I cannot say enough good things about Dan and his crew. They saved my trees and did an excellent job pruning and also removing 2 trees. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of an arborist! read more

This outfit is absolutely the BEST. I have several large trees that have gone years without trimming, growing over neighbors fences and some of their trees growing into my yard. The bid for the work was very fare. I actually called them back to expand their bid when I decided to have more trees trimmed. Wes, who did the bidding, was punctual with both his appointments. Sean and Cody arrived right on schedule and got right to work. These two men are the best. They definitely know how to work together and get the job done with excellent results. I've had my home for 16 years and have had lots of work done that I cannot do myself. This is the best work crew that I have experienced. read more

Hi Dan and Wes, I just have to tell you how much I appreciated your company's work since you first came to give an estimate. Dan, you were persistent in following up on my first contact when I spaced your two phone calls. Heather was always so sweet and cheerful on the phone. Wes answered all my questions and was knowledgeable (my BS meter did not go off once!). Robert and Ken were polite, professional, pleasant, respectful and really represented themselves and your company extraordinarily well. Whenever I have to make contact with "the trades" for work at my home, I get anxiety, expecting - well - problems. I did not experience any of that with your team. Thank you so much for your professionalism and expertise. My trees look great! I will be contacting you in the spring! Semper Fi, Brother! read more

Dan and Chayce of Arbro Pros did an amazing job with my yard. They took down multiple 2 yr old trees, cleaned all my other trees and left no trace of debris in the path. I get nothing but compliments on my yard now. They also sprayed all of my trees with environmental friendly spray to help protect them. They are a great team and I will refer them to my friends and definitely continue to use there service in the future. read more

They just came by, trimmed my tree. I am very please with the results! The guys are very courteous, plus they a great job of cleaning up. The price was very fair. read more

Chayce rocks! I called this morning to have him come look at removing the tree that fell on my house and he was here within an hour. He called his guys out to get started right away to avoid any further damage. I have no doubt that the job will be done right! read more

Arbor Pros professionally trimmed our tall back yard Ash Tree months ago and they did tons of climbing, trimming and wood chipper limb disposal in literally just under 1-1/2 hrs. Yard was left super clean when they were done. Tree is thinned out to proper growth form and not overgrown and out of control like before they performed their services. We highly recommend Arbor Pros. They know what hey are doing and the right way to trim trees! read more

Arbor pros. Are the most knowledgeable crew to work with. Efficient, clean punctual courteous and happy crew. Chase the gentleman who gave the quote on cutting the big tree in my backyard was competitive and fairly priced. read more

This Company is AMAZING. The team Will,Torin & Rob were professional and quick. I was impressed with their knowledge of my Juniper trees and how well they worked as a team. I would and will definitely recommend them to anyone getting tree work done. Thank you Thank you Thank you K. Farmer read more

Had Arbor Pros out Friday to remove a very large Elm tree precariously positioned near our fence, a neighbors fence and two garden sheds. The tree roots were invading the leach field so it had to be removed. Arbor Pros was the low bid and was highly recommended so we went with them. They were awesome. Showed up within their time window and I received a call they were in route; which I appreciated. They were nice, polite and when one of the chain link fences was bent they repaired without any drama or request from us. They are professional and I would recommend them to all. We will use them again. Thank you Arbor Pros. read more

Arbor Pros - Large Elm tree removed by Arbor Pros. - Tree Services Near Me - Reno, Nevada

This company was a pleasure work with! Communication was excellent via email. They took down a large Scotch Pine that had died and ground the stump below ground level. Their crew was courteous and worked hard to insure that surrounding plants were not damaged. Cleanup was good. Very professional job. The quote from Arbor Pros was far more reasonable than two other companies. Dan also offered to treat an adjacent Birch tree for borers at no additional charge. I will not hesitate to use Arbor Pros again. read more

