I was out running errands and passed O'Reilly and figured I would stop in to see if they may have a temporary solution for the side mirror. Now listen, I'm not a car person. I don't pretend to be a car person, I know very little. But I do know when I'm blatantly being ignored and that's pretty. much what happened here. I walked up and down the aisles searching for the mirrors and the guy behind the counter didn't even in look in my direction. I was the only one in the store, hovering over the side mirror replacements, trying to find the matching one for the mirror. I saw him walk by, still nothing. I juggled the big book of parts to look up the number I needed for the make/model of our car and not a peep. Sure, I could have asked for help but at this point I was stubborn. "Ignore me? Fine, I can do that too." Ultimately I wasn't able to find the exact fit I needed but I did get a mirror panel we could cut to size. Better than nothing? I took my purchase up to the counter and once again, the fella barely acknowledged my existence, even while he was ringing me up. And sure, maybe he was having a bad night, or he's just not a talkative person but it either way it wasn't a super pleasant experience. Ironically we never needed to use the side mirror plate as I found the exact size we needed online. So now I have to go back and return the darn thing but I'm not exactly in a hurry to return...

Employee said yes as long as it's not a mess. We drove the one mile back and it ended up being the alternator. Was told they wouldn't return the battery. Manager said the employee was new and it wasn't her problem "that's not on me." Apparently being a manager means nothing. Correcting your employees mistakes is on the manager. Was told by the employee she has let other customers do it in the past so apparently she just decided we weren't worthy. She was just unprofessional even an apology from her would've gone a long way vs "that's not on me."

The young man behind the counter was very helpful showing me a variety of choices and telling me which ones he would definitely not recommend and which ones he thought we're good. I picked a windshield wiper and went to pay. He then asked me if I needed help installing it. I said why yes, that would be awesome. Two guys came out to my car and in 10 seconds put a new windshield wiper blade on my car. In and out with the wiper blade replaced in under five minutes! I highly recommend this business.

We couldn't pin point why it died (no lights were on, doors were closed, etc) so the tech recommended I take my car to Autozone for them to check the battery to make sure there isn't something wrong with it. Since I don't really do cars I had never been to an Autozone before but the tech told me they'll check my battery for free so I made my way to the newer location here on Jackson Road. I strolled in with no wait and told them what I needed and the nice fella working there grabbed the portable battery tester and came out to my car. Unfortunately, my car was built in an awkward way which allowed enough access for a jump but not enough access to the battery to test it any further. It's just tucked too far back for the machine to work. He took a moment to explain why and what I would need if something WAS wrong (read: I'd have to take it to the dealer since they couldn't access it to replace it). SO, they couldn't help me, but that wasn't their fault. They were extremely nice and helpful. I'd definitely come back here in the future if I had any other issues with my vehicle.

They had the audacity to suggest several thousand dollars in unnecessary repairs but simultaneously issued a disclaimer stating that they could not guarantee any if these repairs would fix the problem. I was still charged the diagnostic fee despite having nothing to show for their "work," and I got an oil change out of pure necessity. Setting $400.00 on fire would've been more productive than the help I received from TJ and staff. And I still had to drive away anxious at the thought of the car breaking down on the highway again. To top it off, there is now a completely new code showing up that Stadium either caused, didn't check for, or neglected to mention. I'm ashamed to admit that these so-called honest experts totally ripped me off, but they would have made my situation way worse if I had approved any more of their recommended repairs. After my experience, I wouldn't even trust them to fix a microwave meal.
