I had the toasted artichoke sub without cheese. It was so yummy and the white/Italian bread is really soft and fresh tasting. We also ordered a BLT - thumbs up for taste and the awesome bread. We ordered a make-your-own "Dagwood," which was for my son who only likes salami (so it wasn't much of a Dagwood). He gave his sandwich a so-so because he didn't like the multigrain bread. I didn't try the bread, but it looked very heavy and seedy and I think he was expecting more of a soft wheat bread. The employee at the drive through was incredibly friendly. She opened the service window with a big smile and a bright, "What can I do for you, hun?" She made sure I knew for future visits that the Penn Station website was the best way to order. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

Husband ordered the jalapeno burger, his son ordered a salad and a Moscow Mule. Husband's sauce was wrong on his burger so they had to bring the right sauce. All in all it was just ok.

Despite it being a delivery meal, it was delicious. I do have to factor in that I was craving a sub, but the Veggie Melt is a 10/10. But I know the food was fresh, well-made, and filling. The meal was made of club sandwiches, a bag of Vickie's potato chips, and a somewhat oversized (and tasty) chocolate chip cookie. The sandwiches were made well, crammed full of fresh meats in between soft toasted bread. It was a satisfying meal & good fuel for the rest of the training, and the day.

Every time I go inside this kfc the service is disappointing and today the food was too. Every time…read moreI've gone inside I've had to wait for around 5mins before being acknowledged while clearly watching the workers stand talking in the back. Today I could clearly hear the works cussing and talking crap about someone at the intercom deciding what to order. Once one of them came up and talked to me they were nice but it was already after everything I listened to. Today our mac and cheese had multiple green beans in it and had to remove 2 very burnt chunks. KFC also still has the potato poppers available on the app with no way to refund. Instead we were given mashed potatoes that no one at home will eat. I also paid for sauce that was not in the bag and I sadly did not notice till I was home. Again It is not just todays workers that had been disappointing this unfortunately happens very often and I do not have this experience at any other fast food places in Troy. Though the other places make mistakes at least they can do things to fix the issues and the people acknowledge your existence in a timely manner.
