Didn't get any service. Closed 20 minutes before the regular operating hours. It's annoying when some nights they are open and other times they are not? Management is slacking. read more

Pretty typical McDonald's just off I-70, 12 miles west of Dayton. Food was the usual, service was OK, women's bathroom clean, men's barely. This is one of the newer McDonald's where you order on a nearby computer screen and pick up the food at the counter ... sort of a minimalist McDonald's ... Brave New World. read more

Great service and very friendly!! The workers super sweet and incredibly efficient; I would come back

Staffing is sad,I'm not sure how they stay in business no one at the counter did not let anyone know when order was ready.Asked for creamer for a coffee it was thrown on the take out shelf,if they don't like the job find another one . read more

Came in on a road trip to get some food during breakfast. Ordered our food at the kiosk, got our food and almost want given our drinks. I've worked at McDonald's before and that just upset me. Get back on the road and the burritos were practically empty. Like more tortilla than eggs. Also got an iced coffee with extra caramel, barely any caramel at all. I can only taste strong coffee. disappointed in this McDonald's... read more

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Food was served fast and hot. Restaurant was clean; restrooms were clean. Capaccino machine was in the middle of an 18 minute cleaning cycle - so no capaccinos. read more

The managers is a d word (I'm not allowed to say bad words yet) she is getting so worked up about some ranch.

While conveniently located off the highway with reasonably nice facilities, this McDonald's was horribly disorganized. We waited for our simple kids meal order for 20 minutes before the person at the front simply went back to put it together themselves, and they still did not get it right missing the apple slices. We deemed it too painful to attempt to correct the mistake. It seemed to have started with a foul-up in their processing system as we placed the order electronically at the Kiosk. This issue of disorganization seems to be endemic among McDonald's just about everywhere in the US. It appears to be a combination of changeover to a new hybrid ordering system of self-serve, web ordering, drive-through and counter service, an emphasis on drive-through over dine-in and the fact that their personnel turnover is likely debilitating. I am not sure if we're finally seeing the demise of this venerable fast food chain, but I can't imagine their service issues will be shored up until they fully automate. Then the experience might be too cold for even the most ardent technophile. read more

McDonald's - Seating Area at McDonald's Brookville Triggs Rd. - Burgers Near Me - Brookville, Ohio

See all

The stuff we're doing their job. The interior was nice and clean, and the food was good except the fries were cold.

The most unhygienic restaurant in ohio .they gave me food in bag and all of it was unwrapped and thrown into bag .I complained and watched the front worker take all food out of bag bare handed after touching money then wrapping the 2nd hand food .I took a video of the whole process and haven't received a response .I was also called something I won't repeat here when exiting the parking lot ..you would be better suited buying a 4 hr old hotdogs from the speedway across the street read more

Another crappy service from McDonalds. How can you screw up an order and forget something when there is only 3 items? This happens so often that I believe it is intentional. I can not wait for the robots to take over. read more

Undercooked burger. Messed up our order twice. Employees standing around while there were no napkins out, no ketchup, no iced tea. Trash on tables. Keep driving. read more

We went two different times this week. Each time was incredibly slow and it was NOT busy. First time ten minute wait and the second time after fifteen minutes I asked for a refund. I was in there a total of twenty five minutes today. Left with no food. Will never be back. read more

Brookville is a really nice town. But this McDonals is nasty. The drink station was a nasty mess. The lids where not stocked, there was no napkins or ketchup. The tea dispenses lids where half on. And there was a sticky pop mess all around the drink station. Half the tables had food on them, I was where for 40 min and nobody came out and cleansed up the mess. There was not one other costumer inside the whole time I was there and the drive threw was slow. There where several people in the kitchen the place was pretty well staffed and they where not busy. This is unacceptable. Brookville is a nice and Queen Littletown too bad the McDonald's has to be so nasty. read more

McDonald's - the inside of a restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Brookville, Ohio

Another terrible service in Brookville. Never get food orders correct. Bring your own sauce for nuggets because you either don't get it or you get one for a 20 piece. Drive thru people are generally unfriendly. read more

Reviewing a McDonald's seems weird because aren't all McDonald's the basically the same? The answer is no. When I left I though 'Did I just leave a Chick-fil-A?' I wish more McDonald's were like this one! Very clean inside, quick and friendly service. I ordered a coke and hashbrown, and was in and out in under 5 minutes. And that hashbrown was fresh! It was too hot to eat for a few minutes. read more

Sorry about the details of my puke. That was just totally awful !!!! Ugh never gain McDonald's !!!!! read more

The young girl who took our order was not very patient at all through the drive thru. Clean. They even heated up my little guy's Gerber baby food in their microwave. Great service, good place to stop and stretch your legs, lots of green space and a few outdoor patio tables. read more

This McDonalds is a joke. Out of desperation I've come here a few times for my lunch breaks. Every, single, time, they have gotten my order wrong or have put it together so horribly you would've thought a monkey prepared it! I asked (and paid) for extra lettuce today for my wrap and I received a wrap that was barely filled at all and completely falling apart. When I asked the manager for some more lettuce she blatantly rolls her eyes at me and ten seconds later come back with a box full of lettuce for me And says 'here's more lettuce for you to put on your wrap'. Not to be high maintenance, but if I wanted to make my own wrap I would've done it at home. Don't tell me to do it! This is not the first poor experience I've had with their management either. Mcdonalds, Your management sucks and so do you're staff. read more

