Dude at the counter was super nice. They have a huge menu but opted for the Steakhouse Mo! Was super good but for the price I wish it was slightly bigger. I know, I know...everything is more expensive these days. Anyway, I would certainly eat here again. Very tasty.

    Creekside Greek Salad, tasty.

In town for a sporting event and found this place on Yelp. We had a to go order, i got the Motherload and a Greek salad for my wife, my boys shared a simple Ham/Cheese sandwich. Great fresh and tasty, on the expensive side but good.

Nice friendly and nicely decorated and plenty of space to eat and dine in (not waitered service so it's easy to just order and sit). I ordered a vege sandwich (there are 2 options and that's a lot more than any place in Grand Forks!) and the ingredients were fresh and I loved them in the combo for the Hippie Chick sandwich. There was a choice for wheat bread. All were fresh. It cost $10.66 including tax then I tipped $1. Looks like the burgers are hefty and savory so if I were a burger lover I would probably enjoy them here. Nice shout out to Patrick! Great guy!

Wow. I have no idea what I just ate but the first half tasted so good I didn't stop till I accidentally bit my own fingers. The bread and sandwich combo with the Original Mo cannot be beat, textures, crunch, flavor, it's all there. Soft bread with a great crust, and made to order sandwich. They're doing it right. Not to mention the woman who took my order was unbelievably nice and explained what they do here as she could tell I was a newbie. Talk about making a guy feel welcome. Will be putting this as a must stop on my lunch cycle when I am in town for work. Now to try and finish the other half of this sandwich. Try them out!

Mmmm I love a new take on an Italian sandwich. A regular sandwich is about 6 inches, a whole is 12. I got the Pesto Peak Italiano on ciabatta. So intensely flavorful with the salami, cappicola, pepperoni and banana peppers and lemon pesto aioli. I honestly didn't even notice the ham or provolone because the rest was so good. If I ever find myself near north dakota again, I'll be visiting

Just what Grand Forks needed!!!! Sandwiches are my favorite, but GF hasn't had a good place to get one since Amazing Grains closed... until now. These sandwiches are flavor packed, have interesting and novel flavor combos and the bread is DIVINE. DIVINE I SAY. They have low calorie, vegetarian and gluten free options. Perfect for the changing face of dietary restrictions and choices. I had a make your own sandwich with the lemon pesto mayo and the red onion marmalade, 100% amazing. Fresh ingredients, too.

The Au Jus was delicious but the bread was pale dough. It was underbaked and squishy.

Unfortunately had a very disappointing experience visiting the Board Room for the first time, and most of the issues lay in the fact that it was severely understaffed, with only one employee working every single station in the place - registers, drive-thru, drinks, and making food. This poor girl could not handle a small rush of 8-10 customers. We waited at least 30+ min for our coffee and probably another 15 min for two breakfast sandwiches. Their menu is impossible to find online and they don't have any social media updates indicating seasonal options. Even once you get inside, the menu is on three screens on the back wall, and difficult to read due to tons of options and small print. My biggest issue, however, was the fact that there were absolutely zero descriptions of any of the drinks! Many of the specialty drinks had fun names, but no clue what was in each one. I certainly did not want to stand at the register asking the only employee to explain each one. Went with the cold brew flight, which was also disappointing. You choose 4 different syrups and have them topped off with like 2oz of cold brew and whip cream. I guess if you hate coffee and want something super sweet this might work, but I couldn't taste the cold brew at all (also an indication it wasn't very strong). My husband got a s'mores mocha, which was delicious, but took 35 min to receive. Breakfast sandwiches on everything bagels were tasty, especially liked the chipotle mayo they give you as a sauce on the side. If I'm going to wait 45 min for food though I would go out to brunch at a nice sit down place instead. Don't stop here if you're in a rush to get anywhere. Ample parking in the lot outside, drive thru available too.

