Dan and Chayce of Arbro Pros did an amazing job with my yard. They took down multiple 2 yr old trees, cleaned all my other trees and left no trace of debris in the path. Had Arbor Pros out Friday to remove a very large Elm tree precariously positioned near our fence, a neighbors fence and two garden sheds. The tree roots were invading the leach field so it had to be removed. Arbor Pros was the low bid and was highly recommended so we went with them. They were awesome. This company was a pleasure work with! Communication was excellent via email. They took down a large Scotch Pine that had died and ground the stump below ground level. This company would Not stand behind what they say on their website - Standing Behind Their Work. I, a veteran and on disability, was expected to add approx. $200.00 for a tree that was quoted at a lower price. I can't afford to be expected to pay for what I consider was beyond my control. We have a lot of shrubs and pine trees on our property. We let them go for a few years and they really needed to be pruned and all the shrubs trimmed. This was a huge job. They came on time and spent the better part of the day with a crew of 3 to 5 at various times. They did an excellent job and we got a lot of great comments from our neighbors. Made an appt about a month in advance to remove our gnarled mess of an apple tree. On the date of the appt, they called to let me know they were coming. When I arrived home from work roughly two hours later, the tree was gone, the stump was ground below ground level and, talk about, "leave no trace"..............there was no evidence they'd even been on site! We had a large pine tree blow over in late winter so I called Chayce to see if his crew could come and remove it for me. I also requested that they leave the trunk wood that they cut up so I could use it for a fireplace or camping. Within a couple hours, the crew was at my house. I went back to my office while they were doing their work and when I returned home at the end of the day, not only did I find the tree removed and debris cleaned up, but the wood was neatly stacked and ready to season. I have used Arbor Pros for three years now, and have always been impressed with their courtesy, efficiency, and excellent work. Joe and Jess just removed a 30 year-old Oak tree from my yard and i was really pleased with their conscientiousness and artistic attention to detail. From 8:00 in the morning until 3:00 in the afternoon, Jess worked her way from the highest branches to the trunk of the tree, only stopping for a mere five minutes in the lower boughs of the tree to rest, and then begin tying the largest branches for removal. Joe worked from the ground to help her, and trimmed my (also 30 year-old) Junipers to my exact dimensions, always with a great attitude and careful attention to detail. I couldn't be more pleased. Although Gardnerville is not a typical area for Arbor Pros to work in, we are so happy that we were able to have them here to prune properly 2 50+ foot Cottonwood trees. Donald (a certified ISA Arborist which we require) did a fantastic job on the trees. He was professional, personable, and proficient. Dan responded very promptly when I requested an estimate for work. He spent time going over what I wanted, and explained the best approach. His crew came out on a Saturday, which is a great bonus for me because I didn't have to take leave. The crew arrived on time and quickly and efficiently trimmed a very large tree, cleaned up some junipers and other trees, being careful to leave a privacy screen between my yard and my neighbor's yard. I highly recommend Arbor Pros for any tree needs a person might have. First Wes came out to my daughter's house to evaluate her trees. He was very knowledgeable about all three trees (two different pines which he identified but I forgot, and an apple tree). My daughter bought a house with the trees already there but one of the pines had a broken branch and was oozing sap from it's trunk. Wes took time to answer my questions and sent us a detailed estimate of the work needed and prices, which was consistent with what he had said in person. I arranged the work to be done with Heather and she was very friendly and was able to change the appointment originally scheduled to a later date around my schedule. On the day the tree trimmers came, I was pleased to see that they came fully prepared with state of the art equipment and three young men, one for each tree. The tree trimmers, Cheyenne, Jacob, and Ken did an excellent job. The trees look much better and they cleaned up all the trimmings and removed them from the property for disposal. Cheyenne was the person who took care of the invoice and he was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable about the local trees, and which trees not to get. This was helpful since I am from San Diego and many of the trees in Northern Nevada are not ones I am familiar with. A few days later, Wes came to do an insecticide treatment for one of the pine trees. He injected the product into the tree which he said then would not be affected by future rain, and said we would not need to have the tree treated again for 3-5 years.
