DO NOT patronize the Bel Air and Belcamp Arby's. The restaurant is owned by shady people. First they are charging an ADDITIONAL $2 on top of the national price of $5.99 for Diablo chicken. The sandwich also was supposed to come with FREE 12 oz. vanilla shake which was excluded to steal more of my money. Check your receipt and your change. These people are a disgrace and should be shut down. Do not treat your customers like fools. A call back from Abdul Volra, District Mgr., had no shame. I love Arby's and this one did not disappoint! I always get the French Swiss and Dip sandwich and loved the thickness of this gravy which means they didn't add too much water. The curly fries were delicious and the chicken tenders were great. We got the black cherry glass bottle soda, but didn't try the garlic chips. Hadn't gone to an Arby's in probably 40 years but went on a recommendation that their fish sandwiches were really great. First they double charged me which I didn't realize until later, sandwiches weren't even warm and fries are cold each time-Had to wait like 20-25 minutes in drive thru bc dining room was closed. Since I complained online they sent me gift cards for free meals (several times). Went back to use the cards and sucked again so they sent me more cards. I appreciate that they showed they were sorry but each subsequent visit was the same or worse so sorry Arby's-don't think I'm coming back. Sticking to superior online ordering at McD's and so much better fries that you get free every day with a $1 order (large sodas are $1) with online order and pay. I always come to this Arby's because it is the closest to my home. Normally I have no issues with this location. The food is generally neat and always tastes fresh. Usually this Arby's is okay but today the very short staffed employees got extremely angry with all the customers coming in. The one lady who acted as manager threw my food on my tray (actually) and continued to blatantly indirectly harass the customers behind the counter for being here on a Sunday. Stopped in at 9:40 pm 9/30/17 for a late roast beef sandwich. Pulled up to the drive through menu board and waited for someone to take my order. 10 minutes and still nothing. Three employees were playing with the front door in full sight of my car at the drive through.
