I did a review on this place e a few years ago and it was not a good one. Today they redeemed themselves. We came in at 1 pm on a Sunday afternoon while driving through. It is a super convenient location right off the interstate. We were greeted right when we walked in the door. We placed our order quickly and our food was out within five minutes. Much much better experience than my last time there. My food was delicious. The portion size was large and everything was fresh. I had the blackened blue salad. It is a great salad. My husband had the chicken tender meal and it was also delicious. I'm super happy to be able to give them a great review. read more

Honestly, the chicken sandwich was sooo good. Better than chic-fil-a HANDS DOWN. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and nice and juicy inside. The fries were also nice and hot. Stopped at this location to grab a quick lunch whole traveling. There was nothing quick about it. I know most Zaxby's are usually busy, but this one was just plain slow. There was no line and I was able to walk right up to the counter to order. As I was getting my drink, I heard another customer say he had been waiting on his food for over 30min and it was cold. Then another customer came up to me and asked if I had already ordered, and said "you'll be waiting forever." All I ordered was a kids nibbler meal. It did take a very long time for the food to come out. The chicken was over cooked and some fries burnt. read more

Zero Stars!, this place is the worse!! Sorry as their assistant Manager Wayne! Stop by to get something to eat prior to work and decided to go in and order due to so many cars in the drive thru. I wanted 20 minutes and had to get my money back because I was gonna be late for work if I continued to wait. Meanwhile every car in the drive thru received their food. Here I go with yet another bad review from another Zaxby's! Same experience, cashier doesn't smile, doesn't speak, just stares at you with this miserable face until you start ordering. Then we wait close to 20 minutes for our order which was wrong! But no time to wait to correct it, that would have probably taken another 20 minutes. The Freestyle drink machine was out of half the choices including regular coke. I asked the cashier if she would fill it up behind the counter and of course the reaction was annoyance but still nothing spoken out of her mouth. It's just amazing considering what you pay for the food that you have to endure such miserable employees every time. Although the food is not bad, the service always leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Staff standing watching 1 manager work. Paid $8 for a meal got 7 fries with my meal. When I asked for more, Brandy, the lady in the window threw the box in frustration to the window from the back. The two young ladies (doing nothing but standing there watching manager work) we're laughing at me for asking for more Fries. This is the third times we've eatin here while traveling through. While I didn't enjoy spending 8 bux for a plate of whatever, and they charge 25 cents per sauce, I enjoyed the fries and chicken fingers, well seasoned. The little coleslaw was good similar to KFC and the oldbay type sauce or whatever was yummy. Plenty nice service I suppose too. read more

Such a nice staff. I had never been to a Zaxbys before and I was unfamiliar with how they made their salads. Due to my OWN stupidity, and not being clear about my inability to eat fried food (booo wheat), they had to remake my salad TWICE. They wouldn't let me pay for my remade salad and were very nice although I'm sure it was pretty frustrating for them to deal with me today. Thank you! Ordered the original chicken sandwich-no sauce. It came with sauce. My husband ordered the 10 tenders meal. It apparently doesn't come as a meal. So I asked for a meal with the sandwich. That was too difficult. So my husband just decided to get a medium order of fries and a large Coke. Somehow that magically became a large order of fries and a large Coke. The food was good. I stopped by here driving back to Atlanta from Savannah, and this Zaxby's is located somewhat midway between the two cities in Dublin. There are a number of dining establishments, mostly fast food, and gas stations off the freeway in this area, so I recommend getting off the road here if you need a break. The gas in the area is cheaper than you find in Atlanta The Zaxby's was packed, but I noticed it was filled with a bunch of students from Emory who must have been part of an athletic them traveling to a game. This was only my second time to a Zaxby's, and unfortunately I wasn't too impressed with the food. I had a grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken didn't taste too fresh, and the bun it came on was too soft. I did like the fact that they posted calorie counts on their ordering board, since this allowed me to see how Fattening it would be to have a full meal--most were well north of 1000 calories. The place was just OK, so I wouldn't go unless you're a fast food devotee. read more

