Some came with reasonable prices but no insurance Some came - saw the trees and left. Some said they would come but never did. Westchester Tree came - gave a reasonable price with proper insurance. Once work began they couldn't have be more hard working and professional. Work was done in the allotted time frame - proper cleanup occurred every day. Cleanup included neighbor's yard as well. Co-owner Bill stopped by all three (3) days checking on progress. Bill is "old school honest" as he made right on a minor mishap on my fence. An Extremely Positive Experience

The guy who came for the treatment consultation (Bartlett) was very nice, professional and had answers to my questions. Bill's partner who came to quote the pruning was nice enough but when I asked for a price, I was given a very vague answer that it would cost "X" but "X" wouldn't guarantee that the job would be complete. So I asked 2 more times what would be the cost to complete the job and finally I got an answer but it was 2X! Significantly higher than anyone else. I decided not to go with them. I was disappointed I didn't get Bill. Everyone said he's the honest one. He's the knowledgeable one. I noticed my neighbors aren't using WTL anymore either. Be careful when you sign with them. Make sure you read your contract. Be sure your quote is to complete a job, not just for part.
