Man, it was a difficult time to buy with being outbid and dealing with all cash offers but Alex made the trek 2 hours from his home market to help me go to open houses and tour multiple properties. No matter how busy you are; if you want to keep a client and make a sale; you need to make them feel like they are first even when you are running around like a chicken without a head! I am a socially awkward person, but she welcomed me in, asked about my situation and we found that I did not have a current realtor, but had been pre approved. She jumped right in to offer her help. She promised we would make this happen even though there were some road blocks. She made immediate texts and calls. You can tell the difference when you meet someone who has only dollar signs in their eyes VS someone who's heart is really wanting to help people get into a home and make this CRAZY process as pain free as possible. He was saying he was going to work on multiple properties to put offers on without viewing them(which we found out that is not standard practice without at least touring the homes). Despite multiple promises to "work on things," nothing was ever actually confirmed and took very long to respond. He then wanted to arrange times to view properties, again did not confirm, and a day later after trying to reach him he replied that he had a child care emergency (which is not a problem for us BUT the complete lack of transparency and follow through was frustrating; it felt as if we wasted a weeks worth of potential properties.) Even though we replied, he however never got back to us again. This is a very unprofessional approach to any client. Honestly felt like there was no reason for this Overall, the experience felt careless, unreliable, and far below the level of professionalism one would expect when making major financial decisions. Even when telling me that, she would also threaten me with messing with my rental history saying I wouldn't be able to rent anywhere else. Also saying if the person buying the home wouldn't want me as a renter because of the way I was not "cooperating". Because she wanted multiple buyers to come into my home during irrational hours. Even after I told her I could do any day but one day out of the week. That was considered not cooperating because it wasn't what she wanted. She even would schedule a certain hour during the day for a buyer to come see it and when the buyer is an hour late she would get mad at me for not "cooperating" I'm just a renter I can't be just waiting all day for someone to come see a house because the buyer is late. I waited after and she was still bothered that I wasn't home for them to see it because they were late. Honestly not a very nice person to work with threatening me was not professional at all to me.
