I was told how great their Breakfast items were, so this morning I had to fine out for myself, and I was very pleased at what I got, a biscuit that melts in your mouth, it doesn't crumble all down your front as some of the other fast, food places do. The whole meal was very tasty, a Suasage patty, with a egg and cheese on that mouthwatering biscuit, and potatoes that have a great spice on them, they looked like miniature steak fries and a great cup of coffee, what more could you want, but if you are still hungry, go back and try some of their other tasty items, you won't be disappointed. Ordered on the mobile app and selected drive thru to pick it up. I waited 10 minutes with only one car in line which is not a big deal to me. When it was my turn the lady said I had to pick it up inside which doesn't make sense. When I told her I selected the option to pick it up in the drive thru she began to literally scream at me that I had to pick it up inside. This is a pretty new restaurant. But the food is awful. They make you wait a long time to get your food. After they make you pull up, even though there are no cars behind you, you would think the food would be fresh! Wrong. Your expectations, and what you get are not the same! This place always looks closed. The sign outside sometimes is not lit. The windows are so dark, it looks closed. It's a very dreary looking restaurant. Bad food. Bad service. I was told at 12:30 that they weren't taking anymore orders and gave no explanation. Drove around to the Sonic instead, and noticed they were taking drive through orders. Called the store and asked if they were taking orders, and they said "now we are" and hung up on me. Rude service and wasn't very clean. I wouldn't recommend going there. read more

Wendy's lost a couple stars when they changed their menu a few years ago. The Big Bacon Classic was excellent and now it's vanished from the menu. They need to bring back the thinner beef patty that hung off the bun! Now all you can taste is the unseasoned excuse for a beef patty. Their sandwiches have no flavor unless you add a ton of bacon. If I wanted a BLT I would have ordered one! And when did they add a vanilla frosty? A Frosty is chocolate, don't ever ask me what kind when I say I'd like a Frosty! The only kind! Chocolate! Wow, just wow Wendy's! I loved Dave's Wendy's! Bring his vision back please. I'd hate to see an old staple go out of business because they changed for the sake of change! read more

Won't be back, got nothing but attitude at the drive through for placing two separate orders with no one in front of me or behind me and an empty parking lot. She tried telling me it's not possible to place two orders and I would have to come inside. Updating this review. The crew has really caught on, as every time I have visited recently, the food has improved. Dave's double has become strangely addicting. Is it proper to rate a fast food restaurant with four stars? In this case I will. I can't rate their French fries as I've never had them. If you want good fries go to McDonalds. This Wendy's is a disgrace for the company. I can't count how many times I have ordered a salad to be told they don't have any then I go to my next choice; could I have a large chili then the reply we don't have any chili!!!!! This happening once ok they had a bad day, but repeatedly. I finally started driving ten miles to Lake Jackson or calling ahead (sometimes they answer the phone)to see if they have food. Today after three attempts at ordering I get a meal and ask for catchup for my fries. Arrive home ( just around the corner) burger and fries cold and no catchup. We waited over 30 minutes to get to the window. When we got there, they hadn't started putting our order together. All in all, we were there for over 45 minutes. The lady at the window apologized and offered a free Frosty, but God only knows how long that would have taken. We will not be going back to this location. read more