Very slow. They messed up my order not once, not twice. But, three times and what they gave me looked like it had sat for a while. Not impressed McDonald's. read more

While waiting on a simple order, the staff were talking to each other, making the order time at least three times as long as it needed to be. Two staff members who were leaving their shift were distracting the other staff still working. Thank you to the gentleman who actually made our flurries. He knew that the others (including the general manager) couldn't get it together. read more

Place was filthy and drive they wrapped around building so we went in. Why is it McDonalds has tons of people working but only 1 register being used? Had to explain to the boy that Mocha is chocolate and that carry out means to go! But he ( boy slowly running register )said he was tired so that means he doesn't have to think! Booth seats were torn, drink station looked like it hadn't been cleaned this year and the clutter behind the front line was crazy! Really I don't think they will use all that stock piled up in the customers sight this year! 7 people in line for the one open register 1 walked out but that's ok because 2 girls went out to smoke and 1 guy was piling boxes in the dumpster because that's what you do during a lunch rush!! Your customer can wait on you! Clean your store and change your staff you are an embarrassment to fast food PS teach some manners like thank you and please. What do you mean when I place an order and your response is " is that all". What? did I not order enough? How about saying "thank you can I get you an apple pie with that order??????" read more

Terribly slow. Ordered at kiosk. After waiting 10 minutes noticed cashier had signs that they were out of mcgriddles. Looked at us like a deer in highlights when we asked for a refund of food they couldn't give us. McDonald's needs to spend some time training their employees. read more

My review usually changes depending on who's working. Today I went through to get a sweet tea, and got to work and took a huge drink of it just to spit it out. I do not like unsweetened tea at all! So I was like okay whatever it was a mix up. Then I had my sister pick me up another one about 30 mins ago and she told me the girl at the window took unsweetened tea and just put liquid sugar in it....... I use to work there so I know how they make the tea and I've never seen that before....it taste like crap! That's twice today..... what's going on?! read more

The drive-thru is horrible for anyone driving a bigger vehicle then a car. They have a big gap of empty space in the parking lot so they should make the curve lane in the drive thru bigger for bigger vehicles like trucks, vans, suv. So whoever designed that drive thru did a horrible job. Anyways The food is what you expect at any McDonalds. Certain times we got cold or overcooked fries that have been sitting there all day which makes you wish you spent your money else where but when they actually do give you fresh hot fries then its great. At times they messed up our orders or made something wrong so it would be nice if they pay more attention to what you ordered so you don't have to drive back. The staff seems fine there are certain ones that are always cheerful and nice the others don't really seem happy at all they are the ones that usually play around and talk to friends when they should be focusing on customers. Either way when your in the mood for McDonalds then this is the place to go. read more

Never thought I would write a Yelp review about McDonald's, but I've had such good experiences I had to. Despite the negative reviews, at this McDonald's my order has always been right, service has always been quick, and the employees are always friendly. THE FRIES HERE ARE AMAZING! I've had a lot of McDonald's in my life, but this McDonald's cooks the best fries... every time! Always hot, always perfectly salted, always perfectly fried. Now we make sure to include this McDonald's with our gasoline stop when driving to and from Chicago. read more

a week ago i ordered a double cheeseburger and they gave me a filet o fish, after waiting in the line for 10 minutes. today, a week later decided to give them another chance and i waited in line for another 10 minutes and specifically told the speaker lady that i wanted a "CRISPY" chicken snack wrap. even asked her to change it because she put grilled on the screen. what did i get...... A GRILLED chicken snack wrap. i hate this place i will never go back do not go there you will be disappointed and hungry. read more

I'm done with them. Since the remodel, we have went there quite a few times. Breakfast was the most common time. However, they absolutely cannot get an order right. Today, I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese, add bacon, plus a sausage burrito. When I received the food, they had omitted the burrito. I caught it before leaving the parking lot, and went inside. The manager made it right, and I told her that it seemed very rare to get any kind of order correct from their drive-through these days. As I got to work, I unwrapped the sandwich (which I had not previously checked). Instead of a sausage, bacon and cheese biscuit, there was a sausage, egg and cheese muffin. And I wasn't even surprised. From now on, I'll be heading to the Arby's across the road. read more

Apparently, it's externally hard to make a hot cup of coffee and 86 the meat on a bagel sandwich. I order a bacon, egg and cheese bagel meal without the bacon. I got a steak, egg and cheese bagel with a semi warm cup of coffee that tasted like it was made the day before. I guess I don't know what I expected from McNasty's. This is why I haven't eaten there in a couple years. read more

This place makes me so mad my family and I play a game every time we come called "can you guess what they forgot?" I'm so sick of it. I wish they would actually make an effort to improve. Whenever I point out that they have yet again forgotten an item they act like its no big deal. read more
