I love Arby's, but don't recommend this particular store at all. I ate here at lunchtime on Wednesday, September18, 2024, and was horribly disappointed. The store is older and looks it; has a really dingy appearance although itvwas clean. I was thrilled to see that Potato Cakes are back on the menu, and ordered the largest size. It was a crushing disappointed. Mine were dry, hard and looked like a couple days' leftovers, and were barely warm. No way those were fresh. My Classic Roast Beef Sandwich was lukewarm, dry and the meat, like my Potato Cakes, didn't taste fresh. I could've complained, but fast food is a crappy enough job without my taking my disappointment out on this Arby's staff. This brings up another important point: staff seemed tired, stressed and demoralized. I wasn't about to gripe at them. Arby's is one of my go-to fast food restaurants. I like a number of items on their menu so while in the area of this location I did a drive-thru lunch. Service was fast and efficient and I picked up my order, parked and proceeded to eat it. I ordered the featured pecan chicken salad sandwich. Strangely, the sandwich had no pecans and very little chicken on it. It oozed a ton of mayonnaise with some grapes and apple slices in between the bread. I found this to be the most disappointing Arby's experience ever. Unsure why they were unable to deliver the menu item that was featured on the menu board but I will be going to other locations in the future so I will never find out. read more

Clayton, NC location. Odd...requires a mask for entry, but the tables and seats inside are filthy, which means nothing's been cleaned at all, and definitely NOT sanitized on a regular basis. What's the freakin' point of the mask, if no cleaning is being performed on tables and other high-touch areas? It's pointless! Anyway...food was subpar. Wife's sandwich was chewy, with fatty meat; she ended up throwing it out after a couple of bites. She had to go back to the counter for a missing item, and a female employee just glanced at her, the 3 times she walked by the counter. Finally, someone helped my wife out...but, it wasn't the female employee. Ridiculous. My steak and cheese looked NOTHING like the picture. No peppers, and barely any onions. Nah. This is the worst Arby's ever. The dining room is always closed, the milkshake machine is always broke. I find it very hard to believe these machines are always broke. I think it is a sign of pure laziness on management and employees. Save your money and dine elsewhere. read more

We love arbys but yesterday was the worst food ever at any arbys. Got a chicken sandwich and all I can say is that I knew if I did not take a picture no one would believe me. The chicken patty was thinner than the tomato slices. The new bourbon bbq has zero to do with bbq and had half the meat it should have. We decided to try the ultimate BLT and I promise there was nothing ultimate about it with just 5 slices of paper thin bacon. It was a terrible experience plus they claimed to be having computer problems on top so service was crazy slow. read more

Omgosh--I wish I could rave about hot beef and tasty fries, but the roast beef was "lunch meat cold" around the edges, and barely lukewarm in the middle. Can't imagine how they served such a cold sandwich...was it sitting out? Did they forget to boost in? Was it in the refrigerator? Idk. Mystery. I was so hungry after a long trip that I ate it anyway. I hope I don't get food poisonin. The fries tasted rancid...like very old grease in the fryer. They were inedibl...ended up in the garbage. $20 for two fast food meals is too much for the meals to be old/poor quality. Avoid this Arby's. The service is horrific and the food is old and stale. Ordered at the drive through and had to repeat the same order over 5X's. Felt like we were speaking two different languages. After reconfirming the order 5X's, the order was wrong. The drink was supposed to be a root beer and received a Dr.Pepper. Then I was missing a pizza slider. They don't honor AARP DISCOUNT COUPONS. I was on the AARP WEB site as a member and came across a BUY ONE GET ONE CLASSIC ROAST BEEF, so I printed it out. Here's the thing the coupon specifically calls out their address 11851 US 70 not just any ARBYS. It expires Jan 13, 2023. yet they refused to honor it claiming it was not their coupon. Duh....of course it wasn't. it was an AARP Coupon negotiated with Arby's. It states Arbys with their logo and address right on the coupon. They might have the meats but for sure not the brains. I grabbed the coupon and stormed out and gave their competitor my business instead as they don't need any business from AARP members. I also filed a complaint with AARP as too many businesses they have discounts with are not being honored. read more

Says it's open till 11pm, however the lights were off at 9pm so they look closed. Either need to update their hours so normal people can pay money for goods and services or turn the lights on so people will stop there. read more

We are not sure why we ate even a little of what we got. Definitely had sat around before we got it at the pick up window. And the meat looked like it wasn't (meat that is). One good thing - the young lady at the window was very very nice. read more

I came in to try the new deep fried turkey sandwich which was delicious by the way. My service was accurate and pretty quick which was to be expected since it was not busy at all at the time. I'm more impressed by this restaurant than any other fast food joint in that immediate area since for some reason they all seem to be horribly mismanaged. This is a really good Arby's. The dining area is clean and bright. The service has been great the times I've been there; very friendly and the food comes quickly. When I want something from Arby's, I come here instead of the one in Garner (which is closer to where I live). I haven't had any trouble getting in or out of this location. read more

I have been going to this Arbys for about a year they have had an A 99 and 100. 99 today .very courteous fast..sometimes you have to pull up a minute and everything on the menu is great..I have never had anyone be rude or short or anything..I have met one of the managers he was very nice...There just was no downside to this place...The only drawback is there little side salads .They just dont keep up on it.. read more

I'm a big Arby's fan. I wait until I have coupons and that's my splurge lunch or dinner. I recently needed to eat lunch out with 2 young kids in the area so we stopped in. The food was great and the restaurant was clean, as usual in my experience at this location. The house made chips were really good. I hope they keep those around! What prompted me to Yelp this visit is the service I experienced. Eating at restaurants with a 6 and 2 year old can be stressful. The gentleman at the register was courteous and helpful while we ordered. While I was getting drinks my order came up and he carried it out to the table my 6 year old had "saved" for us with his Hotwheel cars. I really appreciated that. It definitely made a difference in our day. Yay for you Counter Worker, and Yay for management/crew that encourage that kind of help. read more

I have always loved Arby's food but we recently went to the drive thru and had a large order of 10 sandwiches and multiple large fries. I could barely get the first order out of my mouth before an ignorant, rude woman taking my order, yelled out with impatience. When we drove up to the window, she was complaining very loudly about a previous customer and made no attempt to even say hello. Our food was halfway thrown in the bag and had about half the carton full of fries. Very disappointed in their customer care! read more
