The only thing he replaced was the master bedroom vanity because every morning we wake up to worms in the sink and flys coming up. The other bathroom the pincher bugs come up from the bathroom tub. I posted pictures of that those insects did to my wife's legs and my back. Stay away from this house DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE. The lawn in this house is horrible also I spent a lot of money trying to bring it back to life and I succeeded email pictures to the owner and didn't even offer to reimburse us.
