We met with Brenda who is VERY knowledgeable in her field and quick. She was able to answer any questions I had for her even after we left her office. She isn't one of those Mortgage loan originators with a "car sales men" attitude. And that's what I loved about her. We did shop around for a lender before deciding Scenic Oaks was the right company for us to choose. And we specifically chose it, because of Brenda! After speaking with others, we felt that it wasn't "home" if we weren't going with Scenic! She took care of us from day 1 to today! Today we finally closed on our home and received keys. And I couldn't be more excited for this next Journey!! So if your having doubts, or are ready to start the next stepping stone in your life, contact Scenic and ask for Brenda! I am telling you, you won't regret it. We will definitely be back to refi with her!!! Scenic, don't loose her!! LOL

On 5.1.26 I went to the Postal Connection (PC) located 1120 Commerce Ave in Atwater CA. I went in…read moreto send an important document overnight to San Francisco. I was told by the counter person that the soonest it would get there was Monday 5.4.26 by noon. This was not optimal but I agreed nonetheless. I paid them $60 for this service (seemed high, in fact I checked later with USPS for literally the same service and it was nearly half). So fast forward to Monday 5.4.26 at noon and my package was not delivered. I called PC and spoke with the owner. She said that on her end it indicated that the UPS delivery had a deadline of 11:30PM. That was my first clue that this company was at a minimum deceitful. I had made it crystal clear that this needed to be delivered before noon and the clerk said it would be. So I waited till Tuesday 5.5.26 AM and my package still wasn't delivered. I called PC yet again, this time the owner wouldn't speak with me. The person answering the phone, when confronted with my challenges with their horrible service decided he was overwhelmed and hung up on me. My advice to anyone that needs to get an important doc. delivered on a strict timeline DON'T use Postal Connection in Atwater CA. They clearly don't appreciate the importance of overnight deliveries. And I suggest they don't even know how to perform a simple task like what I needed. Let me reiterate...DON'T use Postal Connection Atwater CA. Look at their Yelp reviews. Obviously I am not the only dissatisfied customer. I wish I had.

I hope nobody gets their money taken and treated the way I have been treated by this business. Go anywhere else! UPDATE to the comment Maria left: nobody wanted a quick fix. I knew the process. And I was NEVER refunded completely. That is a lie. I was refunded $89 for the second month. Not the down payment $250, not the credit monitoring program that I was charged twice... where are those reimbursement fees? And it wasn't 2.5 weeks later Maria. Get a grip on your lying... or be involved with your customers and their profiles. It was already two and a half months. AND as I re-call... you were good at texting but never making a phone call. And when the phone call came in... I got someone else who was NOT you. Be the "BOSS" and handle your dissatisfied customers. Anyone that would like proof of the money I sent them and what I was reimbursed I will gladly provide statements. And then text my conversations where I asked her numerous times to call me and she would not. Because in her words "nothing would get resolved." Instead of dealing with a dissatisfied customer first she had SOMEONE else call me the next day at 7pm. Which I can also provide proof. In summary, don't waste your time or money to have to go through all of this for a service any other company will be willing to do HAPPILY. Anyone can message me and I have actually found people who feel her office has just dropped the ball in aspects of their business services. I really wish someone would have warned me.
