I might've been the only one in the dining room, but I still got my food very quickly. The Baconator fries were hot and didn't have too much cheese sauce. The burger I had was hot, it was juicy, and it did taste fresh. And so in my opinion, I got what I paid for, and I left very satisfied. If there was a negative most of the sodas in the soda machine were unavailable-the closest thing to what I was looking for was flavored Diet Coke-so I had to settle for water, but as I said, I paid for a hot meal, and I got one that satisfied. In my book, that's a good visit.

I visited Wendy's at around 8:25 PM and placed an order with Lynn for 5 meals. Unfortunately, this…read morewas one of the worst experiences I've had at this location. My son's meal had hair in it, and out of his 4 nuggets, 2 were not fully cooked. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Tianna, who said the meal would be replaced. My main concern was the hair found in the food, and when I asked why employees were not wearing hair nets, I was told they only wear hats. That response was very disappointing. On top of that, I specifically ordered one sandwich with NO cheese because one of my children does not eat cheese at all. The sandwich still came with cheese and onions. This kind of mistake could be very serious if a customer has allergies. This entire experience was unacceptable. Employees need better training on food safety, making sure food is cooked completely, and following customer orders correctly. I'm extremely upset and concerned about the lack of attention to health and safety standards at this location.

Even though the parking lot is stupid and there is ALWAYS a line that's at least 15 minutes long, the employees here KILL IT. I've never had a miserable person take care of me. (and between you and me I probably go here way too much.. I'm surprised they don't know my name) They're always super nice, super adorable, and honestly, even if my food ends up wrong (which it only did once but that was taken care of), my experience is always great. And they stand in the rain/snow/sleet/wind, no matter what. That's a little cray but you do you. Blahblahblah, generic review, I know. But this place always makes me happy! & the Chick Fil A down the road never makes me happy. 8/10 would for sure dive into their "probably not homemade, but I don't really care its still delicious" mac and cheese with a side of crispy nuggets and a giant shake.

She said yes, at which time he informed her that lane was closed, and it was now too late to place an order. Someone couldn't have told her that 15 minutes earlier? That's terrible.

They always remember what I order and in addition, I've always seen them having conversations with their customers. It's clear they have a strong team morale because they all work efficiently to help, especially during rush hour. When it comes to service they are "ON IT". If one thing goes under par with your experience they are happily ready to accommodate, even when you don't expect it. Only downside, beware of the parking lot during rush hour, it gets so crowded that people are prone to fender-benders. They also have the "my pleasure" thing down-pack, they don't miss a beat. Absolutely deserving of all five stars in comparison to their other locations.
