We went through the drive-through at 8:58 pm and ordered off the 2 for $6 menu along with another order for curly fries and a Greek Gyro. The total was 2 Roast Beef Classic sandwiches, 1 Curly Fries, and 1 Greek Gyro approximately $17. My complaint starts with: 1. One of the Roast Beef Classic sandwiches was missing. 2. It looked as if the people working were beginning or seemed to be starting to close the store when the hours listed was 10am to 10pm. 3. The food we did have was cold and tasted funny, so my wife could not eat her sandwich! My Gyro tasted ok, but there was way too much Greek sauce on it making it taste weird. 4. My son and I called 9 times from 9:38 to 10:00 trying to get someone on the phone, no one answered. 5. We had no outlet to make our complaint too which aggravated my wife immensely causing her to have a panic attack! I am just livid right now with anger that no one answered the calls we made to try and make this right. We live in Davidson East off of Hwy 73, roughly 13 miles from the store, so making it impossible to drive back there to confront a manager. This is just another reason consumer confidence in food services are so low! As I have no other recourse than to wait until tomorrow to try and speak to someone about this situation, I'm left to fume over it until then. To say that I'm this distraught over not getting what I paid for is a resounding understatement!! I will never go to this or possibly any Arby's store ever again!! read more

I mean, if you're willing to wait a long times, it's fine. Not sure why they have an app because they don't get the order til you get there and tell them I'm here to pick up a mobile order. Skip the Drive Through and Go In. Stopped for lunch a few weeks ago and made the mistake of going through the drive through. Once you're in the line, you're essentially trapped and it moves at a snails pace. Took 20 minutes for serve six cars. On the other hand, there is a large lot that you go through before you get to the Drive Through Line. Park here and walk in because on a subsequent visit, I found that that was much faster. Food is good but they still have a few start up issues to work out. They have only been open for less than a month now and they are learning. read more

Went to the drive thru, had 2 orders that were together. The 2 workers said to "hold on" and we realized that they were FaceTiming while taking my order, not making sure my order was correct. Pulled up to the window and only gave us one of our meals. Explain to them that we are missing our other meal as well as a drink. Then another employee (a pregnant female) came up to the window and as I was handing her my receipt to explain to her what we ordered she rudely said that she is "six months pregnant and she's really fucking irritated." I understand that working while pregnant can be difficult but millions of women do it and that is no excuse to give a customer an attitude and be disrespectful when our order was completely wrong. If you're irritated at work while pregnant.... It's not the customer's fault. Maybe next time she needs to take the day off instead of treating customers rudely. WONT BE coming back. read more

The food is decent but what got me was that we ordered a large onion rings and the box came with 5 onion rings was not worth the price had I know it didn't come with more than 5 which seems like a rip off. Nice clean, new Arby's location. Drive through line was quite long at 1:30. I went in to order to go and was in and out before the car I would have been behind had even ordered. The service was friendly, dining room very clean, and order was hot, fresh, and ready quickly. Let me first say that I'm only leaving a 2 star review for this location, due to one bad experience I had this evening. This review covers an isolated incident and does not reflect on my overall experience at this Arby's. This location is always top notch, but a worker, that was apparently on her break, ruined tonight's meal for me and my wife. We got our meal, which was fine, but once we dug in, the worker who was 2 booths away, started in on a very loud cell call, not to mention ON SPEAKER PHONE, which was completely obnoxious and lasted our entire dinner. During this time, at least one manager and 2 other coworkers passed the female employee who was blasting her conversation, and didn't say a word to her. Everyone at this Arby's is fantastic, but I hope that someone in management looks into what employees do on their breaks and how it effects customers in the dining room. Loud cell calls, etc., should happen on an employees own time and not in the restaurant. read more

Several Saturdays ago I drove to Arby's in Cornelius. At 1pm in afternoon they were closed stating had no workers show up. Today thought I'd try it again. Wanted the Italian but said no longer have it. Then asked for the brisket they advertise on TV. Said they were out. I finally ordered a plain roast beef. Arby's is hands down my favorite fast food option. Pretty psyched a new location opened in Cornelius. It's across from tenders. Love their grilled chicken sandwich and when they have mint choc milkshakes stop the train are they good. We stopped in seeing their "now open" sign and they literally had just opened today. Super clean and friendly staff and very hot food. Since we were one of the first 50 customers the kids got to spin the opening day wheel and won a milkshake - you would have thought they had won the powerball. Now I really feel like I won the powerball because the first 50 customers got a free meal each week for a year! That's right 52 meals!! I mean seriously that's like over $400 of food! So in a year from now if I've gained 50 pounds you'll know I didn't stick to the grilled chicken sandwich ;) Overall glad a new option is in town and that it's away from all the traffic down by Sam fur. Dining room wasn't open so went through drive through again, told them what they forgot and they said they would bring to a door so I could skip the line. I love this particular location. It's close to where I work so I go often for lunch. It's new and extremely clean. The employees are always friendly and accommodating. I've never received an order wrong and believe me, I make alot of modifications. I like that they have outlets at most tables so you can charge your phone if you need to. The only negative is exiting if you have to turn left onto Statesville Rd. It can be tricky depending on the time of day. If you haven't tried their beef gyro, you must! We thought ArbyS would be a great dinner at 8 at night. We got in line and waited over a half an hour got to the order box and waited and waited and waited. They don't take the order until the car in front gets their order. We love their food but 40 min plus to get so called fast food isn't worth it. Will not be going back anytime soon. You are not doing your Arbys any service . I get the Covid thing but holy cow. We took our business up the road to Tender and had our order taken I. Less than 5 min. So sad as I like Arbys. This location is the slowest "fast food" restaurant I have ever dined in. My most recent visit saw a ticket time of ten minutes for a classic roast beef with a side of mozzarella sticks. No apology, nothing. Don't expect to get in and out of here quickly, ever. read more

When we finally got our order, nothing was right, stuff was missing, fries were cold etc. Once was charged for the wrong persons food. Instead of refunding the amount and paying for my correct order, they said they could not do refunds, and made ME myself call corporate, the result was they mailed me a CHECK for 10$. Love having an Arby's in Cornelius and LOVE how well this place has run since the day it opened. The staff is super friendly and really quick - even when they had just opened up.
