I visited Wendy's at around 8:25 PM and placed an order with Lynn for 5 meals. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at this location. My son's meal had hair in it, and out of his 4 nuggets, 2 were not fully cooked. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Tianna, who said the meal would be replaced. My main concern was the hair found in the food, and when I asked why employees were not wearing hair nets, I was told they only wear hats. That response was very disappointing. On top of that, I specifically ordered one sandwich with NO cheese because one of my children does not eat cheese at all. The sandwich still came with cheese and onions. This kind of mistake could be very serious if a customer has allergies. This entire experience was unacceptable. Employees need better training on food safety, making sure food is cooked completely, and following customer orders correctly. I'm extremely upset and concerned about the lack of attention to health and safety standards at this location. read more

I swear this is the worst Wendy's I have ever encountered in all my years of being a loyal customer. I really miss my former Wendy's on Nicholson Ln in North Bethesda/Rockville MD 20852. My last 2 visit's have ended with me having an over-cooked sour cream & chive baked potato with no sour cream, Country Crock, salt or pepper. Plus a melted, soupy Chocolate Frosty before I had even pulled off of their lot! I'm sorry DQ, I'll be driving a little further for a Blizzard from now on. Just today 09/02/2021, I tried again. I specifically asked the person at the drive-thru to please make sure the sour cream and Country Crock were in my order because the last time they forgot it. I was assured it would be in the bag. I quick checked the bag and didn't see it. Pulled out of the drive-thru lane into a nearby parking space. I removed everything from the bag and no condiments in the bag again! I walked back over to the window to ask for the items. I get home and get ready to eat and that baked potato was so over-cooked I couldn't even pull it away from the skin with a fork. I was so disgusted, I wound up tossing most of it in the garbage. Also, even though I asked for a Strawberry Lemonade w/o ice, it's usually cold enough without the ice bothering my teeth. That thing was so warm I couldn't drink it. I put in in the fridge for later. I'm done with this place! You want a raise, yet you cannot follow basic requests from your customers. For a fast food place the service is horrible! I ordered sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin and when I opened it, it had no sausage on it and the cheese wasn't even melted. I called the store and they hung up on me. read more

I came to this Wendy's at around 7 PM while on my way home just looking for something to eat after a long day. I might've been the only one in the dining room, but I still got my food very quickly. The Baconator fries were hot and didn't have too much cheese sauce. The burger I had was hot, it was juicy, and it did taste fresh. And so in my opinion, I got what I paid for, and I left very satisfied. If there was a negative most of the sodas in the soda machine were unavailable-the closest thing to what I was looking for was flavored Diet Coke-so I had to settle for water, but as I said, I paid for a hot meal, and I got one that satisfied. Over all really good restaurant. Low staff which is normal now in most fast foods. Really good food. Managers are really nice and understanding. If you don't give attitude they will treat you nice but if you do give attitude than that's what you will get. Treat someone like you wanna be treated. HORRIBLE customer service and they disconnected their phone so you can't call when they screw up your order! I'm missing food, and all the chicken sandwiches (5 al together) were so dry and hard. Tasted like they had been sitting for HOURS after being over cooked! Yuck! Still haven't been able to reach anyone hours after I ordered my food. And watch out, they will purposely throw away your recipe and if you demand for one, they'll pull it out of the trash and give it to your still crumpled. DISGUSTING. read more

We've never been inside this Wendy's but have visited their drive-thru at least 20 times in the last 10 years. We might visit more often if we didn't count on the drive-thru being soooo slow. We know when we come to this Wendy's there is an 80% it will take longer than 15 minutes to get our food. (Even when there are only 2 or 3 cars ahead of us). On several occasions we have pulled out of line after ordering because the wait was just too long. I've also witnessed many other people leave the line with just a car or 2 ahead of them. I've never had a problem with the food here and our family love's Wendy's. But this particular location is just too slow. (Hence the rating) More often then not our conversation goes like this.... "Let's stop off and get something to eat on the way to __________." "How about Wendy's?" "Hmm... I don't think we have time for that. We have to be at _____ in an hour." "Arby's then?" They just re-opened it, but there is a lot to work on. The person that takes the order is not nice, neither is the person that gives you your food. We went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 meals. One meal was missing, so I drove back. Had to explain twice what I want and nobody even said I am sorry. I worked in the restaurant business and if I forget somebody's meal I would either offer something extra or comp the meal. But here they just give you what they forgot and you don't even hear an apology. read more

Went to this Wendys and my husband ate his fries and then he opened his sandwich and there was a bite out of it. I talked to the cashier and told her he must have had a sandwich someone else returned. She was nice and said they were going to make him another sandwich. I waited few minutes and went back to the counter and the cashier asked the cook line for the sandwich and the girl just yelled that she was too busy. Awful service. Food was cold each of the 3 times I visited the establishment. Grounds are dirty, inside also not so clean. Some things in need of repair. One of the least inviting Wendy's I've ever seen. My most recent experience I decided to go inside to place my order. There were 2 other people in line - it took about 12 minutes to get through placing our orders, not due in any part to delay from the customers. Once our orders had been placed we all went towards the pickup area. The orders built slowly then there we no employees coming up to the counter at all, bear in mind no orders had been called as completed or given to any of us. Finally, several minutes later, an employee came up and asked if we were "gonna take your food, or not?" to all of us standing there. We all looked at each other in disbelief since we didn't know which order was ours nor did we know they were complete. Needless to say the food had gotten cold, had I thought response time would be any better a second time around I would have asked them to correct. Instead I decided to cut my losses and left with my cold food. Each of the 3 experiences there were of similar caliber. Not going to patronize that restaurant any more, makes it that much easier to cut fast food out entirely with service and quality this poor. read more

Finally this place fines awesome management. Manager was courteous asking if my cashier was nice and freindly. asked if i needed anything and i said no. Didnt feel forced or anything which is nice. I like nice not overly nice. Food was prepared well and everything was clean. The remodel is nice to. Normally i dont review fast food places but this place made a 360 with me today in terms of experience. Ill be skipping the drive through next time and enjoying the nice atmosphere. read more
