Overall, they made the repair process so seamless as they texted me their recommendations / photos and pricing, and then I could respond with which repairs I wanted to have done. I had oil change, engine and cabin filters replaced, and brake light replaced. I needed a wheel alignment, but that was not something they could do. Very reasonable pricing, and they even gave me a discount for being a UNMC employee. The drop off appointments are easy to get, but the waiting appointments book out 6 weeks or so.
