Asked about schedule issues and if they can confidently do this job. Then was replied with: "no no scheduled issues sir , the car is in line with the space of it still being occupied by the car itself it was just one of those days unfortunetly and we couldnt start on it today , the work time is still the same im just backed up by 1 day sir , i apologize for this inconvinience and since we dont open sundays , the best bet will be to finish it by monday" Told specifically not to start it or drive it due to timing being off and creating additional damage. Overall, they made the repair process so seamless as they texted me their recommendations / photos and pricing, and then I could respond with which repairs I wanted to have done. I had oil change, engine and cabin filters replaced, and brake light replaced. I needed a wheel alignment, but that was not something they could do. Very reasonable pricing, and they even gave me a discount for being a UNMC employee. The drop off appointments are easy to get, but the waiting appointments book out 6 weeks or so. I called Midwest Tire and the person on the phone was so friendly and immediately told us to come in and that they would help us out. Everyone there was just as nice.
