If I could give them zero stars today, I would. I placed my online order at 11:30 and at 12:35 i had to have them void my order because they could either find it nor did they offer to make it. I watched the guy behind the counter point out his favorite sign to a customer when they asked about the wait on the sandwiches and the sign said. " if you want a faster sandwich, make it yourself." I get that food service is busy around the lunch hour, but talking to customers like that, and being snarky sets a bad tone. Not freaky fast at all. More like a freaky failure. Voided my order and left. Going to be watching my bank account read more

I have ordered from Jimmy John's on and off for years but, after tonight, I deleted their app. Our order arrived after a phone call to Jimmy John's and a text to the Uber driver about 90 minutes late. Luke warm toasted sandwiches that cost nearly $35.00. I should have driven somewhere for burgers instead! Goodbye Jimmy John's! read more

I want my $ back. I was robbed, I live out of town but work in town and I typically grab a bite to eat on the way home. I ordered on the app and picked up from the 32nd Ave JJ. The bread was stale and hard as a rock. I thought I was gonna break a tooth eating it. No napkin in the to go bag. Pathetic. I NEVER have a problem with the 10th Ave JJ on UND campus. Problems with the Washington St JJ too so I don't order there anymore. Tried to tellJJ.com about my experience. Web site can't be found. I hope your business fails. read more

Fast, efficient and friendly! I placed an order for a catering box on the app and it was ready before the set time. Cashier/sandwich artist was friendly and made sure napkins and condiments were included :) read more

20 min wait for 2 sandwich meals. Ordered through the app. Side item was not available even though it's an option on the app. Sandwich was ordered with extra vinegar/oil and hot peppers. Could not tell if it had extra vinegar/oil. It had 3 slices of peppers on the entire sandwich. Got replacement side(pasta) but they didn't have any forks or spoons to eat it with. Didn't get the kick'n ranch I ordered. Got 2 napkins with our two sandwiches and 2 sides and chips. I don't think this place has ever got 100% of any of my orders right in 4 years. read more

They are the slowest for some place that is suppose to be freaky fast. I decided to go into the store thinking it would be faster, but I have been waiting 20 mins and finally got my small sandwich......remember when their moto was freaky fresh and freaky fast...plan ahead if you want food! read more

I don't usually come to jimmy John's but the subs are always reliable and delicious. Since I don't visit frequently, I notice I always feel very pressured to make my decision as fast as possible. Today when I visited, I took my time and chose a sub. When I made my selection the cashier was tapping and shaking his hands like he was on something, and he was just ready for the interaction to be over. Ultimately I forgot to mention that I wanted a large sub. Because he didn't ask what size I wanted and seemed to not want to be there, I didn't get what I wanted. Now, I'm so disappointed and upset that I wish I never would've gone there in the first place. All I wanted was to be able to make my selection In peace with someone behind the register who is a salesman and understands some people are 'new' to the location. If it was up to be I'd implement a new rule about customer service but this happens every fk'n time. read more

submitted online order. waited 15mins b4 going to the store. waited 30 mins for my order. 45 mins for online order. 8 to 12 walk ins were served b4 me. once i got my order i explained how long i had waited. I was told "talk to the manager". Avoid this place. read more

Terrible service at all locations, over priced and today the newest store took 31 mins for our subs. Freaky Terrible Service seriously! 4 subs cost over $30 could have ordered steak dinners for that and had better service. I'd go to subway, firehouse or EG before coming back to any JJs in Grand Forks read more

WORST JIMMY JOHN'S EVER. They fucked up my entire sandwich and acted like I had asked for it that way, without even looking up my order. The receipt clearly proved I had additional upcharges that I never received. I asked for an unwich Vito add bacon and avocado. They gave me a plain Vito on white bread with no bacon or avocado. Lazy ass shit. And the girl on the phone was a rude bitch. Ordering from the 32nd Ave JJ's next time. read more

Overpriced for the small amount of meat. Coke tasted flat. Service without a smile. Won't go back. read more