I visited the restaurant 09/01/2017 at 2:15 pm. As soon as I walked in the door; I was hit with a moldy smell. The smell was coming from the soiled mats at the drink fountains. As Wendy's has long been a favorite fast food place of ours, we were excited to get one in the metropolis of Angleton. We went the first week they were open and had a great experience. The service was second to none and the food was great. We were very impressed for how busy they were. Fart forward to now. 2 out of the last 3 times we have been there we have been very disappointed. 2 times ago, they were out of Frostys and the burgers and fries just weren't that great. The fries seemed like that had been around a while. It took a while for us to go back but when we did, things seemed back to normal. Then tonight happened. Big service failure. My wife went through the drive through to get us some burgers and fries. A 24 dollar order. She got home to find out one of our burgers was not included. Hey, mistakes happen. Disappointing but no real biggie. I grabbed the receipt and went to the restaurant to get my burger. The lady at the counter asked me if we got the order in drive through. After telling her yes she called over the guy working at drive through - I guess she can't fix drive through issues? The guy came over, I explained it to him and he walked over and told the cooks what he needed. They got me my burger right away - and gave it to me and said here ya go. No apology for the simple mistake; from either of them. Having worked in the food industry, I know what you do to keep a customer. Mistakes happen, you apologize, fix it, and move on. I felt as though they didn't really care they had made a mistake. Perhaps I expect too much in customer service. But oh well, I do expect it. It's how I treat folks - Golden Rule. It will be a long time before they get any of my hard earned money again. I'll go where my money and I are appreciated. The burger was good but my fries were cold by time I got home. :( My wife called and talked to the manager who was apologetic and advised he didn't like hearing about this and it would be handled. Manager on duty this evening was extremely unprofessional and disregarded that our order was wrong, missing food and we did not receive a receipt. I was hung up on initially when I asked for the manager. She argued and yelled after I explained what happened and the experience I had with the drive thru employee. I eventually hung up because she would not let me talk. I WILL be contacting upper management. This is NO way to behave in a management position. read more

Last night, we stopped by to get a chili and avocado salad. After waiting for about 3 or 4 minutes - the voice on the speaker "I'll be with you in a minute." Three to for minutes passed again with silence - my husband said "Hellooooo". Again, "I'll be with you in a minute". Another looong wait By this time 4 more cars line up behind us. My husband tells her the situation. Finally she took our order and interrupts my husband, "We don't have any avocado salad". So I changed to a baked potato and my husband ordered hot sauce with his chili. We got to the window and the clerk shoved the food in my husbands hands. He said, "Thank you." There was absolutely no response from the clerk. No "Thank you" - no "Have a nice day". Unless this attitude changes, we won't go back. We came to this Wendy's on October 15, 2016 around 12:58 p.m. We were hoping to just zip thru the line. Guess that doesn't happen here. The drive thru line wasn't that busy and we were just behind the car at the speaker. It took about 9 minutes for the car in front of us to order. By this time someone had boxed us in, so no place to go but forward. Finally it was out turn to order. a kids meal and 2 adult meals with minor deviations (no onions extra pickles). I had to repeat the order 5 different times. Each time the guy repeated it back wrong. Then you could hear him ask someone for help and they took the order. O.K. I get it, your training someone. My only problem is don't do it during lunch time and don't do it after the parade. so we finally make it up to pay and guess who it is. The guy in training all by himself trying to take orders but also trying to take the money. No one was around to help this kid. He was well over his head and could not multi task. We are no close to the 25 minute mark. Yeah we have made it to the second window to get our food. So much for fast food!!! So we see someone who looks like a manager and decide that he should be brought up to speed with what went wrong. We tell him that it has taken nearly 30 minutes to not only order but get our food. The manager (who was later identified as Angel) stated "the reason it took so long is because everyone is ordering $70.00 worth of food. I'm guessing if I spent more my service would have been better. I tell Angel that this is suppose to be fast food, at this point Angel walks away and stops listening. I inform him that his customer service and attitude is horrible and we will be filing a complaint with his supervisor. Angel tells us "go ahead" and walks away. I asked for his name several times we had to ask another employee what his name was that we finally found out. I can deal with slow service but when you bring up a complaint to a manager and they are so disrespectful it trickles down to employees. I will never be back. This experience was horrible. read more

i used to go to wendys in pearland cause i loved wendys. so when i seen they were building one i wanted to work for them. since alot of us have left that started there. they lie to there employees they do not give proper training and the management is bad with the exception of one. when you treat your employees like dirt your gona get poor results out of there performance. i walk in that place and everytime theres dirty tables, nobody greats and i see somebody always coming back with a wrong order. since ive moved across the street to mcdonalds and i look over and see there drive tru dead at lunch time. the buisness has gone down. the food is poor and sloppy. we tried to tell them about the customer complaints but they would not listen. the flys were so bad somebody found one in there salad they woudnt do nothing. check your food people before you leave!!!!!!!!! read more