Took them a while to clean it to be quite honest. I just didn't feel like they were doing a good job of busing and cleaning tables when people were emptying. Our table had been bussed but not cleaned and I know it had been sitting there for at least five minutes cause I watched it. Once we got seated, again felt the service was pretty slow. Took a long time for the guy to take our drink order and he walked by the table multiple times. Then when he finally did take the drug order, took a really long time to get drinks. In general, our server was just not very efficient. This occurred throughout the entire meal and often had to ask for things multiple times. For example, when I wanted to get another beer, it took almost 10 minutes. In that time he came to the table twice and on the third time, I finally said, did you get that beer for me and he had totally forgotten evidently. That was a fourth time he had forgotten something that was ordered. When we did actually get food and drinks, the food itself was very very good. The walleye cakes were excellent. My pasta was well cooked and had great flavor. The carrot cake martini was very interesting but definitely tasted like a carrot cake. I think they just need to work on their service, a lot. The quality of the food and the quality of the restaurant deserves much better servers.

Beautiful decor, nice bar and a separate large dining room. The restaurant was virtually empty but we were told there were no booths available. We were seated quickly in the center of the main room. Our server was great. He gave app and entree recommendations, and allowed us time to view the menu. We started with the crab cakes. They were good, heavy on filler though. Two of the three were very dark on the bottom. For entrees we both had the chicken Parmesan. Mine was overcooked and the breading literally fell off, leaving me with unseasoned, dry chicken breast. My colleague's was perfect. Our server did get me a new order, but after waiting I'd lost my appetite. Can't say I'd go back, there are probably better options in the area.

I finally went inside to see if I could just order some food and have it brought out to me. The manager was very nice about it and apologized profusely. I got the Berry Margarita, which was delicious. The juicy Lucy was on special and they have a gluten free bun (hurrah!) so I tried it. However, the burger was a little disappointing: it's pretty small and not very juicy. It also comes with absolutely nothing, not even lettuce. To be utterly frank, it is not good enough to stand on its own. However, they have a lot of other burger options, which I'm interested to try, knowing that I can get them with a GF bun. And I want to try more of their yummy cocktails. I also appreciate that a side salad is a standard option, not an upcharge. I'll be back.

They toasted the tortilla which was nice bc it was warm and lightly crispy. I thought it was drizzled with fresh melted mozzarella cheese and was initially excited it might be but it was a sauce that didn't really go well with the taco as it tasted a bit like ranch dressing which I would have liked on the side. I would have preferred salsa on the taco. They put a very few number of chips with my taco ... I counted 9... but expected more to enjoy with the taco. Salsa was good and not spicy bc I don't like spicy. The inside of the taco didn't have much flavor except for the ranch like dressing so it was a bit bland and I was hoping for the veges to be grilled or different veggies like grilled mushrooms, cabbage, onions, garlic, zucchini, peppers, beans ... and a lot more veggies for paying $13 for 2 tacos with 13 chips. With tax it was $15 plus I gave $3 tip. So a total of $18. I don't really drink so I guess for those who like to drink I'm sure it's a better experience. But for a mostly vegetarian like me, I wasn't really happy. The waitress was nice. Bathroom was clean...that's always important to me.

I actually was looking around for posted hours, thinking it was closed. Finally was greeted and sat. We placed our drink orders, and was given drinks quickly. Ask our waitress (The Supervisor per her name tag) poured my coffee, she makes a 'ugh' sound. She excuses herself to get me good coffee, as she says that coffee was 'no good'. We the order the lunch buffet, which is soup and salad. 3 soups, chili, minestrone and chicken noodle. Salad bar, could have been noted to be pretty nice, if there was more than a cup worth of each side put out. As noted my son loved the chilli. My other son wouldn't touch his chicken noodle soup and I spit out half of the sides on my plate. Chicken noodle soup -over cooked by days, noodles were falling apart. Sides - either noteabley very old, under cooked or tasted off. Crackers used for soup - rancid. YES spoiled and smelly. No wonder my youngest son wouldn't eat his most favorite soup. I requested my bill, only agreeing to pay for 1 buffet, since my son did like and eat his chilli. Initially she was going to credit us 7 buck. Leaving the bill still at 30. Uh, no. No. No. No. I paid for 1, which was still 12 buck and way too much for 1 cup of chilli. She did ask if we wanted a meal cooked in the kitchen and brought out, I said no. I couldn't trust the cook staff enough to try. This place also offers a 3.99 breakfast buffet in the mornings, which I am not brave enough to try out. Sucks because we're staying at the connecting hotel for a week.
