miss it for the rest of my life. I may never go back because of what just happened at Qdoba. Talk about locking down customer loyalty. A person at this Qdoba, a person who has helped me in the past and who has always been exceedingly friendly, just showed me kindness like people don't often experience, or maybe never at all, me included. I am so floored by how she treated me. I don't think how she acted is something that can be learned. She still has it somehow. I am so humbled, and so grateful for her great kindness, even though I really like Chipotle, and have always really liked Qdoba (it fueled me through college and the 6 years after that), I think I may always have to go to Qdoba now, because this employee made me feel so happy to be here. I'm just absolutely rocked. I learned today I need to treat people like she treated me. I was just looking to get some energy; this employee also gave me inspiration, without me even asking. WOW. Amazing food. I actually worked for this chain at one point so I can vouch for the care they put into their products. Chicken, Steak, and Beef are all marinated in store, and grilled/pan fried on the spot. There is a nice atmosphere in the store, and the location is prime. Go here about once a week. The food and service are both above average for grand forks. I find that while going during peak hours results in a wait, you get more fresh food as there is more turnover. I usually go with the chicken queso burrito or softshell tacos with chicken. Their cookies are surprisingly good too. Qdoba is a place I turn to when nothing else comes to mind as for lunch or dinner. The food is healthy, refreshing and affordable. My favorite has been the mango salad with grilled chicken debuting recently, although I can devour a big steak queso when mood strikes. First timers may be a bit intimated as to how to order, but its system is no different than a local Subway. Combine the tortilla (flour/wheat), beans (black/pinto), meat (pork/chicken/steak/beef), sauce (queso/BBQ/ranchera) and salsa (mild/medium/hot/extra) and then you have a finished product. You may practice on their website first or just get one of the signature flavors, which you can't go wrong with. You still get to customize further with cheese and sour cream. You may also make any burrito a salad without the rice and tortilla if a little between-the-meals-treat is what you have in mind. A selection of Tabasco will further enhance your experience with anything you choose to enjoy. If you are a student, flash your ID for a free fountain drink. As far as fast food places go, this one is among the best. You get large portions for a reasonable price, and quite a bit of selection in each item on their menu. I'm not a vegetarian, but I really do like vegetarian options, and their salads and gumbo are both really good, and always made fresh. A nice bonus for UND students is definitely the free drink with purchase...although I tend to hit Starbucks first before going here, since they're located in the same strip mall. read more

During a really low point in my life, I once at ate here for three weeks straight. It was the only bright spot in my day. The staff was always cool and I think they new something was up. My burritos were always a little bit bigger and there was an extra guacamole and extra chips. They don't just get a good review for being cool to me. Went here on a Monday. Surprised at the amount of people and how busy the place was at 2 pm in the afternoon. Service was good. Food was good. I got a huge burrito. I was very pleased. I liked the variety offered. I was a little disappointed after I sat down I noticed about 7 people in line and there were 2 people on the service line and another 3-4 in back kitchen. With customers waiting I thought someone from the back would float out from to speed service but no one did. Yes its fast food. Yes it is actually good. The employees are nice & super fast getting your food for you. And wait for it..... wait for it.... they actually serve stuff that has spice!!!!!! I like the black bean burrito best with the red hot sauce, yum! And just in case it's not hot enough, they have hot sauce a plenty if you eat there and want more. They have a number of tables so you can grab it to go or eat there. I like it. After being completely deprived of a good burrito for 3 years living in Miami (contrary to popular belief, there are hardly any Mexican people or authentic Mexican restaurants there.
