Jennifer with their customer service is outstanding and the cleaning crew is stellar. We had Alassia arrive at our home yesterday 9/11/26. She had all her supplies and was ready to get to work. I had been using Pink Sponge since they were Melania's Cleaning, so I was a loyal customer for…read moreseveral years. Overall, my experience was okay--not terrible, but not exceptional either. The main reason I decided to stop using their services was a significant price increase of about $200, which I found difficult to justify. Customer Service: The customer service team was always friendly, professional, and responsive. Whenever I had a question or concern, they got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Cleaning Quality: The quality of the cleaning was inconsistent and really depended on who was assigned to my home. Some cleaners did an outstanding job (10/10), while others were average (5/10), and a few experiences were disappointing. On one occasion, my kitchen floor wasn't mopped, and they had to return the following day to finish the job. Another time, I noticed a cleaner heating water in my microwave, which seemed odd and unnecessary since I have hot running water. I was also told that their cleaners are trained to clean around items left on countertops rather than moving them, so areas underneath appliances like toasters weren't cleaned. It was disappointing because those areas were often left untouched. I probably would have continued using the service despite the inconsistency if the pricing had remained the same. However, after the substantial increase, I no longer felt the service provided enough value for the cost. I'm giving Pink Sponge 3 stars because the customer service was consistently good, and when the cleaning was done well, it was excellent. However, the inconsistent quality combined with the higher pricing made it difficult for me to continue as a customer.

My parents and I are amazed at the quality of their work. The house was absolutely sparkling at the end of the day (it took over 9 hours!!!). They took direction very well, and paid so much attention to the details, which has not been my experience among house cleaners, sadly. I also appreciated James' communication leading up to cleaning day. He walked through the house with me ahead of time to fully understand the scope, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was great at communicating over text, and showed up promptly on cleaning day. It took way longer than anticipated due to the stubbornness of the grime, but the guys took it in stride and refused to leave until the job was done. We will definitely be calling Confident Cleanings again, and will be referring them to others.

She was 3 hours late to the appointment time. I schedule a deep cleaning with her and gave her a list of some things to not miss/focus on. She ran late finishing by herself and told me if I see anything during the day to let her know so she will come back. I said ok and paid. Tomorrow morning I look through the house and it's horrible for a deep cleaning. Dirty everywhere. I messaged her immediately about did you atleast vacuum downstairs and instead of sticking to what she said about taking care of anything she missed, she started saying she only would do what's on the list. I'm pretty sure a deep cleaning includes vacuuming and wipe downs and basic cleaning ect. Regardless she started attacking me about none of vacuuming ect downstairs is part of deep cleaning and just took the money a ran. Does not stand behind her work. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I PAID CLOSE TO 400 for this and there were plenty others with a team to clean at that price. NEVER AGAIN.
