$11.75 for the worst fast food EVER! I got a small Mozzarella stick with a Ham and Swiss sandwich, which had 1 little piece of dry ham, a small piece of cheese, just awful. Arby's used to have great food, but what happened? I'll never eat here again!! read more

I love Arby's but this location is a special place I've been here a hand full of times when I'm starving . And it's there is always a story to tell today they closed early last few times I had to almost fight for my food . I don't even know why I try any more. read more

Not sure why all bad reviews for this Arby's location, except that they're all older reviews (2 years plus). Looks like they've improved, at least during my visit. I had no complaints about the food or service. Enjoyed a tasty Buffalo chicken sandwich and curly fries. read more

Terrible. Of the 12 things we ordered, they messed up 5 of them. I saw two other people come up and complain about their orders being incorrect as well. Meat was cold on one of the roast beef sandwiches as well. read more

My wife and daughter and I stopped in at around 2:30 on Saturday, October 26. Here is literally what happened. we ordered and they put our food in a bag and we went to sit down. We pulled out our food and everything was correct except for one sandwich. Instead of the bacon, chicken, Swiss plain that my daughter ordered there was a plain roast beef in the bag instead. I went back to the counter and said that this part of the order was wrong. The lady up front said "yes, I remember what you ordered and that's not correct." she turned around and told the lady behind the wall that we had ordered a bacon chicken, Swiss plain. The lady behind the wall, then looked at me and said " you are going to have to be more specific. When you say plain do you mean, you don't want any meat, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard? Sounds to me like you just want a bun. " I said "that's obviously not what we wanted" and then I said we just wanted chicken, bacon, and Swiss. They then fixed my sandwich and I went back and gave it to my daughter. We got out of there as soon as we could, because we were certainly not feeling very welcome. we will never go back to that restaurant as long as we live. read more

Excellent brisket sandwich. Clean with cordial staff. The marketplace sandwiches are the way to go. They are heavy with meats. The new menu here has raised their flavor portal way on up there. Those 5 for $5 roast beef sandwiches are no longer the best thing on Arby's menu. Easy to get to right beside the interstate Highway. read more

Me and my mother were on a trip to see family. Went in to this Arby's and was greeted by a nice young man. We had ordered a Turkey Club sandwich for both. Mom went ahead of me and got us a booth. She went off to the restroom and I looked at the booth floor. There was spilled drinks not mopped up so I switched our trays over to another booth. We sat down and the sandwich was delicious. However, I noticed my mother was shaking. They had the air so cold it felt like a freezer in the restaurant. She ate a couple of bites and high tailed it to the car to get warm. I went into the Men's restroom and it was disgusting. This was our first stop to eat from Florida en route to Tennessee and Kentucky. My mother was 82 at the time. It was on June 9th, a Saturday. I hope by now this place has changed franchisers so people won't get sick from such a bad environment. read more

This was the most filthy Arby's I have ever visited. Instead of restroom paper towels they have a roll of toilet paper in the dispenser. The wait time inside was excessive. After 10 orders stacked up the manager helped fill one order then filled the napkin dispenser. The honey mustard was empty so stand in line for a packet. Don't eat here! SLOWEST FAST FOOD I've ever been to! We waited 25 minutes in the dining room for 3 combos and a kids meal. Others around us waited anywhere from 20-30 minutes. The staff had a complete shutdown and couldn't get it together. Food was coming out of the kitchen, but just sat in the window never being put onto trays and delivered to the customers. The slowest "fast food" I've ever had. I had to watch Leigh Ann (the shift manager) unpack all the fried food and get it into the fry stations while my 2 sandwiches just sat in the chute. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Seems like a recurring theme at this location from the other reviews. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. It's 9:15 and the signs clearly say lobby open till 10pm. We had to use the bathroom and were planning on buying food.... they ushered us out of the lobby and refused our service because they wanted to clean and go home early! They decided to let one of our group use the bathroom at least but kept cleaning around her and made her quite uncomfortable, so she just came out and we went to Taco Bell across the street where their lobby was still open and it was clean and they were still working their hours like their posted signs stated. read more

Awful place to eat. Unfriendly cashier. Greasy fries, salty sandwich, and poor looking grounds. All the sign were there to keep on going down the road- no drive thru line, empty lobby, poor looking landscaping and parking lot. Poor example of Dublin. read more

Let me just start by saying it take A LOT for me to even consider leaving a bad review about any place but I was absolutely disgusted by this Arby's this past Sunday. A few of us were on our way out of town and stopped in for a quick bite. First impression, we went to the ladies restroom where there was no toilet paper or paper towels in sight and dead roaches on the bathroom floor. Then we go up front to order and the girl at the counter wouldn't even look at us as we ordered and was beyond rude. Upon standing there we informed them that the ladies restroom was out of paper and the manager told us that he had already been informed but they were just too busy to get to it (this place was not busy at all - as a matter of fact, we watched them refill lids and napkins in the dinning area that were already full) All around, we were all highly disappointed. read more

After placing my order I sat in the drive through for nearly ten minutes. Once I got to the window they tried to give me 2 different orders. Just to find out they didn't have my order in "their system". They were clearly under staff but could care less. I wasted time but at least I didn't waste any money. What joke!! Probably the worst arbys I've ever been too. The staff clearly is not able to manage more than one customer in the dining area, they were out of almost all of the sauces and they just dumped all of our food into the bottom of the bag. Jam up job. read more
