After getting to know him a bit, I asked him to help redo our cracked and crumbling blue-stone front walk. He dug up the old one, only to find another brick walkway buried under that one; he took out the brick, then filled the fairly deep channel with gravel and dirt, leveled it, pressed it, cemented it, and laid a gorgeous new laser-cut bluestone walk. You can see the results in the pics in the company's profile -- mine is the one with the yellow front door. If you live in Westchester, I can't recommend Fanelli highly enough -- for landscaping, weekly yard maintenance, and for masonry. Honest, direct, good at communication on email and phone, and comes back to fix anything that needs fixing at no charge. I highly, highly recommend.

We did not have any overages that we did not agree to or request, was amazed they finished it in the time they did, and generally found the team extremely professional. Like most homeowners we have worked with a number of contractors through the years. The first day I knew I liked them when they were cleaning off the driveway and organizing things vs just leaving a mess behind. The little things like taking their own trash out and not leaving cigarette butts in my yard (none of them smoked that I know of) meant a great deal to me. I guess the most important thing is the quality of the work and we are thrilled with the way it came out. It was a fair price, great team, and I would highly recommend them. I can't say that for too many contractors we have worked with around here and our list of people we would go back to is very short.

Six Diamonds impressed me the most with their reviews and website. We are SO HAPPY we chose them. The crew came on the day as scheduled, even though there was the threat of rain (and inevitably starting raining while they were here). They came prepared with various types of trucks and about 10 men. These men worked their tails off the entire time!! For 3 large trees, these guys worked like a well oiled machine. Chain saws, chippers, rakes, skid steers...you name it, they were on top of it. No one stopped moving the entire time until the job was done. They picked up every little stick, cleaned up every chip in the street and every log went into a truck. By the time it was all over, you would never have believed all the work that had been done because these guys did an amazing job! I would highly recommend. The owner is the sweetest man and he was right there with the others working hard to get the job done. The whole time they were here, I kept texting my husband about how great they were and they definitely exceeded my expectations.

Told me he would be in and out in 2-3 days once the project started. After canceling the start date 2xs bec one worker called out sick, the work commenced. One week later and after tremendous aggravation, the work finally finished. Id grade the work a B. I paid in full in good faith because Marco promised he would come back and fix up some areas. Shame on me because he never intended to come back after repeated texts from him saying he would. In fact, he stopped responding to my texts. Unfortunately, some lies were told and I have since terminated my relationship with Carbillano and asked them not to come back to my property. Thank goodness its only money, and clearly doing an 80% job is what Carbillano knows best from my personal experience. I'm certain Carbillano will respond with lies, smooth talk and twist the story around for what really happened. I already have an email making me out to be the bad guy lol. If you have any doubts that Im telling the truth, please reach out to me as I have texts, emails, pictures of the shoddy work and my wife is also happy to share the lies we were told. Im happy to serve as a reference so no one else gets conned. I should have known better after the start date moved twice and Marco desperately needed to be paid in order "to make payroll."
