He was saying he was going to work on multiple properties to put offers on without viewing them(which we found out that is not standard practice without at least touring the homes). Despite multiple promises to "work on things," nothing was ever actually confirmed and took very long to respond. He then wanted to arrange times to view properties, again did not confirm, and a day later after trying to reach him he replied that he had a child care emergency (which is not a problem for us BUT the complete lack of transparency and follow through was frustrating; it felt as if we wasted a weeks worth of potential properties.) Even though we replied, he however never got back to us again. This is a very unprofessional approach to any client. Honestly felt like there was no reason for this Overall, the experience felt careless, unreliable, and far below the level of professionalism one would expect when making major financial decisions. Don't recommend.

I have sold several properties over the years and when interviewing a number of agents I was looking for someone I felt comfortable engaging with, who I knew I could trust, with a good track record and who had many positive reviews; someone knowledgeable and someone who is a seasoned professional. I had been receiving Jack's monthly newsletters for well over two years and knew in advance he is well informed with an intimate knowledge of relevant statistics and data. After meeting Jack the first time, it was a "no brainer" that working with him would be in my very best interests. In retrospect, Jack met and far exceeded my expectations. Above all, Jack has integrity, is honest to a fault, trustworthy, courteous and authentic. Professionally, his decisions, strategies and tactics are well informed by his vast experience and knowledge of market data, statistics and trends. Everything he recommended proved to be the wisest and everything he suggested proved to be the correct choice - bar none. He was reassuring, responsive and reliable throughout the selling process, which was flawless from start to finish. I am very glad to add yet another 5-star review to his already perfect collection of reviews. Thank you Jack and much appreciated. We sold my house and I not only gained a perfect learning experience, but a true friend.

Man, it was a difficult time to buy with being outbid and dealing with all cash offers but Alex made the trek 2 hours from his home market to help me go to open houses and tour multiple properties. What no one tells you about this process is how difficult it can be navigating putting offers and getting a sense of "your local market" Alex spent the time (which is money) to educate me, work with me, and eventually land a home that checked all the boxes. Having a knowledgeable realtor made all the difference. I worked with other realtors who seemed to always want to "phone it in". That's not Alex. I always felt he was putting in his best effort and fighting on my behalf to get my offer put through. As I sit in my backyard enjoying the sun smoking a cigar I appreciate Alex making me stick to my guns and acquire a property I wanted even when I felt hopeless and wanted to buy something for the sake of buying something. He hung in there are a grueling year long search of "the right property". Thank you Alex Levy for hanging in there and helping me find what I wanted and not settle. Thank you for educating me on this whole process since I have never bought a home before and I was completely ignorant to the in's and out's of the whole process. Being on my own with not a lot of support, Alex was there. He showed up, ready to get to work, and he gave me his time and attention. Almost 4 years ago I purchased a house in Sonora to be a rental property. Shortly after the…read morepurchase of my house, I learned that very important known safety issues were not disclosed by the sellers nor their agent. After unsuccessful litigation, the cost to make the repairs outweighed the potential advantage of completing them. I knew I could not use an agent in the Sonora area after the litigation and looked outside the area. While looking on yelp, I saw a realtor named Scott Cary who had outstanding reviews from his clients. I phoned Scott who answered his phone and told him the circumstances around the property I had purchased. Scott totally understood my situation and said he would like to help me sell the house. Scott asked numerous questions and completed a market analysis to get the best possible dollar amount we could for the property I liked Scott's straightforward, honest, and no BS approach to the sale and marketing of my house. I subsequently signed on with Scott to be my representative in my home sale. Because of the known issues which had to be disclosed unlike the previous owners and agent, Scott walked me through the entire process and advised me of legal and moral obligations in my home sale. The house sale was not easy due to the previous conditions and repairs needed. We had a few offers most of which were not beneficial to me nor was there a good likelihood of closing because of financial issues of the potential buyers. Scott presented the offers to me and advised me of his opinion and thoughts about the offers including both plus and minus points. Scott acted in my best interest and guided me through the offers with knowledge, experience, and the presence to look out for my best interest. After several months, we finally received an offer that Scott felt was strong and had a great likelihood of success. Due to his recommendations, I accepted the offer and the house sale went through flawlessly and quickly. I want to say throughout the entire process which lasted quite a while, Scott always remained upbeat, undisturbed, very professional, and most important, looked out for my financial well-being during the sale of my home. I highly recommend you contact Scott Cary for all your real estate needs. I guarantee you won't be sorry and you will receive service beyond expectations, and no doubt greater than any other real estate agent!

She even would schedule a certain hour during the day for a buyer to come see it and when the buyer is an hour late she would get mad at me for not "cooperating" I'm just a renter I can't be just waiting all day for someone to come see a house because the buyer is late.