I recieved a quote from this company(Chayce?). Thru no fault of my own, their cost for a tree escalated. This company would Not stand behind what they say on their website - Standing Behind Their Work. I, a veteran and on disability, was expected to add approx. $200.00 for a tree that was quoted at a lower price. I can't afford to be expected to pay for what I consider was beyond my control. As far as I am concerned, this company is advertising falsely. My suggestion is to use another company, one that is really honest and that "stands by their work." read more

Arbor Pros estimator, Wes, arrived at our home on schedule. Great guy to deal with. Price was fair for the work to be done. Tavis and crew showed up on time, removed 10 pine trees and cleaned up. Great company! They will be back here next year for additional work we would like to have done. read more

Arbor Pros came highly recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint! They are extremely knowledgeable about all things tree, and gave me a lot of good advice on how to care for my trees. They also did a wonderful and professional job of tree trimming and cutting down a very big tree in our backyard. If you have any tree-related needs, look no further than Arbor Pros! read more

These guys are the best!!! We are extremely happy with the affordability of the job, the excellent quality of service and work performed!!! They are very timely with the job, very friendly to work with and very highly recommended above all other tree trimmers in Reno, NV. Thank you for the quality of service and work completed for all of your 48 year old trees so quickly!!! They look great!!! read more

Made an appt about a month in advance to remove our gnarled mess of an apple tree. On the date of the appt, they called to let me know they were coming. When I arrived home from work roughly two hours later, the tree was gone, the stump was ground below ground level and, talk about, "leave no trace"..............there was no evidence they'd even been on site! The tree was in full bloom but even the blossoms were gone. Absolutely professional! read more

We had a large pine tree blow over in late winter so I called Chayce to see if his crew could come and remove it for me. I also requested that they leave the trunk wood that they cut up so I could use it for a fireplace or camping. Within a couple hours, the crew was at my house. I went back to my office while they were doing their work and when I returned home at the end of the day, not only did I find the tree removed and debris cleaned up, but the wood was neatly stacked and ready to season. Dan and Chayce are amazing to work with and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tree care. read more

I have used Arbor Pros for three years now, and have always been impressed with their courtesy, efficiency, and excellent work. Joe and Jess just removed a 30 year-old Oak tree from my yard and i was really pleased with their conscientiousness and artistic attention to detail. From 8:00 in the morning until 3:00 in the afternoon, Jess worked her way from the highest branches to the trunk of the tree, only stopping for a mere five minutes in the lower boughs of the tree to rest, and then begin tying the largest branches for removal. Joe worked from the ground to help her, and trimmed my (also 30 year-old) Junipers to my exact dimensions, always with a great attitude and careful attention to detail. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend them. Kudos Joe and Jess. read more

I originally gave them a one star, made an appointment, thought they blew me off. I learned Arbor Pro's really cares about their reviews, and they actually called me and it was all a simple misunderstanding, so I removed it. It was all very professional, which I liked. Anyway they came out and did their estimate, I had them do the work and they did a fantastic job removing two trees and trimming a huge maple. Thank you Arbor Pro's! read more

We have a lot of shrubs and pine trees on our property. We let them go for a few years and they really needed to be pruned and all the shrubs trimmed. This was a huge job. They came on time and spent the better part of the day with a crew of 3 to 5 at various times. They did an excellent job and we got a lot of great comments from our neighbors. Considering how long they worked and the size of their crew, I think they did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. Would absolutely use them again. read more

Dan responded very promptly when I requested an estimate for work. He spent time going over what I wanted, and explained the best approach. His crew came out on a Saturday, which is a great bonus for me because I didn't have to take leave. The crew arrived on time and quickly and efficiently trimmed a very large tree, cleaned up some junipers and other trees, being careful to leave a privacy screen between my yard and my neighbor's yard. Everything was cleaned up when they left. While it wasn't cheap, it was actually less than I had expected and I believe was a very fair price. I will definitely use them in the future. read more

At the end of the day, Dan and Chayse kept their word and left me very happy with my new trees. Unfortunately, an original bad experience made me reluctant to be patient. Their team did a great job taking out some horribly planted and dead trees and gave me what I really wanted in my yard. I would not hesitate to use them again and will be calling them for annual tree check-ups every year. read more