Jimmy John's - a piece of meat on a wrapper - Sandwiches Near Me - Grand Forks, North Dakota

The rudest staff I have encountered in this town in a very long time. Been in there 2 times and left without food due the awful way I was spoken to and treated. Never again. Only 1 star because they make you pick at least 1 but should be 0. read more

My son, husband and I just left Jimmy John's by Target in Grand Forks. We stood in line for 10 min. with the line extending to and out the door. There were 4 or 5 people working and NOT 1 was taking orders. All of them were working on the sandwich line. The girl in the end kept saying "I'll be with you in a moment" as she continued to grab bread and make sandwiches. We freaking fast left this clusterfuck of an eating establishment with others following us out the door. POOR MANAGEMENT and equally poor customer service!! read more

This JJ's handled a huge order extremely fast, and then let us switch from delivery to pick-up due to a last-minute schedule change. The manager, Dante, was extremely helpful and positive- despite getting an order for 23 individual sandwiches for a coach bus that was just swinging by in 20 minutes. My HS students were fed and we were on the road with no fuss. Would recommend this plan and this place next time we come to Grand Forks. read more

I go here when I don't have a lot of time between class or work. The service has always been quick and efficient for me. I love the sandwiches and would highly recommend going here if you're in a hurry. Also, trying a pickle for a side! They are delicious! read more

So, I've stopped in this Jimmy John's and something always seems to be amiss every time I come here. The first time the guy who took my money, with gloves, then started to make my sandwich with the same gloves. Gross, money is the dirties thing ever, I thought if you take the money you change the gloves or take off the gloves to take money & get new gloves? Just sayin' This is coming from someone who studies infectious diseases.... makes you wonder what else he was handing with those gloves... Anyhow the next time they were out of some toppings and the time after than they were out of one's so I waited forever to get my $2 change... The Jimmy johns by campus is better... read more

Super slow service at this location, I love Jimmy Johns and order there a lot from the store in my town, was in town for something and wanted to grab a quick sandwich. Took 20 minutes and only three people ahead of me in line. Find a different place to eat, freak fast? I don't think so. read more

Incredibly great sandwiches, service And freakin fast delivery. We have been happy customers for several years in Grand Forks North Dakota.

They do a good job. There have been a couple of times they didn't get the order right but overall they work well. I have never been too picky and certainly it would take more than forgetting mayo or something to lose me as a customer. I would give 5 stars but minus one for lack of attention to detail. Otherwise they are quite good. My advice is to place emphasis on any special changes you want to your order. read more

Ordered for delivery at work. An hour later, it showed up. The delivery guy acted like I was the biggest inconvenience to him. First and last time I order from this location. The 10th AVE location in GF seems to have better ratings, probably try them first. I will next time. read more

Rude when you call to place an order. I have had my sandwich made incorrect numerous times. Over an hour late and I called to ask about it and they said they have to make it. Then they said oh they made it but the driver couldn't find the address so brought it back......I clearly gave the address and even if there was a mixup why not call and ask me? So they said well we can give you a free cookie. I said my lunch is almost over now and I will have to get something from somewhere else....then THEY HUNG UP ON ME. NO APOLOGY. NOTHING. I know this is a sandwich shop but seriously have some better customer service skills. read more

My husband and I just ate here without checking the reviews.... Our orders were correct, but it seems like we just got lucky. We watched a guy with shoulder length hair making the sandwiches without any kind of hair net. Then watched another employee tell a customer to bag her own sandwiches. Weird experience for sure. Not going back based on other reviews. read more

Ordered for delivery. I usually eat at this location in store but was working on a project at home and didn't want to make a special trip there. The guy that took my order was very pleasant and professional. My order came quicker than expected and was all correct and tasted great. Been a fan of this store since they opened. Only had one problem in the past when they dropped my area for delivery but I was only temporary. read more

I ordered my food online, got an email confirmation at 7:47 and didn't receive my food until 8:45. Although the food was alright, I wasn't blown away by their "freaky fast" delivery. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this place again. read more
