We have been renting with Five Star for over four years and have had a genuinely wonderful experience. Maintenance requests have always been handled quickly, and the staff has been very accommodating with walk-throughs, allowing us to choose dates that work best for our schedule. During the time we have lived in our home, the roof has been replaced and the exterior has been repainted, and everything was clearly communicated with us ahead of time. John even stopped by one day to check on the paint and let us know that the owner would also be coming by to see it. He was extremely friendly, and we had a great experience speaking with him. My husband later had the opportunity to meet the owner of our home and absolutely adored him as well. I truly feel that properties managed by Five Star are held to a high standard and are well maintained. Having landscaping included is also a huge plus and makes a noticeable difference in how the properties are cared for. We have never had an issue with communication, and no one has ever been rude or unprofessional toward us. From the very beginning, when we first toured our current home, the staff has been nothing but kind, professional, and helpful. We were never charged a fee to view the home we live in.
