Excellent customer service, which is almost always the case at this location. Restrooms were cleaner than usual. 2 employees were cleaning the parking lot. Food was ready fast. The classic double roast beef sandwich was great. My curly fries were good except that there were a few too many burnt pieces included. I'm guessing the fryer needed cleaning. No reason for me to not keep coming back here though. read more

Arby's stopped selling fish sandwiches and offered as a substitute fish fillets. I ordered three of them and I also ordered the boneless wings for five dollars that were advertised on the menu. I was asked if I wanted curly fries or crinkle fries and I opted for the curly fries. I checked my order as I learned to do from experiences at McDonald's only to learn that the fish did not come with fries, and the chicken wings were honey barbecue, which is not what is shown on the menu. The menu reflects fried wings with fries. I went back through the drive-through and was told that I didn't ask for the Meal deal on the fish and that I didn't specify what kind of wings I wanted. Funny, no one asked me if I wanted a meal deal or asked me if I wanted honey, barbecue or buffalo wings, which I would've declined both because I wanted fried boneless chicken wings. I get home to discover three fillets of fish is they called? It looked more like three fish sticks. The first one I ate was full of bones and I spit it into a napkin. The second one I attempted was almost raw. Couldn't even think about trying the third one. But these were not fillets, they were as big as my finger. Then I decided well I'll eat the chicken wings. I think those are guinea wings, they were no bigger than a quarter and they were so drenched in the sauce. You couldn't even taste them. And the curly fries I asked for ended up being 11 crinkle cut fries to an order. I will never visit that establishment again, and if I could give a negative review, I would. read more

This has happened more than once. My wife stopped after work to bring home Arby's for dinner. She orders the beef and cheddar sandwiches and like I said it has happened more than once, they gave her a bnc on the sticker but when I opened it there was no cheese at all on the sandwich, just a bun and meat. So if we ever order there again witch is highly unlikely, we will sit in line and unwrap everything we ordered to make sure we get what we pay for. And I will say it's to far to take back, that's why she stopped on her way home. Beef and bun is not that good. read more

Standard Arby's fare. BUT this particularly Arby's restaurant is beyond description! I have stopt there from time to time and it has always had cleanliness issues. Twice (months apart) garbage (bagged and loose) almost blocked the entrance. Customers had to step over it to get inside. Yesterday (14 Nov 16) the place was a mess! It looked as if the staff hadn't even made a cursory pass around the dining area, much less clean anything there. Trash on the tables. It appeared that the tables hadn't been cleaned since The Flood! Trash on the floor. Trash and liquid overflow on the drinks station. The drain on one coke machine was clogged to the point of overflowing. The bathroom was filthy! All this causes one to speculate on the cleanliness of the kitchen and the food! I used to go out of my way to have an Arby's sandwich here, but I won't be stopping by this place again! read more

Not just another grungy fast food joint. Been twice now and both times the facilities were clean, the food was fresh, and the staff was professional and happy to be there. This place focuses on the little things and it shows. Keep it up. read more

Overpriced and poor customer service. Went on 3/19/2014. Got a Philly cheese steak meal and a turkey and swiss with no onions. Got home and found no cheese on the Philly sandwich and onions on the other. Management and staff could have cared less. Kid behind the counter was rude and punkish. Avoid this place and go to Murphy's deli. You'll be glad you did. read more

The onion rings were terrific! My husband had a bite of my Chicken Sandwich and he said it was very good. And I ALWAYS get the Chicken Sandwich with tomato, lettuce and not quite mayo but it was so good. My husband has a roast beef sandwich. Y'all have so far widen your menu...Don't CHANGE IT!!!!!! This place is not good at all. It's a crap shoot it seems every time you get take out. You MUST check each and every item because if you don't you'll get home to find something missing or wrong. Stop at Arby's in Angleton, Texas... They had Mexican karaoke cranked up as loud as they could.. being karaoke the singing sucked big time.. if I wanted karaoke.. I'd go to the bar down the street... Had to wait a good while for manager on duty to show up... I complained.. he asked if I wanted an apple turn over... Stopped by and was first customer for lunch. Six people were behind the counter. A lady was standing in front of the counter, not in an Arby's uniform but with some sort of bank stuff. Nobody waited on me. The lady at the counter finally yelled, "Customer!" and a guy appeared. The lady took her bank stuff and went off as a young man took my order but then went back to yakking with his buddies behind the counter. A couple of minutes later, a lady in Arby's uniform came out and asked if I had been helped. I said, "Yes, but I'm not sure they're working on it." Remember there are six people in uniform behind the counter but they're all standing around talking in the back. The lady then gets one of them to make my sandwich and tells me it'll be a few minutes. As I wait, the guy who took my order comes out from behind and walks in front of me. I mean like within 2 inches of me. Totally invades my space. And he had no reason to do this, it was just weirdness on his part. And he says, "Hello" in a real goofy voice when his face is like 2 inches from mine. Then he walks away. I guess the policy of this Arby's is to harass customers. When I finally got my sandwich the lady at the counter apologized for the wait. I said, "I'm sorry to inconvenience you" meaning that my ordering a sandwich was a huge inconvenience to her team. She replied, "That's all right!" Terrible service. These guys consider customers a horrible inconvenience!!!!! read more

We been there several times. They serve some awesome food. The only problem is that they do not accept Coupons. So sad because they send us the coupon in the mail but the Stingy Franchise Owner will not allow the staff to accept them. Still I give the place a 3 and would give them a 5 if they accepted there own company coupons. read more

I ordered the roast beef and 3 cheese and bacon sandwich to go....went back to work to eat.....I have eaten at Arby's restaurants all across the U.S. and have never experienced such awful food as I have at this Angleton location...Not only was this the most poorly made sandwich, the meat was so dried out, if there were 3 kinds of cheese on this, I didn't find them.. to make matters worse, I went to remove half of the bread and discovered 2 strands of LONG black hair stuck right in the middle of the dried out meat....I tried calling the location, of course there was no answer. I threw it in the trash....Aren't your employees required to wear hair nets??? Disgusting. I will never eat here again. read more
