Now instantly I know what happened, this dude thought that I, a full grown man, ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and then also ordered a kids meal grilled cheese, complete with an applesauce. Now I only had a short time to eat before I had to leave and I knew if I had them remake it that it would take too long so I just told them yes. (Side note, grilled cheese was not even grilled, warm and rubbery bread). They have always given me free meals to atone for their mistakes but, I'm really getting sick of having to give my name to them so they can put my name in their notebook. The nuggets are hit or miss with how fresh they are. I've had some that were inedible because they obviously had been sitting out for an extended period of time and were likely thrown back into the fryer to warm them up. Sometimes they don't even do that, instead just sending out the barely warm and past their time nuggets as is. My double cheeseburgers are also hit or miss in regards to me getting them how I ordered them. I order them two ways: one is without pickles, the other way is with only ketchup. One way leaves out one step, the other leaves out two. I know they have moniters and headsets for the employees, so when I get my burgers with everything on them, it makes me wonder if they have deaf illiterate employees working for them. It is for that reason I am giving two stars. Until they achieve a higher consistency rate with my orders, I will stand by my 2 star rating.