Cashier could've cared less about taking our order, no greeting, no smile. Their design engineer graduated last in his class. Food is OK for the genre, but good luck getting it. They have just 2 ordering stations with literally half their front counter space wasted on Online Order Pickup. There is a line to 1 ice dispenser and another line to 1 drink dispenser. These 2 lines intertwine with the ordering lines in a 200 square foot space. People invariably get mad at each other for taking too long, perceived line cutting, and generally stumbling over each other. My 16 y.o. remarked "That was stressful!" as we walked out. This place is a textbook example of how NOT to set up lean processing. If the lot is full keep on driving. read more

Service was great. Tiny was very friendly a helpful. The place was packed, so it did take a little while to get our food. The wait was worth it. My Cajun club sandwich was delicious. I do miss the pickle though. I wish they would add it back on to the Cajun club sandwich meal as a side. Great stop to make on our road trip. read more

l eat the fingers tossed in wing sauce all the time, and they barely gave me any sauce on these. Half the fingers weren't touched by sauce at all. The lady at the counter refused to give me more sauce unless I paid for more. Bad service. edit: the same thing happened to me again at my local zaxbys tonight. I asked if I could get some more sauce or if they would have to charge me and she gladly gave me two extra cups of sauce free of charge, AND apologized for the lack of sauce to begin with. :) that is how it should have been. read more

As far as fast food places go Zaxby's is pretty good. I don't eat fast food all that often and usually when I do it is during a road trip and that was why I was at this one in Dublin, GA. I've stopped at this one a couple of times as I drive home from visiting my friend in south GA and I can't say that I have had particularly good experiences there. This time I had the worst time of it! I pulled around to the drive through menu/ speaker thingy and I had to wait a little while before anyone said a word. Then I placed my order and verified it a couple of times. Then I pulled around and paid and got my milkshake which was not quite full and very, very, very not frozen/ thick in consistency. Then the girl handed me my bag of chicken fingers. I got the milkshake because I'd had a REALLY long couple of days and was having a special little treat. When I do that I like to eat the treat first- you know, eat the dessert first...so I was doing that and didn't look at my chicken because, as I said before, I'd confirmed my order a couple of times. I get down the road a bit and reach in to grab my chicken, open the little box (what is up with the over packaging Zaxby's?) and there, inside are what look like wings! Wings!!! Wings terrify me. Maybe I'm the only native Atlantan that feels this way about wings but I am not a wing person! It turns out that these are just chicken fingers that have been drenched in wing sauce. Then placed on top of celery and beside some ranch dressing. This is not what I ordered but I did pay the kind of overpriced amount for them and I was hungry. I attempted to eat these and I also looked at the receipt which informed me that these were in fact some kind of super hot wing flavored chicken fingers. I love spicy food and these had a decent flavor. The problem- ok problems- I drank my milkshake first so I had nothing to drink after eating these fire fingers and also, I did not order these things!!!! After having this issue and the previous not awesome experiences I would have to say that this place is lacking severely. Others along the way do a better job. read more

We're huge Zaxby's fans (having lived in Athens for years) and have eaten at countless ones across the South and up through Indiana. But the last two times we've driven through this particular location, the food has just been ok and we've felt kind of sick after. Yesterday in particular, the fries tasted like they've been sitting out for a while and quickly reheated and the chicken wasn't fresh at all. I will say maybe it's because we generally drive through early afternoon (around 2 or 3ish) by the time we get out of ATL and are on our way south but even so, this location should do a better job of keeping up the quality of their food even in the less busy hours. A lot of people would consider this as a good, quick stop between Atlanta and Savannah but if the food quality is inconsistent to the point where you don't feel well after, that's definitely a knock and sort of taints Zaxby's good name. read more
