a restaurant kitchen with a counter and menus

This Arby's is connected to the truck stop and very small. It's managed by the hospitality company that also runs the truck stop. The drive thru, despite being all lit up informed us through an automated recording when we pulled up to order that it was closed. This was a Friday night at 8:30PM and right off 2 major highways! The staff was so unfriendly...no greeting or communication with the customers just a blank stare. To boot it was over $18 for 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and 2 fries. The fries were not even full, nor hot. The place is not that clean either. This place is not good.

Smokehouse brisket, loaded curly fries, Mac n cheese , French dip, Reuben, Buffalo chicken sandwich

Service was average but they got our big order correct! Our favorite was the smoke house brisket sandwich and loaded curly fries. Our least favorite was the Buffalo chicken. The meat tasted better than usually fast food and we didn't feel horrible after eating it. We felt that we could probably go the rest of our lives without eating it again, but it was worth trying for the first time !

A chicken tender with hair

Today I had gotten Arby's because I was driving for a while and needed a snack. When I got there I went to the drive through and the lady seemed very rude. I asked for a chicken tenders and when I received my order I was about to take a bite but I saw a hair in my food. I would like to say I'm not proud of my visit.

So burnt

I waited 45 minutes in their drive thru for cold half wrapped food and burnt fries. Do not waste your time.

1 piece of bacon ripped in half. Dried up thin piece of chicken and dried cheese and few onion straws. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

I'm a strange dude, I'll be the first to admit to that. I've never been one to like anything that…read moredraws attention from the masses. I never watched Lord of the Rings or Game of Thrones because every last loser on earth was all about it. The Beatles fucking suck and Bruce Springsteen can go shit in his hat. Pumpkin spice is for pumpkin pie and that's it, no matter what these dizzy suburban women say. So the decision to visit Johnny Longhots today was based entirely on poor reviews. The guy who ordered a sandwich to the hospital and found a cheesesteak to be "greasy" deserves to contract MRSA during his stay. The dope who complained his fries were soggy ordered his shit off Door Dash. He's lucky the driver didn't eat all of his fries. The folks who called out the teenagers who are getting their first experience working can all get bent. You weren't perfect when you had your first job. Don't forget people like you willingly locked kids in their homes during covid. It's no wonder some of them struggle with social skills and working under pressure. Have a little grace, then eat a bag of dicks for not being patient to them. Don't get me started on that dipshit from Brooklyn. That person who rated the place a one for the soda? I already know who you vote for. Onto the food - the menu is huge. There are a ton of choices with something for just about everyone. There's even gluten free options for those fucking people. There were four or five sandwiches in the running, but it was the Gritty Cheesesteak that ultimately won out on my first visit. And that's a strange decision for me because the Flyers stink and their fans are even worse. They're the worst organization in hockey. Maybe I just wanted fries on my sandwich. Yea - that's it. So the Gritty is a good amount of beef, fries tossed in Old Bay and topped with white cheddar cheese sauce atop a seeded roll. I added fried onions. The sandwich scores higher than the Flyers. I was a fan of the seeded roll which was super fresh. The cheese sauce was tasty and complemented the fries really well. They were super crispy, well seasoned and plentiful. The beef wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was tender and cooked well. All-in-all a good sandwich. The gals up front were attentive and friendly. They took my order quickly. Hats off to the kitchen for getting my food out promptly among the online orders. The place was pretty clean and had a ton of Philly Sports pics on the wall. The music on the radio was some throwback stuff - thank God it wasn't any of that mumble rap shit most kids play these days. Johnny's has a bunch of lunch specials that look worthwhile and a decent value. Locally owned spot worth giving your business to. It's a 4-star review from me that gets bumped to a 5 to spite the mopes who gave it a one.

Update : After the Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays comment I definitely won't becoming back or…read morerecommended anyone . It is December 29th not Christmas or a Holiday it is a Monday for working people . And I definitely called the store when my items were missing as a manager onsite you were definitely aware of this unless you were not in the store . But I definitely was placed on hold for this to be discussed to be told sorry they are here waiting for you NO manager came to the phone And if you read my review wasn't mad or upset over the long wait . I kept trying to love this place . But I think tonight is the last time I'll order from here . Order should have been ready at 6:25 it wasn't . Which understandable could have been a busy night . So went to get some pickles it was empty ask was told they would be right out . Food wasn't done till 7 . So 35 minutes late which I was still fine with it . Never got the pickles . What killed it was getting home with missing a sandwich and a side . And having to go all the way back wasting more of my time and gas . Kinda sucks since they are the only one in the area with a decent steak sandwich

Man, this may be the best chicken sandwich I've had (though I asked for extra sauce). Crispy and…read morejuicy. Onion rings were great. I live about 30 minutes away and was in the area but I will go out of my way to come here again. Delicious. Thank you!

We ordered dinner for the family and tried several dishes so we could sample a bit of everything…read more There were a couple bright spots (the onion rings and ranch were excellent), but overall the meal fell short of expectations. Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich - This was the biggest disappointment. The chicken breast was extremely thick and had a grainy texture that made me wonder if it was chicken breast with rib meat. If that's the case, it gives the impression that quality isn't a priority. The breading also fell off with almost every bite, and the sandwich wasn't well proportioned (one oversized tomato slice that wasn't cut evenly). Most importantly, it didn't taste like Nashville hot at all -- more like "Nashville not." Shrimp Po' Boy - Below average. The shrimp had a slightly fishy taste, and the bread didn't resemble proper po' boy bread. The greens were a spring mix, which felt like an odd choice. Traditional shredded lettuce would have worked much better. I've had po' boys in Louisiana, and while I wasn't expecting complete authenticity, I was expecting something closer to the spirit of the dish. This version missed the mark. Smash Burger - Probably the best of the three mains we ordered, but still just average. I've honestly had better smash burgers at chains like Shake Shack. Sides: The fries were great. We ordered the beer cheese sauce, which was fine but not necessary. The onion rings were the standout -- perfectly crispy with a clean bite. The homemade ranch served with them was excellent. Overall, I really wanted to like this place more, but the food didn't deliver enough for me to return.