Dan came out and offered a price that I felt was very reasonable. I set the appointment right then to have my overgrown tree trimmed. His team of two men came out as scheduled and did a fantastic job. The tree looks great and there was no evidence they had even been there. The clean up was done completely. I recommended Arbor Pros to a friend and they are calling them today for an appointment. read more

Although Gardnerville is not a typical area for Arbor Pros to work in, we are so happy that we were able to have them here to prune properly 2 50+ foot Cottonwood trees. Donald (a certified ISA Arborist which we require) did a fantastic job on the trees. He was professional, personable, and proficient. Will, the "branch manager" was great at keeping up with moving branches & twigs to the chipper as well as sending up to Donald any equipment he needed. He, too, was professional, personable, & proficient. Both were consciences of our property when bringing the truck & chipper into the backyard. The clean up after finishing was done thoroughly which we greatly appreciated. Daniel, the owner, was our contact and presented himself as knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Arbor Pros are who we will call and refer to friends and family when any tree service is needed. Thank you for a job well done all the way around!! read more

This was the best experience I have ever had with pruning and trimming the trees in my yard. The team at Arbor Pros was timely, efficient, knowledgeable, considerate and very reasonably priced. I could not be happier with the completed job and will definitely use them again to care for the management of the size and shape of my trees. read more

Great company! The only people we trust to handle any tree removal for our family and friends!

Came to my house this weekend to trim out a tall tree and cut down a smaller one. Showed up on time and went right to work and left after a good cleanup in 2.5 hours. Cost was a lot to me, but I think reasonable in the current market. These guys are monkeys with chainsaws! read more

Dan came out quickly after I called for a quote. After looking over the tree, it was determined that the tree could not be saved. He secured the tree to make sure it wouldn't come down on the roof until the team could remove it. They were fast, courteous, and careful when the tree was removed two days later. The price was fair and would call them again. read more

I highly recommend Arbor Pros for any tree needs a person might have. First Wes came out to my daughter's house to evaluate her trees. He was very knowledgeable about all three trees (two different pines which he identified but I forgot, and an apple tree). My daughter bought a house with the trees already there but one of the pines had a broken branch and was oozing sap from it's trunk. Wes took time to answer my questions and sent us a detailed estimate of the work needed and prices, which was consistent with what he had said in person. I arranged the work to be done with Heather and she was very friendly and was able to change the appointment originally scheduled to a later date around my schedule. On the day the tree trimmers came, I was pleased to see that they came fully prepared with state of the art equipment and three young men, one for each tree. The tree trimmers, Cheyenne, Jacob, and Ken did an excellent job. The trees look much better and they cleaned up all the trimmings and removed them from the property for disposal. Cheyenne was the person who took care of the invoice and he was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable about the local trees, and which trees not to get. This was helpful since I am from San Diego and many of the trees in Northern Nevada are not ones I am familiar with. A few days later, Wes came to do an insecticide treatment for one of the pine trees. He injected the product into the tree which he said then would not be affected by future rain, and said we would not need to have the tree treated again for 3-5 years. Every person I worked with at Arbor Pros was very professional and I will definitely use them again. read more

Chayce came out on time to give a highly informative estimate on tree trimming services for my home. He pointed out issues that I was completely unaware of (i.e. the formation of rot in a tree next to my house) such valuable feedback helped to avoid a potential liability on my part if the tree unexpectedly fell. The bid was very competitive. Dan and his crew came out, again on time, and went above and beyond to take care of my trees. The result, the cleanup, and the attitude, were all first rate. I would recommend their services without hesitation and plan on using them again. read more

Arbor Pros is by far the best, most reliable, trustworthy and reasonable arborist in town. They evaluated my struggling trees giving me options for the short and long term and explained their advice so I could understand and make sound decisions. Chayce and his team were fast, efficient and professional. They did an incredible job removing the trees I had to down and their cleanup was so complete the only way you could tell they had been there was the missing trees. I will definitely use Arbor Pros this spring for pruning and treatments. These gentlemen run an outstanding business! read more
